I recently ordered a Brooklyn crust pizza with barbecue sauce, chicken, and spinach from Domino's located on Central Avenue in Hartsdale, New York (Store #[redacted]). My order number was #[redacted] served by Server [redacted]. Unfortunately, after a 20-minute wait, I received a pizza with a thin crust, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce, which did not meet my low sodium dietary restrictions. Despite agreeing to a remake, the second pizza arrived the same, only this time it was cold after a 35-minute wait. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager after a total of over an hour waiting, but the pizza remained unsatisfactory. Disappointed with the experience after more than a year, I had to discard the pizza. I am seeking a refund of $12.50 for the pizza, overcharged from the $7.99 promotion price.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at our local pizza place. I placed an order on April 22nd, but the driver never arrived, which has never happened in my five years of ordering from them. When I called back, the manager named Esther was unprofessional and refused to make it right or provide service for the day. I now understand why this location only has a 3.1-star rating. Please take a moment to review my profile as I am a regular customer who spends a significant amount with Domino's. I even order every Saturday to feed my dealership employees. This location needs to improve its management and service quality. Drivers should be able to find my front door, especially when they advertise "Pizza Anywhere any time." Perhaps they should consider making a management change or hiring better staff.

I had a delivery order tonight on a Military base, and there were multiple issues. The delivery took 1.5 hours, which seemed excessively long considering my close proximity to the Domino's. Additionally, the driver rang my doorbell despite a sign asking not to. When completing the customer satisfaction review and giving one star, I received a call from the driver, Marissa, on her personal phone with an unpleasant attitude regarding my feedback. It seems she misunderstood the feedback question about having something to say as a threat. It was inappropriate for her, as a manager, to confront me in such a negative manner. Domino's should provide better training to staff on how to handle online feedback professionally.

I ordered a pizza about a month ago. Unfortunately, it arrived half cooked. After speaking with the store manager, he assured me the next pizza would be free as compensation. However, when we ordered again, they did not honor the promise. This experience left me disappointed. As a result, we have switched to ordering from Papa John's for our pizza needs. I feel it's important to share this experience on social media so others are aware of the unfulfilled commitment.

Hello, I am Harbhajan Singh, a 17-year-old customer of Domino's. Today, around 6:30 pm, I visited the New Rochelle store to pick up my pizza while my wife waited in the car. When I asked the staff member named Pam for my order, there was confusion. Despite my attempts to assist in finding my order on the shelf, the encounter turned rude quickly. The staff member was disrespectful, asking me to leave or he would involve the police. I threatened to complain to his seniors, prompting him to call the police. After speaking with the officer, we decided to leave without our pizza and went to Pizza Hut instead. The lack of cooperation and mistreatment at the store was disappointing. Thank you. Harbhajan Singh.

Hello, I am Zeeshan Hafeez from Karachi, Pakistan and a long-time customer of Dominos. I had an unpleasant experience with a recent delivery order. Despite being promised a 30-minute delivery, my order arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes at 10:50 pm due to staff shortages. After discussing with the shift manager Umair at the North Nazimabad Branch, I requested to return the order as it was no longer needed. Despite my refusal, the delivery person persisted and even offered a free lava cake. Feeling emotionally manipulated, I accepted the order with two cold pizzas. I am concerned about the job-threatening policies and demand a refund. This experience was unlike my positive encounters with Dominos in other countries. I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Zeeshan Hafeez K. [redacted]

I placed an order on April 26th at 6:40 PM online. At 7:11 PM, the tracker mentioned checking to confirm the order was perfect. By 7:57 PM, I called to inquire about my $68 pizza delivery time. The employee stated it would take another 15 minutes before it departed. I expressed concerns about my pizza sitting idle for almost an hour. The employee disagreed, mentioning the tracker wasn't reliable. I inquired about a discount, but they refused. After waiting on hold for an additional 10 minutes, totaling an hour and 20 minutes since placing my order, it still hadn't left. Fearing a $68 two-hour-old pizza, I decided to cancel. The employee initially resisted but later agreed. They mentioned it would take 3 to 5 business days to process my refund.

I was enticed by a $5.99 12" pizza offer online and customized my order with side dishes, only to find out my nearest store didn't accept online orders at that time. Despite the $10 difference between online and phone orders, I proceeded with a phone order totaling $37.62 for delivery. After waiting over an hour, I discovered my order was mistakenly marked as carryout. Although promised a waived delivery fee, my pizza arrived cold over 1.5 hours later. Additionally, a side dip was missing from my order. I am requesting a full refund due to the extended wait time and missing item. Thank you, Sid P. Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted]

I made a delivery order at 10:43 p.m. on Saturday, 04/27/19. The delivery driver arrived at around 11:17 p.m. but refused to pull into the rear apartment driveway, which was a problem for me as I have three small children and couldn't leave them unattended. Despite ordering from that Dominos for the past 10 years without any prior issues, I was informed that after 10 p.m., the driver isn't obligated to come to the door for delivery, something I had never heard of. I had my porch light on, and the distance from the car to my front door would have been just five steps had the driver, Alma, pulled into the driveway as usual. This incident occurred at Dominos located at [redacted] W. Manchester Ave., Los Angeles, CA. Disappointed with the service, I had to cancel my order due to the inconvenience caused by the delivery problem. It defeats the purpose of ordering delivery if I have to walk to the street to get my food despite paying a delivery fee.

An order was placed at 12:40 for store157368. The order was accepted, and payment was processed. The order tracker showed "received" and "preparing," with a confirmation email received. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered, and attempts to contact the store have been unsuccessful. I am now out of money and food, feeling frustrated. I am requesting a refund, the ordered food, and a coupon for a different Domino's location. I believe district management should investigate this store, as it has a mixed reputation in the town. Despite potential mistakes in the order, the main concern is the lack of communication and service. Attempts to reach the store were made before closing, but no response was received. It is disappointing to be left hungry and ignored after making an effort to place an order so close to closing time.

I called the store in Burkburnett last night to place an order. I received an email confirmation and my card was charged. The pizza tracker showed that my order was being prepared, but it seemed to be taking too long during the prep step. I tried calling several times, but no one ever answered the phone. The tracker remained stalled, and I was left hungry and frustrated without my pizza or a refund. It's the next day now, and I still haven't heard anything from them. It's disappointing that my local Domino's failed to provide any update or assistance, leaving me feeling robbed of my money and meal.

I ordered online for store pick-up and planned to pay in cash. However, upon arrival, I was met with rudeness from the clerk who refused my $50 bill for a $36 order. I explained I just needed $10 in change but was still denied. There were no signs indicating they don't accept $50s. I was in pajamas, unprepared to go inside. My son initially got the order. The manager I requested was even ruder, pointing to a small note on a delivery box. I restated my request for change, but they stuck to their policy. With no debit card on me, I had to cancel the order. Leaving, the manager and staff mocked me, which was very unprofessional. We are regular customers, buying pizza often for my three teenage boys. This experience with the manager's behavior was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I recently ordered a pizza from Domino's in Woodland Park, Colorado, and unfortunately, it was not up to my usual standard. The pizza had a strange taste, different from what I usually expect from Domino's. When I called to address the issue, the employee, Cat or Kat, mentioned that the sauce might have changed. Despite some confusion about issuing a free replacement pizza, I decided not to take it and would rather have a refund of $8.63. I also expressed my disappointment with the service, having to call multiple times before reaching someone and experiencing a delay in store. I mentioned I would be trying Pizza Hut next time as I've heard good things about their pizza. If Domino's is unable to refund me, I mentioned I would contact their corporate office to share my feedback.

On 4/27/19, I placed an order for the Honolulu HI special at Domino's which included 2 large 2-topping pizzas, spinach feta bread, and Dr. Pepper, opting for cash on delivery. The total came to $46.83. Unfortunately, the delivery took a lengthy 1 hour and 20 minutes. When I called after an hour, I was informed that the wrong driver had taken my order without an apology from the staff, only an update on the delivery status. When the order finally arrived, the food was lukewarm and lacked flavor, with the pizzas and bread soggy from being in the box for an extended period. The delivery driver awkwardly mentioned the mix-up but didn't provide a sincere apology. Despite the disappointing experience, I usually appreciate Domino's for their quality products and timely deliveries with good customer service, which was not the case this time. Thank you for addressing this issue. - Brian P.

I recently visited your store located in Tumbi Umbi on the Central Coast of NSW and attempted to redeem a 2 for 1 offer on traditional pizzas priced at $9.95, which I receive via email regularly. The offer did not specify the applicable days, but the manager informed me it was intended for Tuesdays only and could not be honored on the day of my visit. Despite no indication of this restriction on the offer, the manager explained it was a common issue. I am disappointed by this experience as the offer influenced my decision to visit the store. As a result, I ended up spending more than expected to obtain what was initially part of the deal. I hope to receive a response from your team regarding this matter.

I want to share my experience with store [redacted] in Cincinnati, Ohio [redacted]. This Domino's location is the worst I have ever encountered. Despite being only 3 minutes away from me, my orders consistently arrive late and cold, taking at least 45 minutes. Payment with a credit card leads to charges even if items are unavailable, missing condiments, or incorrect items being delivered. They have even charged me for items they were out of. On one occasion, I ordered BBQ wings but received hot wings and was refused a replacement. When attempting to correct orders, phone calls are often unanswered for up to 20 minutes. The staff fails to honor online coupons, showing incompetence and lack of customer service. I have advised friends and family to avoid this location due to the repeated issues I have faced.

I encountered a problem with the emailed deals from Domino's and submitted a complaint. The offer appeared misleading as the store manager claimed it was only valid on Tuesdays, although this restriction was not specified in the offer. As a result, I ended up paying significantly more for my pizzas at the Tumbi Umbi store on the Central Coast. I have been struggling to reach out to Domino's about this issue. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be appreciated. Thank you. [redacted]

Hello. I made an order from Domino’s and waited for an hour following the Domino’s tracker which progressed up to the "double checked by a professional" stage. I got a call from the store saying they were too busy to fulfill orders. They offered a delivery wait time of 1.5 to 2 hours or for me to pick up the pizza immediately. This was perplexing as the store claimed the pizza wasn't ready even though the app showed it had been through the oven. I’m frustrated that I didn't receive any heads-up about their busyness before tracking the order and then being informed of the delay. I'm disappointed with the app's accuracy and how the situation was handled by a company I usually trust. I requested a cancellation but was advised it would take 3-5 days, which seems excessive for a pizza order. I hope Domino’s can improve their service in situations like this. Best, Ben

I recently purchased a pizza that was undercooked from the location on East Main St. I reported the issue to the managers on May 1st and followed up with a call on May 2nd. The manager explained that the thin and greasy crust was intentional as it was a Brooklyn-style pizza, but the crust was extremely raw. Despite living 12 miles away, I had to throw the pizza away as it was not edible for my grandkids. The manager offered me half off on my next purchase, but I insisted on a replacement. They declined, so I will not be ordering from that location again. I would appreciate a resolution to this matter promptly. Thank you.
