I recently placed an order at the store number [redacted] for two sandwiches at a special price. However, when the driver arrived, they only brought one sandwich. Despite explaining the situation to the manager, named Chris, I was still asked to pay the full price for the second sandwich. This has left my child waiting to eat while I have to deal with the mistake. Both the person who took my order, Dylan, and the manager were involved in this error. I ordered a pizza online and used your tracker. After waiting an hour and a half without the pizza arriving, I called the store. The person who answered claimed to be the driver and said he had already delivered the pizza, alleging that he also called me. However, I received neither a call nor a delivery. When I questioned him, he became rude and yelled at me. I then spoke with the store manager who apologized for the employee's behavior but informed me it would take another 3 hours to get a replacement pizza. Frustrated by the situation and the rudeness of the delivery person who also answered the phone, I decided to cancel my order. Although the manager was understanding, this experience has led me to decide not to use Domino's again, and neither will the 10 medical centers I oversee due to this poor customer service.

I placed an online pizza order at your store on [redacted] Gerstner Memorial Dr, Lake Charles, LA [redacted]. I left clear delivery instructions for the driver, Jared, but the app falsely listed it as delivered. I spoke with the "manager" Sean, who claimed the driver tried to contact me, but I have no record of any calls. Sean refused to resend the order and eventually canceled it. I have a sick daughter which is why I needed the delivery. I often use your services and never had issues before. This particular driver didn't make an effort to find my house and simply returned to the store. The location has more 1-star reviews on Google, with complaints about rude managers. A new Pizza Hut nearby provided excellent service. I suggest addressing the issues at this store.

During my time working at Domino's in Wichita, I had the opportunity to work at two different stores over two and a half years. At the East Harry store, managed by LT, the store was impeccably clean and well-organized. LT had a great relationship with the staff, showing care and understanding towards any personal issues. It was a pleasant and respectful environment under his guidance.
However, the current GM, Cidni, seems to have brought a different atmosphere to the store. Employees are reportedly being treated unfairly, customers are not receiving proper service, and issues brought to the attention of the DM have not been adequately addressed. This situation includes alleged discrepancies in handling orders, disrespectful behavior, and a lack of professionalism.
It is concerning to see these issues persist without resolution, affecting both employees and customers negatively. A change in management approach may be necessary to address these ongoing concerns and restore a better working environment for all.

I ordered from the Domino's app on my phone. The process was smooth, I could track the status, from preparation to completion. Despite the estimated 40-50 minute delivery time, I waited an hour only to find the status frozen. Domino's informed me they couldn't deliver due to the address being out of their zone. This was frustrating as the app had my address but proceeded with the order. Although they assured me no charges would be made, my credit card was still charged. I am requesting a refund and perhaps a complimentary order to make up for the inconvenience.

I placed an order from the Altoona, IA location last Tuesday (4/3) at 5:30 pm. I was given a delivery time of 21-31 minutes, but the pizza arrived after 70 minutes. The manager promised me a free pizza for the inconvenience. Today, Tuesday (5/7), when I called to redeem my free pizza, the employee was rude and unhelpful. He quoted a 60-90 minute wait, sighed heavily, and spoke to me in a rude tone. He claimed there was no record of my free credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor and have been on hold for 20 minutes. This level of service is disappointing, and if it continues, I may have to reconsider ordering from Domino's in the future.

I worked at Domino's for a decade, starting when I was 16. Unfortunately, I was let go recently for being sick with the flu. Shockingly, the manager is now celebrating the tragic death of a former coworker who was still employed there. I have proof of the disturbing conversation in a group chat from the store where she mocked him and insulted a team member. The entire store was involved in the chat, except for me, and she removed anyone who stood up against her comments. I can provide the screenshots of the conversation. Additionally, the store manager reportedly smokes marijuana in the bathroom during busy hours. To make matters worse, when I was terminated, she came to my house to deliver the news. This behavior is unacceptable, and I intend to involve my lawyer. The manager and the toxic work environment created by both the manager and shift managers need to be addressed. I am a survivor of difficult challenges like cancer and suicide, and it is appalling to be treated this way. I will not stay silent about these issues and will make others aware. Respect for employees is crucial.

I usually receive my pizza promptly after ordering, even on Fridays and Saturdays, typically within an hour. However, today it has been an hour and 30 minutes, and my pizzas have still not been delivered. When I contacted the store, the customer service representative was not very friendly and informed me that it would take an additional 40 minutes on top of the time I had already been waiting. I explained that I couldn't pick up the order as I have a baby and a 7-year-old with me, making a trip to the store challenging, which is why I requested delivery. Despite my situation, I was only told it would take another 30 minutes. This is the first time I've encountered such a delay; typically, my orders arrive on time. I am disappointed with the service at the woodland park store and am now concerned about the safety of my order.

I ordered pizza and waited the promised time. When I called, I was told there was a mix-up, and my order went elsewhere. It's disappointing and inconvenient. As a diabetic, timing my meals is crucial. Due to this incident, I won't be ordering from Domino's again. I ended up going to McDonald's instead. The service was so poor that I'd rather choose a different option than risk another mishap like this one at the Modesto location on Oakdale Road near Scenic Ave. It's a shame that this happened, and it has cost you a customer. Hello, I am submitting a complaint about one of your drivers who works at [redacted] Compass Rd, Baltimore, MD [redacted]. She delivered my food, and I noticed she seemed to have been drinking alcohol. When I called the store and inquired about her name, the girl who answered confirmed the driver's name as Mandi Criss. This is not the first time she has arrived smelling like alcohol. I believe action should be taken as she is unfit to work as a driver for Domino's. My next step will be emailing the Better Business Bureau to address this issue, and I am considering not ordering from Domino's anymore. Thank you.

I am disappointed to report that this is the second time I have encountered such a problem with your service. Today at 7:51 pm, I ordered a pizza, and it was not delivered until 9:15 pm. What made matters worse was that neither the outlet member nor the customer care number responded to my numerous phone calls. I made around 50-60 calls during that time, but no one answered, and I received no information about my delivery status. Eventually, I had to go to the Dominos outlet for clarification. This experience was extremely frustrating as I had to wait over an hour for my food without any communication from your end. I request a full refund as this situation not only wasted my time but also forced me to go to the outlet for clarification. I believe this matter requires close attention, and I expect more than the standard compensation of [redacted] due to the delay in food delivery, lack of communication, and inconvenience of visiting your outlet. I request a refund to my Paytm account so I can use the offers related to Domino's pizza. I hope this experience can be rectified promptly to avoid any further dissatisfaction from customers like me and my friends.

I ordered two medium pizzas yesterday with Order #: [redacted]. The tracking tool indicated that Venkata was on his way to deliver shortly after. Even though this Domino's location is only a mile from my house, after 30 minutes passed, I called the store. The lady informed me that my pizza hadn't left the store yet, despite what the tracker showed. She suggested it would take at least an hour for delivery and recommended that I pick it up instead. Since I don't have a car and paid delivery charges, I requested her to cancel and refund the order. However, I have yet to receive a refund. This experience was frustrating, and I had to make alternative dinner plans. I have been a loyal Domino's customer in the past and have never encountered such poor service. I live in California, and someone in New York used my account and information to fraudulently order a pizza at Domino's. The police recommended contacting the store where the order was placed, but my attempts to resolve the issue by calling them were unsuccessful as I was repeatedly put on hold. I have faced an issue with a Domino's delivery driver named Mohammed from Westerville, Ohio. He has made me walk out to the parking lot on two occasions because he couldn't locate my apartment. Despite having clear building addresses displayed upfront, he never even bothered to step out of his car. This has never been a problem with other Domino's drivers. I usually order from Domino's frequently, sometimes up to three times a week, and have never had such an experience before. When I requested to speak to a higher-up, Eric refused but claimed he would handle it. I am disappointed in the service provided by Mohammed and the lack of accountability shown by the management. Considering these recurring issues, I am now considering switching to a different pizza delivery service.

I recently ordered four pizzas from Domino's for my son's 16th birthday. The delivery person contacted my husband's phone despite us giving my number specifically. When we called the store about our order, the rudeness from the person who claimed to be the manager was unbelievable. After my husband went to the store, he was met with even more disrespect on May 13th, [redacted], at 8 p.m. by a woman who refused to provide her name. Despite being customers there for 15 years, the treatment was appalling. As someone who has worked in customer service, I am shocked by the behavior displayed.
