Tonight, I called the Domino's store in Mays Landing, NJ for a pick-up order. I requested 1 medium pizza with half pineapple and half bacon, 1 medium garlic parmesan white pizza, and 2 medium pizzas with pepperoni, bacon, and sausage. Additionally, I ordered 8 hot wings cooked well-done with blue cheese, and 8 BBQ wings also cooked well-done with blue cheese. Upon arrival at the store, the manager brought the order to the counter, but I noticed it was missing a pizza. After informing him, he apologized and offered to make the missing pizza, which was supposed to be pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. Unfortunately, the replacement pizza was incorrect as they made another pepperoni, bacon, and sausage pizza. When I got home, I realized I was missing the garlic parmesan white pizza altogether. After contacting the store, the manager apologized and promised to send the correct pizza. However, when the delivery guy arrived, he brought the wrong pizza again. I am frustrated with the multiple errors and the inconvenience. I am now waiting for them to try making the correct garlic parmesan white pizza once more.

Hello, I'm Jade. I need to address an issue concerning the manager at Dominos in Morayfield, QLD, Australia. My family and I typically order online from there. Recently, on Friday, 12/7/[redacted], we ordered 4 pizzas and 3 Dutch pancakes and were informed of a 7-minute pick-up time. However, upon arrival, we had to wait a total of 27 minutes. The following Sunday's order had a similar delay of 10 minutes for the pancakes to be cooked after the pizzas were ready. Upon reaching home, we found the pancakes burnt on one side and saturated in grease, rendering them inedible. When I called the manager on Saturday, 13th July, he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He refused to provide his name and did not address the issue appropriately. As a loyal customer of two and a half years, I'm disappointed by this disrespectful behavior and poor customer service. On July 8th, I ordered two pan pizzas from the Dominos in South Orange, NJ, but unfortunately, they arrived raw. When I contacted the branch to address the issue, I requested to speak with the branch manager. Ali's demeanor was unpleasant and unprofessional. Instead of providing assistance, he questioned why I had not consumed the pizzas immediately upon delivery and why I waited an hour to report the problem. Personally, I prefer to let my pizza cool before eating it, and I had only eaten half a slice from each pizza before reaching out. Ali unjustly assumed I was trying to deceive them by living in a neighborhood with a negative reputation. This unwarranted suspicion of my integrity left me feeling frustrated, especially since one of the pizzas was obtained after collecting 60 points. The situation made me feel deceived and unfairly treated based on the demographic of my area.

I contacted the Jeffersonville, Indiana store on 10th Street to place an order for delivery to Tony, the manager. Despite repeating my address twice and paying with a debit card, our delivery ended up at another address in our subdivision, where someone else signed for it. When I called the Dominos store to complain, I was informed that the correct address was not heard. I find this very concerning and believe that appropriate action should be taken. It's disappointing that the manager didn't verify the address before sending out the order. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I am hesitant to order from them in the future. I am considering informing others about this poor service unless this issue is resolved promptly.

I ordered 2 pizzas, one original and the other pan. The original pizza was fine, but the pan pizza and cookie brownie were burnt. I called to speak with the Manager, Julian, to inform them of the issue. However, Julian was rude, cutting me off mid-sentence and implying that I was lying to get free food. The customer service was horrible. Despite being a frequent customer, I have never encountered such disrespect.

I had a disappointing experience with my recent pizza delivery from Dominos. My babysitter ordered a 14” Cheese Pizza and bread bites with sauces to arrive at 12 noon, but it didn't show up until 1pm. My sitter called at 12:30pm and was informed the store was busy. The delay inconvenienced my sitter and kids who had to wait over an hour for their food, causing them to miss out before an appointment at 1:15pm. The order number is [redacted], costing $28.37. During our visit to the Yorktown Heights NY shop, we encountered an employee who was preoccupied with his phone. Unfortunately, we were not greeted and had to ask for assistance. When requesting a menu, the employee just pointed at it, offering little help for our first visit. Even after our order was prepared, there was no notification given that it was ready, despite no other customers being present at 5:00 pm. Although the food we got was good, considering the abundance of pizza stores in the area, it's essential for the service to match the quality. A lack of managerial presence was noticed. I visited the Pizza location at [redacted] Lincoln Blvd., Santa Monica, CA around 4:30 PM today. The man who took my order was stocky and middle-aged. When I paid with my card, he quickly added a tip without my consent. Despite my objection, he proceeded to manually enter my card information without removing the tip. Feeling uncomfortable, I requested my card back, and upon receiving it, I decided to cancel my order. His nonchalant response of "Thank You" was frustrating. This incident shed light on past discrepancies in pricing and an unauthorized transaction on my card. Reflecting on recent experiences with manual card entry at gas stations and stores, it seems evident that the individual at Domino's misused my information. It's disappointing to encounter such dishonesty from your staff.

I visited the Domino's website tonight to view the menu before ordering a pizza over the phone. Unfortunately, I found that the menu only displays thumbnail images of the pizzas without any descriptions of the toppings. Clicking on the images leads directly to the online order form, which is not helpful for us as we have dietary restrictions due to food sensitivities. Additionally, I am diabetic and would like to know the nutritional information and calorie count for each type of pizza offered. As elderly customers who prefer ordering by landline, it's challenging to make an informed decision without detailed descriptions. I suggest that Domino's include descriptions and nutritional content for each menu item on the website.

The experience at the Dairy Ashford [redacted] store was overall delayed, but that wasn't the main concern. The encounter with one specific employee stood out due to his unfriendly attitude. Initially approached by a helpful young man who asked for patience, eventually, an older employee joined the scene with an intimidating demeanor. Despite providing the required information, the older employee remained unresponsive and eventually left without any acknowledgment. The wait extended, leaving the customer waiting needlessly in the Texas heat. The hope is that management addresses this particular employee's behavior to ensure future visits are not marred by similar encounters. The rest of the staff provided great service, emphasizing the negative impact of this one employee's actions.

I placed an order for pizza on July 14, [redacted], at 7:30 pm. The delivery was delayed, and the assigned agent, Devaraj, was rude and unprofessional. He claimed to be at a different location, ignoring my calls, and even when he did answer, he made disrespectful comments about my address and claimed my location wasn't for delivery. I will no longer order from this Domino's location at [redacted] Communipaw Ave # A [redacted]. This is the third time my order has been incorrect. Today, my wife and I ordered a large pizza for takeout, but when we got home, there were only four pieces of Italian sausage on the entire pizza. When I called the store, they claimed that's how it's supposed to be, but in the past, there were always more sausages on our pizzas. I am requesting a refund as we have had multiple bad experiences at this store. We will now be getting our pizza from the Newark Ave location, even though it's further from us. I have been ordering pizza from Domino's for years, but recently, my orders have been coming with fewer toppings than I requested. When I brought this up, I was told that they measure the amounts, which I know is not true. Sometimes, I order the same pizza and get double the toppings while my order has always been consistent. Additionally, the buffalo chicken does not have mozzarella or ranch over the chicken. One of your employees, a big guy with long red hair in a ponytail, is rude. None of the preparers wear hair nets, which I find unhygienic as there is a risk of hair falling into the orders. Please address these issues promptly, or I will have to escalate my complaint to others.

I received my order late Friday night, a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and a medium deluxe pizza. They tasted fine, and I ate the sandwich and one slice of pizza. Shortly after, I experienced extreme stomach cramps followed by severe diarrhea that lasted until today. I filled out your survey email in detail requesting a refund and a phone call but have not received any response yet. I contacted the manager, Lily, at your Placerville, CA location, who refused a refund, stating that my email was forwarded to corporate and now they cannot retrieve my credit card information. We waited for an hour only to receive two large pizzas with no sauce that tasted like cardboard. I recently had a disappointing experience with pizza from Domino's. The pizza I received looked very unappetizing, with minimal cheese that made it appear dry, and a thick hand-tossed crust, which is supposed to be thinner. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had issues with the North Beach Store in Texas. I have decided to switch back to Pizza Hut due to the lack of consistency in the quality of pizzas from Domino's. I hope that improvements can be made, such as hiring a new staff that can cook better, otherwise, it might be best to consider closing down that store. I plan to share my feedback on social media to raise awareness about the disappointing experience I had.

I am frustrated with the service I received for my order. I have tried calling multiple times, but the phone keeps hanging up. The cheesy bread I received was incorrect; I ordered Spanish cheesy bread, and there was no Marinara sauce included. Additionally, the 8-piece boneless chicken was missing from my order. I want a refund of $37.00 promptly. The food was cold and greasy, and this is the second time this mistake has happened. I had to reorder twice due to order cancellations. I worked at Domino's Central in Phoenix, AZ under Boss Mike Rathjam from 2[redacted]. I made $37,[redacted] in total with $[redacted] in tips for a year of work, averaging 67 deliveries in a day. I even worked on Thanksgiving with just one manager, and it was one of my favorite jobs ever. However, I have a suggestion regarding a commercial I saw for pizza replacement. The ending where the pizza is thrown back like a Frisbee is off-putting. In my opinion, the commercial should show the person keeping the pizza and exchanging the Frisbee instead. This small change would make a big difference. I also had an excellent idea for the breakfast pizza launch, but unfortunately, it was not considered.
