I recently received my replacement EBT food stamp card after losing the original. When I called customer service, I encountered some issues with the automated system. Initially, the last four card numbers were deemed invalid, but after retrying, I was prompted to choose a language. Subsequently, I had to enter the full card number and was informed of a 10-minute wait time to speak with a representative. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was unexpectedly asked for a password that I did not have. The pin number from the old card was not accepted, and I was directed to set a new pin by calling the same customer service line. Unfortunately, the online DTA portal also requests a password. I have the new card but am unable to use it; I am seeking guidance on how to reach a live agent for assistance.

I recently reported my lost card and have been waiting for the new one to arrive for two weeks now. I reported it around the 14th of July, and it's now the 4th of August. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the replacement. I received stamps on the 19th, but I can't use them without my card. When I call to inquire about the new card, I can't speak to anyone without entering my card number. This is incredibly frustrating because I don't have the card yet to obtain the number. It's been challenging having to rely on others for meals due to this situation.

I received a settlement in August due to an automobile accident, which raised my income above the monthly limit. I expected not to receive SNAP benefits for September. However, in October, I did not receive any SNAP benefits, which worried me. After several attempts, I reached someone on October 7th who informed me that I actually received $16 as my SNAP benefit for the month, which is much less than my usual amount. I am confused by this discrepancy and would appreciate clarification on this matter. Please reach out to me to provide an explanation or guidance. Thank you. S McGaugh.

Hi, I am looking to speak with my assigned worker to discuss my case details. Currently, I have a mental health exemption set to expire on 12/10/[redacted] and I need to have my assessment form completed by my psychiatrist. Amidst transitioning from Edelmans to Kedren, I have filled out paperwork and await a call within two weeks. If I am unable to obtain the completed form by 12/10, I wonder if there is a possibility to renew the exemption in January. Any guidance on this matter is appreciated. Thank you. Daniel W Staggs

My EBT food stamp benefits have expired; I did not receive additional funds on my Link card in October [redacted]. I'm concerned about only getting $16 per month as I rely solely on SSDI. I know someone, Nicole S., who works full-time, has a two-income household, and income-generating property, yet she receives $[redacted] to $[redacted] per month on Link with no dependents under 18. This difference upsets me as I am living below the poverty line. How can I receive a more appropriate amount on my Link card to help me with food expenses? Also, could you provide guidance on how to reapply for EBT benefits? Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Lori R.

I reached out for assistance with my account login and transaction viewing. After speaking with Theresa in CA, without an agent number, I encountered unhelpful and rude service. Theresa could only provide limited information and displayed impatience when I requested details on my last ten transactions. She was uncooperative when I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she abruptly ended the call after placing me on hold for 15 minutes. The incident occurred at 4:26pm on 12/6/[redacted]. I am hopeful that someone can assist me in regaining access to my EBT account to review my transactions. Thank you for your help.

I need to recertify my EBT card, but I recently left the hospital after having three surgeries and dealing with COVID-19. I couldn't do it last month because I was very ill and couldn't breathe properly to go to any office in November. This month, my doctor advised me not to leave the house at all. My child and I have no food at all, and we urgently require both the November and December EBT benefits. Can someone please help us get these benefits quickly?

Hello, I'm Sierra Brown. Today is December 14, [redacted]. I usually receive $[redacted].00 in food stamp benefits for myself, my son, and his father on the first business day of each month. While I did receive my regular benefits on December 1st, I did not receive the additional benefits related to the pandemic that were supposed to be included for December [redacted]. Even though my EBT card and the DHS system show that the extra amount was deposited on December 2nd, I have not seen it reflected in my balance or transactions. I contacted welfare services, and they confirmed in their system that the additional benefits were posted, but I still have not received them. I have tried calling the [redacted] number on my EBT card for assistance, but I have not been able to reach anyone to address this issue. I urge whoever is reviewing this to check my transactions and see the discrepancy I am facing. Thank you.

There was a glitch in the KY EBT system that affected more than just me, causing me to receive more money than I was supposed to. Despite contacting them and being reassured that it was fixed, my account ended up being linked to another family's EBT account. This exposed the personal information of four individuals, which is concerning. However, EBT refuses to address my problem, discontinued my food stamp benefits, and is attempting to reclaim the full $[redacted] I received during the time I was on food stamps.

I recently applied for debt benefits and filled in all the correct information. Today, my card arrived, but when I tried to check the balance and activate it, I received an error message. After a lengthy conversation with a representative, we found that the last 4 digits of my social security number were incorrect. Surprisingly, they couldn't find my address in the account, despite me receiving the card at the correct mailing address. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I currently find myself homeless after leaving Shasta Lake. I informed my case worker that I would be relocating in about two weeks. They attempted to reach me through general delivery, but lacking valid identification, the post office refused to release the letter. Consequently, I returned to Stockton where I remain homeless. Due to the lack of a permanent address, I am unable to receive my food stamps which have been crucial as my sole source of income while I am currently unemployed. I realized that I forgot to update my address, leading to the non-receipt of the benefits this month. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I believe my benefits have been compromised. The card I hold shows an active status on the website, but it has not been reloaded since July. Despite this, there are unauthorized transactions on the card, and the remaining balance is only 55 cents. I have reported it stolen and canceled it, but now I need to update my address. I am unable to speak to a representative over the phone as the automated system is not resolving my issue.

I have three children and received two children's EBT extension cards for my daughter, Rui Xia, and my younger son, Liwei Xia (born in [redacted]), but my older son Liwen Xia (born in [redacted]) did not receive his card. I am concerned that your staff may have mistaken them for the same person due to the similarity in their names. Please contact me regarding this issue as I am still waiting for Liwen Xia's extension P-EBT card. Our address is [redacted] Peartree Ct, Walnut, CA [redacted]. Wishing you a Happy New Year!

I have not received the additional EBT food stamp money for Illinois as promised. They mentioned they would have a supervisor address this issue and call me, but no one has. I've left several messages. Being handicapped and with no food in the house, I don't know how to access the extra food stamps for January [redacted]. The system indicates I will receive only $16 next month. Please advise on what steps I can take as I am in urgent need of food.

I am attempting to contact or access my account to trace my replacement card's delivery. The first card was sent but never reached me, and now I'm attempting to monitor the new one but have forgotten my login details since the previous app no longer functions. I require assistance since I've discarded the old card or it was misplaced, and I lack the card number to proceed. I possess my Social Security number and birthdate as proof of identity, and it's frustrating not to have a way to reach out for help. The lost card situation prevents me from entering a card number, and the outdated app is causing password issues, which is quite inconvenient.

I recently noticed that there is only $32 remaining on my food stamp card, but typically I receive $[redacted] or more. I recently completed a phone interview, and I'm unsure if my food stamp benefits have been adjusted or renewed. I have not made any changes to my information since my last application. I am concerned about potentially losing access to my food stamps. Unfortunately, my car was repossessed with my mail inside, so I may have missed any correspondence from the food stamp office. If possible, please contact me for a phone interview today at [redacted] and ask for Marvin Gray. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Following a violent incident with my children's father, I obtained an order of protection and custody from the court. However, retrieving essential documents like their medical cards and birth certificates has been challenging as my ex-partner's spouse is uncooperative. This is vital for me to apply for SNAP benefits and medical coverage for my children due to their father's negligence in providing for them. The urgency of the situation is pressing as I lack the resources to sustain our basic needs until I can secure the necessary documentation.

My name is Deshanna Tolliver, born on July 6, [redacted]. I am writing because every time I call customer service, the call gets disconnected. My card is deactivated, and despite receiving two new cards in the mail, I can't activate them online, as it says my card is already active. When I manage to speak to a representative after a long wait, the call gets disconnected, and I have to start the process all over again. I have been facing issues with my benefits for 3-4 months and need to resolve this to feed myself. It's frustrating not being able to speak to a representative to fix this simple issue, causing unnecessary stress for those in need.

Hello, my name is Jonathon Webb and my case number is [redacted]. I am experiencing challenges with my food stamp case. In March, I received paperwork for my mid-review, which I promptly filled out and returned via mail. Due to postal delays, I followed up with an email to confirm receipt. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response and later received a letter stating my account was closing due to non-receipt of paperwork. Despite resubmitting the documents and contacting customer support, my account remained closed. After reapplying, a representative reassured me that everything was in order and confirmed my benefits. Although I submitted the necessary information via email as instructed, my account still shows discrepancies. I suspect there may be a system error impacting my benefits. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your help.

I am seeking assistance with a pressing issue.
There are many individuals facing similar challenges. I wish Governor DeSantis would attempt to live on $19 a month for food. His actions appear to be endangering those who do not support him. Can anything be done to reverse his decisions?
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
E.H.
Regarding the ongoing situation where fatalities are increasing, how can Florida not be considered in a State of Emergency? It is concerning that the governor is minimizing the severity of the situation, especially regarding the DELTA variant. The situation is distressing.
It is noteworthy that the governor is vaccinated. If he doubts the CDC's guidance and downplays the virus risk, why did he choose to get vaccinated? It appears he may be seeking re-election or endorsements for a potential presidential run in [redacted].
