On Tuesday, June 13th around 4:00 PM, as I was entering the GSP toll from Rte [redacted] at the Oraton exit in NJ, I was cut off, causing me to turn the wheel sharply and my tag slid off the dashboard. Unfortunately, I went through the toll section without my tag accessible. I hope the charge can be deducted from my EZ Pass account, as I have a history of timely payments and this was an unusual incident. I kindly request that the charge be taken from my account instead of incurring a fine, considering the circumstances.

I have been receiving toll violation notices for a license plate that is not mine for over a year now. I have a letter from NJMVC explaining the situation. I had leased a vehicle which I returned in April last year, but the leasing company erroneously listed me as the owner despite the vehicle being sold. I am requesting that the records be corrected. I have recently received several EZ Pass violations in the mail. I suspect the issue started when my card had insufficient funds, causing it to be removed from the system during a toll attempt. Unintentionally, I passed through multiple tolls without payment. I contacted EZ Pass to add funds and settle any outstanding fees. The representative confirmed the matter was resolved. However, upon checking my EZ Pass account online, it indicates no violations. Should I still be concerned about having to pay these violations or not?

I believe I have been unfairly reported to a credit collection agency for unpaid toll charges on the Tacony/Palmyra bridge in May. Despite updating my account with a PA EZ Pass earlier in the summer and correcting my address, I recently received a text message from a bill collector regarding a $[redacted] fine. The collector mentioned that letters were sent to my old address, to which I never received any notification about the toll charges. I need assistance with some toll violations that are in collections. I have always had an EZ Pass in my car and I am certain that I have not incurred $[redacted] worth of tolls. Our credit union recently issued us new cards. We thought our credit card number had been transferred over, but it seems that's not the case. Charges started appearing on July 23. We don't mind paying tolls, but we think the fees should be waived as we never canceled our EZ Pass. We are looking for assistance and would appreciate if someone could contact us. I recently got 3 toll violations from August 23-27th. My non-NJ EZ Pass account did not have my new car added yet, which resulted in the violations. I added the car and appealed the violations to avoid the fee and pay from my EZ Pass account. Unfortunately, I received a letter rejecting my dispute citing 3 reasons that do not apply to my situation. I need to talk to a representative to solve this matter.

I have an NY EZPASS account with zero violations and auto prepayment enabled. I have entered the plates of my two vehicles. I frequently drive in NJ, but my transponder is not always being read on certain toll roads and bridges, resulting in violation letters being sent to my home. I have been unable to speak with a representative in person to address this issue, but the automated system indicated that a balance may have accumulated. I recently received a violation notice from NJ Ezpass stating that I am being charged a violation fee of $52.10 for allegedly not paying the toll at the EZpass lane. However, during that time, my father was driving my vehicle, and I was present with him using his Ezpass, which scanned and indicated that the toll was paid. This is my first experience receiving a violation fee from Ezpass, and I am puzzled by why this charge is being imposed on me.

I have not been able to reach a customer service representative at NJ E-ZPass. Despite not driving on the NJ Turnpike, they sent me a bill with a photo of a vehicle that has a fake plate number matching mine, even though I drive a pickup truck and the vehicle in the picture is a sedan. I sent a complaint form with evidence to NJ E-ZPass, but have not been able to connect with a live person despite calling multiple times. The contract collection agency they engaged continues to demand payment. Resolving the matter on their website without an account has been impossible. I am seeking assistance from someone at NJ E-ZPass who can address this situation promptly.
