Dear Duolingo team, I accidentally clicked on Super Duolingo. I didn't intend to purchase a subscription, I simply clicked on it when it appeared as an ad. I had only started using Duolingo two or three days after downloading it. I have since canceled my subscription and would like a refund, as the cost is too high for me. I'm unsure how this occurred, but I really need this money. The website states that within 48 hours of canceling the subscription, the money will be refunded. Please respond to my message. Thank you.

I would like to request the immediate cancellation of my Duolingo Plus subscription and stop any future payments for a service I no longer wish to use. Hello Duolingo, I have been experiencing issues with loading my courses on Duolingo for the past few days. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app, but it has not resolved the problem. I pay for the subscription, so I am frustrated as I want to continue progressing and enjoying the benefits of what I am paying for. The lessons are stuck on Chapter 4 Unit 10. I need Duolingo to step in and fix this bug in the app so that I can use it normally again. Please consider this bug delay that is hindering my progress, and therefore, extend the duration of my annual subscription by the amount of days it takes for you to fix the course (today is the 5th day). I wanted to use Duolingo Super for the two free weeks, but I was charged 95€ yesterday instead of the agreed 0.00€. I do not want to pay this amount, as I had already cancelled my subscription. I purchased the trial version of Duolingo Super Subscription that was supposed to expire on August 6th. Before the trial ended, I decided to join a family plan with user Janeet89 by splitting the fee. However, I attempted to cancel my individual subscription twice and thought it was successful as I received messages like "we're sorry to see you go". Unfortunately, my credit card was charged the yearly Duolingo Super fee recently. Now, I have paid for both the individual and family plans, but I only want to keep the family plan.

A few years back, I signed up for Duolingo and it appears I unwittingly set up a recurring subscription. Recently, I noticed a charge on my credit card statement for the service that I haven't used. I logged in briefly when discussing it with a friend, but I haven't actually used the app. Other than that one-time login with no activity, I haven't utilized the service at all. I would appreciate a full refund as I suspect I've been inadvertently paying for this subscription for years.

Hello, Maria Bacau here. I have a question for you, Duolingo. As a Romanian citizen, I am puzzled as to why the Romanian-English course includes words like "you are poor," "you are dirty," and "you aren't smart." I have taken many of your courses, and this is the only language where I have encountered words like these. It is not a one-time occurrence; every lesson contains words like "dirty," "poor," and "not smart." I understand the importance of learning new vocabulary, but why do other language lessons, such as Japanese, Chinese, and Russian, not include such words? Therefore, I kindly request that you consider changing these sentences in the Romanian-English course. Thank you, have a good day!

I downloaded DuoLingo on both my Samsung tablet and A53 phone. However, the app on both devices is stuck on Unit 3, while my PC on Windows 11 is on Unit 47. After reinstalling the app on my phone, it still remains on Unit 3, even after deleting and reinstalling. I want to use DuoLingo on my mobile devices while on vacation, but it's not updating to the correct level. The app shows my current stats accurately, but the progress is not syncing correctly across my devices. How can I resolve this issue and ensure that DuoLingo is updated to the correct level on all my devices for my upcoming trip? Thank you.

Good day, This is my second attempt at reaching out with my request. Issue 1: According to the app, I have been consistently in the 17th week of the Diamond League for weeks, meaning the counter function is not working. Issue 2: At the end of July, I supposedly finished the weekly challenge in 1st place in the app, but did not receive any acknowledgment. This is demotivating! Issue 3: Today, I completed section 69, but I am unable to access further sections. Recently, I had seen [redacted] sections in the app's display. I kindly request your feedback once again. I recently signed up for a trial of Duo Lingo Pro, with the understanding that I would receive a reminder before my annual subscription payment was due. Unfortunately, I did not receive this notification, and £59.99 was unexpectedly deducted from my account. This has caused financial strain as it was not anticipated. I have cancelled the subscription renewal through the app, but it is still active until August 17, [redacted]. Lately, I've been having trouble accessing Duolingo through the PC icon. When I click on it, the Duo owl appears with the 'Loading...' message but it never finishes loading, even after multiple attempts and waiting. I tried to find support online, but every 'duolingo' related site had the same issue. Reinstalling Duolingo didn't help, and restarting the computer also didn't fix the problem. The app still works on my phone, even after logging out, so I don't think that's causing the PC issue. I'm perplexed by this situation and would appreciate some help to solve it.

Good morning Duolingo support, Both friends and family have had issues with the application. Frequently, while doing a lesson, it would crash and they couldn't re-enter without restarting their devices. This forced them, and others, to restart the lesson. Nonetheless, Duolingo teaches languages excellently and is fantastic. Thank you for helping me learn. I hope you can resolve this issue.

Hola, he descargado la aplicación para aprender gallego y me sorprendió que no esté disponible. El castellano y el catalán están allí, pero no el gallego. ¿Hay planes para añadir el gallego en un futuro cercano? Mi novia es gallega, y esta noticia ha causado una reacción emotiva en mi familia. Hi, 2 weeks ago, I tried the free trial of Super Duolingo. I canceled the subscription one day before the renewal date to avoid being charged. Unfortunately, the payment still went through, which caused my bank to block the transaction and my card. I no longer have access to Super Duolingo as I'd like to use it in the future, not now. I am Mark S., a dissatisfied Duolingo premium user experiencing frequent errors on the platform. The removal of the comments section, which previously provided explanations, has added to my frustration. The glitch in the language lessons prevents some answers from registering, and the keyboard occasionally jams, necessitating restarting the lesson. Duolingo's decline in quality has prompted me to seek an alternative language app. I plan to lodge complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office. I have decided not to renew my subscription due to Duolingo's perceived lack of respect for its customers and believe it to be a fraudulent operation.
