I need help assisting a nursing home resident with obtaining Medicaid. His funds are deposited to Direct Express and copies of his bank statements are required by Florida Medicaid for approval. I have been unable to reach anyone through the phone number on the back of his card. Online account creation has also been unsuccessful with an error message instructing to call the same number. I have evidence supporting this claim, including letters about my bank and medical information being compromised. Recently, I discovered three credit cards opened in my name fraudulently. Despite providing evidence including police reports and letters, I have not received adequate support or refunds for these fraudulent activities. I have been contacting customer service for nearly two days consecutively without any response, no callbacks as promised, and no assistance despite my urgent need for the only income that sustains me and covers my expenses.
