I signed up for a 2-week free trial of Duolingo Plus, but when I tried to cancel it, it didn't go through. I even have a video showing my attempts to cancel, but it didn't work for some reason despite multiple tries. Unfortunately, before I could manage to cancel, a 12-month subscription was charged to my account when the trial ended yesterday. I'm not looking for a refund to take advantage of the service and then ask for the money back. It's only been about 17 hours since the charge, and I need the $57 refunded urgently as I'm dealing with financial difficulties. Please cancel my Duolingo Plus subscription as well.

I have reached out through multiple emails to address this issue. Earlier this year, my wife enrolled us in the family plan. Currently, I remain on the plan, but her portion seems to have been canceled on your end. We have been attempting for a month to reinstate it without success. My name is Nour Oueslati. An amount of 89.99€ was deducted from my PayPal account for a subscription that I am supposed to pay for. I tried the trial subscription and wanted to cancel it as I was not satisfied. I did not receive any email notification before the transaction that the subscription would be renewed or that money would be deducted. I had an account on Duolingo where I made a lot of progress, reaching over 36,[redacted] XP. However, I accidentally uninstalled Duolingo, and when I reinstalled it, they said they sent an email to me. I didn't register this account with my email, so I didn't receive any messages. This caused me to lose my progress. Can I recover my progress or can you send the message to me in a different way? I tried to contact Duolingo multiple times but failed. I had an account that reached the emerald level, but I lost access to it. Hello, I have been studying diligently for over three and a half years. I have been revising my courses and have found it very beneficial. I am interested in an intermediate level six course to further enhance my skills and reward myself. I am eager to expand my vocabulary and phrases in Spanish. Despite being 75 years old with limited internet abilities and a recent three-month hospitalization, I have continued my studies. I noticed that the prices for events in the leaderboard have increased significantly, making it harder for me to afford them. I am already struggling with the cost of Duolingo Plus, and the sudden jump from 10 to 30 gems is quite unfair for those of us without the budget for premium subscriptions. On top of that, the frequent ads after every lesson can be quite frustrating. Now, having to spend more gems to participate in events feels like an added burden. I took the test using the wrong account by mistake. I wasn't aware of the rules about account usage. My test result got invalidated, and when I appealed, I was too nervous to explain properly. I simply stated that the result is crucial and used my correct account.

In the past, I have been able to do this offline and then sync my progress once I am back online.
