I ordered the special deal which included two pizzas and breadsticks for $17.99. However, upon delivery, I discovered that the breadsticks were missing. When I inquired with the delivery person, he confirmed the absence of the breadsticks. My son proceeded to call the shop to address the missing item and was met with unprofessional behavior from someone who identified as the manager named Louis. He was rude and began yelling during the conversation. When I tried calling back, I was abruptly disconnected twice from different numbers. After speaking to various staff members, one suggested contacting HR as the manager, Louis, refused to come to the phone.

On July 6th at 10:47 a.m., I placed a phone order for 2 medium pizzas and 2 orders of BBQ bone-in wings. I collected my order around 11:10 a.m. When the employee came to the window, I provided my name, Tiffany, and paid $28.61. After receiving my change and order, I noticed I was given Buffalo wings instead of BBQ. I returned to the store where the employee acknowledged the mistake and said it would take an additional 15 minutes. I opted to keep the Buffalo wings. However, when the same employee brought back the wings, she claimed I had asked for Buffalo initially and seemed dismissive. Despite attempting to address the issue and speak to a manager, my concerns were not acknowledged. I refrained from escalating the situation out of consideration for your business. Unfortunately, my subsequent calls to the store have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided at Domino's Pizza located at [redacted] Downman Dr., New Orleans, LA [redacted].

I placed an order at store #[redacted] on [redacted] Rockaway Pkwy, Brooklyn NY [redacted] on July 6th, [redacted], for 2 Garlic Dipping Cups, 16-Piece Parmesan Bread Bites, Caesar Dressing, Chicken Caesar, and a 20oz Bottle of SpriteĀ®. I instructed them to ring the bell since my phone was off. When I called an hour later, they mentioned attempting to call me but left because I didn't answer. After clarifying, they assured me they would resend my order but it never arrived. Upon calling back, I provided my address and was put on an extended hold twice without a resolution. The lack of professionalism and the failure to deliver my food promptly is disappointing. I am seeking a refund of $23.79 for the undelivered order.

I placed an order for a pizza 45 minutes ago, but unfortunately, it wasn't delivered because my phone number was incorrect on the website, even though I provided the correct address. I live at [redacted] Tuxedo Dr, Covington TN [redacted], and I rely on delivery since I can't drive. The driver couldn't reach me as they had the wrong number, and now I'm left without my favorite Domino's pizza. This has never happened before, and I'm disappointed, especially since I always order from Domino's and have never faced an issue. I placed an order at 8:02 pm on 7/7/19 with Order No. [redacted]. Despite waiting until 8:50 pm, there was no communication from the team. When I inquired, they informed me that the order was cancelled without providing a reason. Subsequently, I placed another order at 8:56 pm on the same day with Order No. [redacted], only to encounter the same issue of being cancelled without any notice. Disappointed, I placed a third order at 9:47 pm with Order No. [redacted]. By 10:25 pm, there was no delivery or contact from Domino's. This level of service is unexpected from a reputed brand. I will address this matter with the media tomorrow. Rest assured, I have all the necessary details.

Hello, I'm Beth. My family and I are regular customers at Domino's. We have always enjoyed their delicious pizzas, but our recent experiences have been disappointing. The last two times we ordered, there were issues with our pizzas. The first time, despite requesting light sauce and extra cheese, the pizza arrived with an excessive amount of sauce and barely any cheese. Then, last night, we ordered three medium pizzas. I have always preferred Papa John's, but Domino's won me over with their crust seasoning, which I absolutely love. However, the pizzas we received last night had no seasoning on the crust, and the cheese was lacking, making the overall experience unsatisfactory. On the evening of July 7, [redacted], I placed an order with Domino's for a medium pan pizza, cheesy bread, and sides of blue cheese and marinara. Blue cheese is an essential part of my meal routine, as I dip both pizza and cheesy bread in it. When the delivery driver, referred to as "Mallory," handed me my order, I discovered that the 3 blue cheese containers were missing. After contacting the store, they assured me Mallory would return with the missing items. Unfortunately, Mallory returned claiming she was pranked by a staff member who intentionally omitted the blue cheese from my order. This not only affected my meal but also spoiled my evening, as I anticipated a satisfying experience. I am looking for a resolution to this issue, either in the form of a voucher for a free pizza or a refund for the overlooked blue cheese in my order.

I would like to bring to your attention my order number [redacted] dated June 25, [redacted].
The order was delivered to me approximately 45 minutes late, contrary to what Dominos had claimed. I raised a complaint on the same day.
I am surprised by the lack of response I have received from your end. I have contacted your toll-free number [redacted]0 5-6 times, each time explaining the issue in detail. However, all I get is a generic response that your team will contact me and that they are in touch with the restaurant. I have not received any response or a refund for the delayed order.
I did not anticipate such a lackluster response from a company of your caliber. You should have a record of the numerous calls I have made regarding this issue. I also have recordings of these calls.
Please look into this matter promptly.

I'm a loyal Domino's customer residing in Poonch House, Talab Tillo. Recently, one of your delivery personnel mentioned the possibility of halting delivery services to this area. Instead, he proposed that orders would need to be collected from Easyday, which is conveniently just three minutes away from us, as verified by Google Maps. It's merely a short distance. I kindly request that you reconsider altering your delivery boundaries. If changes are unavoidable, I suggest adding Poonch House Government Quarters to your list of delivery locations. Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, I ordered take-out from the Berlin NH store, and the meal was disappointing. I reached out to the corporate office this morning and received a call back from Larissa around 20 minutes ago. She left a message, and when I called back, I expressed my concerns about the food quality issues. Larissa initially offered a free meal, but as we talked, she mentioned refunding and replacing the order, which seemed like a better solution. However, during our conversation, she frequently interrupted me and apologized for the store still being in a training phase under her supervision. She then wanted to put me on hold to attend to another matter, which made me upset. I informed her that I would consider contacting the corporate office again to address the matter further.

I placed an order earlier this evening around 6:30. By 7:30, I called to check on my order and was informed it was still at the store, undelivered. The person I spoke to mentioned an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to no one answering the door or phone, which was not the case as I was waiting eagerly. The individual, who claimed not to be the manager, refused to offer any compensation like a discount or a free pizza for the inconvenience. Instead, he insisted I pay full price upon redelivery. This level of service was disappointing as a regular customer. The location was in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina. Despite the poor experience, my family and I will now have to find an alternative for dinner tonight, possibly opting for Pizza Hut. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I made an online order at 6:35 pm, but by 7:54 pm, it still hadn't arrived. When I called the store, they explained that with only 2 drivers and 12 online orders, they were busy. The manager couldn't provide an estimated time and seemed indifferent. No refund or discount was offered for the delayed delivery. A call to check if I still wanted the order would have been appreciated. Finally, the delivery arrived at 8 pm, and the driver mentioned having to make 4 deliveries.

I am disappointed by the service at the St. Lucia franchise. I placed an order for a pizza at 7:02 p.m, and it was delivered at 9:15 p.m, which is unacceptable. Deliveries consistently take almost an hour and a half, far beyond the supposed 30-minute guarantee. The quality is lacking, and customer service is extremely poor. I believe quality assessment teams should be sent to these establishments as it reflects poorly on the brand.

We recently placed a carryout order at store [redacted] in Red Wing, MN for convenience due to our busy schedule. When we tried to pay with a $50 bill, they refused to accept it. Unfortunately, we didn't have smaller bills and weren't able to go elsewhere for change. Frustrated, we had to cancel the order. This experience was very disappointing, and we are unlikely to order from Domino's again. The store manager mentioned they didn't have change, and other workers didn't offer to help. One employee even laughed at the situation. This was a negative experience for us, and we won't be returning to this location.

My family had been regular customers at this restaurant until tonight (July 8, [redacted]). When my husband went to pick up our dinner, the manager, Sarah, accused him of stealing sauce we had actually paid for. She insisted he pay for the sauce again, threatened to involve the police over a 65 cent sauce, and even claimed she had given us a different sauce than what we received. When I went to the store to resolve the situation, she refused to accept the sauces back and insisted we still pay for them. Sarah's unprofessional behavior included raising her voice and causing a scene in front of other customers. As a result, I left without the sauce for my breadsticks that we had already paid for. Sadly, this experience has led us to no longer be customers of this establishment where we used to order frequently. Sarah's attitude and behavior were unacceptable.

I recently placed an order for several items which included multiple sauces priced at .75 cents each. I purchased 5 of these sauces but unfortunately did not receive any with my order. While I understand mistakes can happen, paying $4 for sauces and not receiving any was disappointing. I have always had positive experiences with Dominos and hope to see this matter resolved, perhaps with a complimentary item or gift card. I look forward to continuing my support of Dominos in the future.

I purchased a variety of items and bought several sauces at .** cents each, which I found to be pricey. Unfortunately, out of the * sauces I ordered, none were included in my delivery. I wouldn't be as frustrated if the sauces were inexpensive or complimentary, but spending $* on each and receiving none is disappointing. While I know mistakes can occur, this particular issue has left me a bit upset. I have always had positive experiences with Dominos in the past. I hope this matter can be addressed by offering a complimentary item or a gift card. I look forward to continuing my support for Dominos in the future.

My recent order from Domino's in Manteca, CA was incorrect once again. This time, on Sunday, June 30, I ordered two pizzas. One was a hand-tossed ham and pineapple, and the other was a pan pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, and olives. However, the pan pizza only had extra cheese. This is a recurring issue for me when ordering through the app. Even when ordering a chicken Caesar salad, I often receive a garden salad instead. The dipping sauces are also frequently incorrect. Despite reaching out to management multiple times, I am usually only offered a $6 credit or a corrected order, which can take an additional 30+ minutes. There was even an incident where my husband was repeatedly hung up on when trying to address the issue over the phone. Following this latest mistake, I requested to speak with the franchise owner for a refund and to discuss my ongoing concerns. However, despite being promised a call from the store manager over a week ago, I have not heard anything back.

I placed an order for pizza around 30 minutes ago. Usually, my store provides excellent service, but unfortunately, my experience today was quite disappointing. My pepperoni pizza seemed like leftover slices thrown into a box, and the beef pizza was overly greasy, which caused the box to become soaked through. Both pizzas were also jostled in transit, resulting in dented boxes upon arrival. My daughter and I have never encountered such quality issues before, and I am frustrated considering the nearly $50.00 spent on inedible pizza. I have photos available if needed.

I am currently staying at a hotel near Ontario International Airport in California. Unfortunately, the Domino's locations in San Bernardino County do not accept EBT Cal Fresh Payment Cards, and the ones in Los Angeles County are unwilling to deliver across county lines. This has been a significant hardship for me and my situation, especially since I do not have access to supermarkets nearby. It is frustrating that there are barriers in place preventing those in need from using essential benefits for food. I believe the system should be more accommodating and understanding of the challenges individuals like me face.
