Hello EMS,
I purchased a ukulele from Fanner Guitar Works in South Africa. The EMS tracking shows that it was processed (prepared for shipment) on Thursday, May 24th at 7:39 in Africa, possibly Capetown. The tracking information currently states that the package is still in Africa. I am curious about the status of this shipment and wondered if there is a reason for the delay. Any update on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently ordered an item from Etsy that was shipped using your postal service. Initially, the tracking number provided kept me updated and I was eagerly awaiting the package. We are eagerly awaiting our package. It cleared customs at JFK, was released on Nov. 6, and reached the export office in San Francisco on Nov. 26. The delivery was attempted to the incorrect zip code [redacted] instead of our zip code [redacted]. Unfortunately, the package has been returned. The Nevada City post office informed us that it is now at Heathrow. Our tracking number is EE[redacted]02IT, but we have been unable to reach EMS for an update as the telephone number leads to a sporting goods store that claims the number is no longer in service. We are feeling quite lost in this situation.

I sent an EMS parcel from Czech Republic to Thailand on 08.11.[redacted], and it's now 03.12.[redacted] with no updates. It left the country on the 9th, but there have been no further updates. I submitted a reclamation on 25.11., and there hasn't been any progress. This situation is frustrating because I was told this was the safest and fastest way to deliver documents, yet no one seems to know the current whereabouts of the parcel. It cost 5 times more than regular mail I've used in the past, but it's taking 3 times longer. I am increasingly upset by the poor service provided.

Hello EMS support team,
A few days ago, someone contacted me regarding buying an iPhone and requested that I ship it to him using EMS. He claimed he would send the money through Wisconsin Union. Upon verifying with Wisconsin Union using the money transfer number provided, I discovered it was a fraudulent attempt as there were no transfers under my name. It appears the individual who was supposed to receive the iPhone in Nigeria was trying to deceive me. I urgently request the cancellation of the shipment and for the package to be returned to Israel.
I have the EMS shipment documentation and would like to arrange for the package's return to Israel, along with providing my passport photo for identification purposes. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I recently discovered that my PayPal account doesn't display my complete address. After my purchase from an Etsy seller, I learned the package was shipped. I reached out to the seller to ask about a refund or if they could update the address with the shipping company. However, they refused to assist and declined to issue a refund. I've been eagerly anticipating a package from China that made it to Coventry on November 19th but was then returned to China. It never reached my address. I have called multiple times, and I was informed that it was sent back due to an incorrect barcode. However, it was never actually attempted to be delivered to me. I have been charged for this item, so I would like to know its current location and why it wasn't delivered to me.

After waiting for approximately 3 months, I finally received my package only to discover it contains a scarf instead of the wedding dress I ordered. The details on the package stickers and invoice do not match what I was expecting. I am unsure where the mix-up occurred and who I should reach out to for assistance. My package from China was supposed to arrive in Australia by December 21, [redacted]. However, I still haven't received it, and the tracking information hasn't been updated since December 13. I received a call from someone named Craig Ruben at [redacted], claiming to be from EMS. Regarding my shipment of 2 pet parrots from Austin, TX to Kansas City, MO, he insists on paying an additional $[redacted] to EMS for insurance. He provided an invalid tracking number and says the shipment won't proceed without the payment. I am skeptical as I didn't know EMS handled this type of delivery or required pet insurance. Could this be a scam to extract money from me?

Hello, my name is L.P. from Armenia. On September 2, [redacted], I shipped a package to the USA using EMS express mail (Haypost) with tracking number EE[redacted]86AM. Expecting a delivery within 5-8 business days, I sent wedding favors for an event on 20.09.20, paying nearly $50 for shipping. Regrettably, the parcel arrived late, on 23.09.[redacted], missing the wedding. I filed a claim with Haypost to investigate the delay and resolve the issue. After 15 days, the CEO, Mr. H. Karapetyan, attributed the delay to Covid-19 and declined a refund, citing the EMS agreement, article 9. However, I couldn't find any details related to delays in that section. Kindly review the tracking information and assist in reimbursing me $[redacted] for the favors and $50 for shipping. I now need to compensate the buyer as they received the items post-wedding.
