I placed an order at 8:36 p.m. on December 14th at the Danforth OKC location online. They called back shortly after, stating they would transfer the order to a closer store on May. After not hearing anything, we called May shortly after 9:15 p.m. only to find out that no order existed and orders could not be transferred. When we contacted the Danforth location again about our order, they mentioned it was voided, hoping for a credit by Monday. They recommended calling the other store for a pizza but were unhelpful. We used our address for the online order, with a Domino's only 5 minutes away from our apartment. Spent over an hour chasing an order that never existed on the phone and were treated rudely in the process. The online process seems broken, and the customer service in this area is subpar. I've been a loyal Domino's customer for over 12 years, but incidents like this make me reconsider ordering from them in the future.

I placed a delivery order on Friday, Dec 13th, at around 3:30 pm with a total of $19.56, opting to pay in cash. When the driver arrived, I handed her a $50 bill as it was all I had. The driver mentioned she only had $20 in change and did not offer any alternatives. I ended up giving her $10.44 as a tip, but when I checked the change, it was only $19.89. I believe I should have been informed beforehand that the driver only carried $20 in change, as it was unusual in my experience. The driver could have returned to the store to get the correct change, allowing me to decide the tip amount. As a permanently disabled veteran and father on a tight budget, this experience left me feeling disappointed and unhappy.

Upon checking my pizza tracker, it indicated my order was prepared for pick up at 9:24. However, upon my arrival at the store at 9:30, I encountered some issues. Initially, the staff claimed my order was unpaid, despite me having paid online. After a 15-minute delay, they realized their mistake and found my misplaced order sticker, commencing its preparation. Unfortunately, an additional 30 minutes lapsed before my pizzas were ready. Regrettably, during inspection, I noticed hairs on one of the pizzas, leaving me greatly dissatisfied with the overall experience due to the unprofessional conduct of the staff.

During the past month, I visited your store four times to order food. Each time, I was rudely informed of an hour and a half wait. On my fourth visit, I wasn't told about a wait, placed my order, and was asked to return in 15 minutes. Upon returning in 20 minutes, I was informed my order was delayed and I would have to wait an additional 5 minutes, only to discover they hadn't even started preparing it. I am displeased with the lack of organization and cleanliness, especially with inexperienced staff managing the establishment.

I'm experiencing issues ordering from Domino's in R K Puram, Sector 8, New Delhi. I typically use their app for orders, but suddenly it's stating that delivery isn't available in my area. I've tried other apps like Zomato and Swiggy, which also indicate that Domino's doesn't service my location. Upon attempting to call Domino's, I'm unable to connect. I would appreciate a prompt investigation and response to this matter.

I made an online order at 9 pm on December 15, [redacted], which was charged to my debit card. After receiving a notification that there was an issue processing my payment on the Domino's app, I contacted the store using the provided number but was unable to find my order. I am writing to bring attention to an unfortunate situation at Domino's Pizza, store number [redacted], located at [redacted] E. State St., Rockford, IL [redacted]. My son, J.C. has faced mistreatment by an employee who happens to be related to the General Manager, E.P.F., and the Manager, J.F. Their niece, J.T., has been mistreating other staff members and creating a conflict of interest. Despite addressing this, the response was unsatisfactory, with my son being threatened with termination. It is concerning that employees fear retaliation if they speak up against this behavior. The decision to let my son go seemed unjust and based on personal issues rather than work performance. This situation is unacceptable, and I am considering further action to address it. Additionally, there are hygiene concerns that need to be addressed within the management team at this location, especially given their involvement in the food industry.

On Halloween last year, we ordered multiple pizzas as we do every year. Unfortunately, our veggie pizza was missing mushrooms, even though we requested them. The manager assured us they would send a coupon for a pizza and dessert, but despite contacting them again a week ago when we didn't receive anything, nothing has arrived. It's disappointing that their commitment to making things right doesn't seem to hold true. We used to be loyal customers of this Domino's for many years, but this experience has left us considering other options.

I ordered pizzas but they did not arrive within the promised time. I have been on hold with the store for 15 minutes with no response. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this store, as they have made mistakes with previous orders. For example, they forgot an ingredient in a chicken alfredo with bacon twice in a row. I was charged $53 for the pizza that never arrived. I am seeking a full refund and feel that action needs to be taken at this location. I am very disappointed with this experience.

On December 8th, [redacted], I placed an order for pizza at the Grimes & Bender location in Hobbs, NM. Despite waiting for my name to appear on the orders screen, it never did. I observed numerous orders leaving the back door while mine seemed to be forgotten. By 4:20 PM, I was the only customer present and my name was still not displayed. When I inquired about my pizza, the clerk eventually found my order sitting on the shelf. Upon inspection, the pizza appeared old and cold. Despite the clerk's insistence that it was hot, I found it to be room temperature. Even when a manager was involved, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily. I expressed my disappointment and frustration and ended up leaving with the cold pizza. When I called to speak to the owner or manager later, I was surprised to find out it was the same person who had dismissed my concerns during my visit. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service left me feeling let down and unlikely to return. The service I experienced was far from what is depicted in their advertisements.

I made an online order at 5:54 pm using a credit card. After waiting for an hour, I went to the store where I encountered rude service. Despite calling the store three times, I was put on hold and then hung up on. When someone finally spoke to me through the window, they mentioned the refund would take 5 to 7 business days. Hello, I placed an order with Domino's in Victoria London (17 Warwick Way, London, SW1V 1QT) on December 13th. My order number is [redacted]74. I ordered one large original cheese and tomato pizza, potato wedges, and a Glaceau Smartwater (Still). The store contacted me to say they were out of stock of the water and informed me they would refund the 1.25£ for the bottle. However, I have not received the refund yet. I went to pick up my order at Domino’s in Garden Grove, and my total came to $39.92. When I handed the associate $50, he refused to take it and instructed me to go to the donut shop across the parking lot to get change. The donut shop employees refused to provide change unless I purchased donuts since they were tired of Domino’s customers being sent over. It's frustrating that Domino’s doesn't accept $50 bills for payment, especially when my order was close to $50. There should be a sign indicating the policy on large bills, as it doesn't seem fair to inconvenience customers in this way.

We placed an order at store [redacted] in Hilliard, OH at 7:41pm on 12/17/19. Although the order tracker showed the pizza was ready for delivery at 8:12pm, we did not receive it. Upon calling at 8:47pm, we were informed by a staff member that they were behind and the pizza was freshly made. The delivery driver mentioned being the sole driver for the night. However, once we received the pizza, it was evident it had been sitting for nearly an hour, with dried cheese and absorbed sauce, making it hard. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store, we received no response. This has been a recurring issue, with similar experiences in past orders. Our dissatisfaction was met with poor handling of the situation by the staff. After a third call, the charge was finally voided, but the overall experience was disappointing, and the quality of the pizza was subpar.

I am disappointed by the poor customer service experience my wife had while trying to place an order with you. The staff member during the night shift was rude, refused to take the order promptly, kept putting her on hold, and was disrespectful when she called back. Despite her efforts, the situation did not improve, leading me to pick up pizza from Pizza Hut instead. It is unacceptable for your employees to behave this way towards customers. I, as a supervisor in my job, understand the importance of respectful treatment towards customers and would never allow such behavior. I even considered addressing the issue in person or taking legal action if necessary. Business should be conducted with professionalism and courtesy, qualities clearly lacking in this situation.

I placed an order at 11:33 PM for 2 medium pizzas, a 2-liter coke, and garlic cheesy breadsticks. Unfortunately, I just discovered at 12:12 AM that my order was canceled. I feel extremely disappointed by this unprofessional treatment as a long-time customer. Being in Jennings, LA [redacted], with no other open options at 1:30 AM, I'm now going without dinner. As a hypoglycemic and epileptic individual who cannot drive, I find this business conduct unacceptable, particularly towards a disabled person. My order number is [redacted].

I phoned the Jacksonville, Alabama store to inquire about their closing time, and the man on the phone informed me they closed at 12, but the carry-out service was unavailable. I asked if I could order a pizza for pick-up in the parking lot, to which he replied negatively. I explained that I wanted to place an order as I reside outside their delivery zone, but he simply said he couldn't assist me. Fortunately, the Oxford location was very kind and accommodated my request. If the Jacksonville store had concerns, I suggested they could meet me at the police station for the pick-up.

I ordered three $5.99 pizzas, and unfortunately, one of them was not prepared according to my specific request for "only Alfredo sauce with extra Alfredo and bacon." The pizza had very little Alfredo sauce and was quite dry. When I called the store, the manager insisted that she personally made the pizza and that I was mistaken. This situation upset me greatly since I order from Domino's about two to three times a week. Being told that I was wrong was not a pleasant experience. I suppose neither I nor my family will be ordering from Domino's anymore.
