I was recently billed for car insurance that I thought I had cancelled. Initially, my mother paid for my brother's car insurance, and I was listed as a named driver. We later switched the policy to be under my name and for me to pay, supposedly cancelling the previous one. However, my mother was recently charged on her credit card for the supposedly cancelled policy. The old account was in the name of Robert L. at Hall Brook, Rivington Lane, Rivington, Bolton, BL67SL. The new account is under William L. at Damson Fell, Crosthwaite, Kendal, Cumbria, LA88HT. This is not the first time we've had to contact your company to try to cancel this account. It has become quite frustrating. We are hoping to finally cancel it permanently and receive a refund. Thank you, Will.

I am looking to update my landline phone number, but unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an option to do so in "My Account". Additionally, I have noticed that my Breakdown cover price is not itemized. Last year it was £69, but I just received a quote from Green Flag for £42 (which is used by Direct Line). I also haven't been able to find a web chat option available, making it difficult to contact anyone about these issues. Despite these challenges, I must acknowledge that when I had an accident, the service provided was excellent. They took care of everything for me, and I didn't have to worry about a thing.
