I received an order from you (DUX[redacted]47) but did not require three of the items. I informed you and printed the returns label that you sent me. On December 12, I took the parcel along with another to the shop on Liversedge Hall Lane. Since I was traveling in a taxi and have a disability, the driver offered to take the parcels inside for me. However, when the driver returned, he only gave me one parcel receipt, which I questioned. The shop owner reassured me it would be fine. While I received notification regarding the other parcel, I anticipated delays due to Covid and Christmas. The items are valued at £45.20. How can we address this issue? Your assistance is appreciated.

I placed an order for two items with order number DUXOO[redacted] yesterday before 11pm and paid £4.99 for next day delivery. It appears that based on recent emails, only one of my items will be delivered today, and the Keelan Jacket, which is more urgent, will arrive later in the week. I was not informed at the time of purchase which item would have a delayed delivery. The priority is to receive the purchased men's jacket in time for Christmas as a gift, so the delayed delivery of the king-size sheet is not ideal. I made a purchase on December 17 with next-day delivery, but as of December 21, I have yet to receive it from Hermes. The courier's last update was on December 18, mentioning a delay due to a road incident. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and if it doesn't arrive on time, I will have to ask for a refund. The order number is DUX[redacted]28, and Hermes tracking number is TOOlHA[redacted]. It's frustrating as this is the second time this month Hermes has failed to deliver my order. Trying to reach them is proving difficult. I hope to get the order and avoid a refund.

I recently got an email from Hermes informing me that my parcel is delayed. I have been unable to reach Hermes due to their automated system not recognizing the reference number when I speak. Additionally, I've tried calling Debenhams Customer Service, but the line is continuously busy. I purchased the item on Friday, December 17th, with next day delivery as it is a Christmas gift for my [redacted]-year-old mom. I am concerned that it won't arrive in time for Christmas. I received an order on 10 December which included items I did not need. I contacted customer service and printed a return label to send the items back to a Hermes drop-off location at the shop on Liversedge Hall Lane on 12 December. While in a taxi with another parcel to return, the taxi driver kindly offered to drop the parcels off for me due to my disability. Upon arriving at my destination, I was given only one receipt for the parcels. Although I received an email confirmation for the second parcel, I have yet to receive a receipt for the Debenhams return, which was a purchase of over 40 pounds. I am unsure of the next steps to take in this situation.

I placed an order (DUX[redacted]61) on 20.12.21 with paid next-day delivery. The tracking hasn't updated since the courier changed. I received an email stating the delivery is delayed, which has not changed as of 28.12.21. Due to this, I had to buy replacements for the items which were Christmas presents. I am disappointed and it makes me reconsider ordering from Debenhams. Can you please confirm when I will receive a full refund, including postage, to my payment system?

My parcel was left outside a random block of flats in my neighborhood, just dumped on the street and it’s missing! The Hermes tracking code is T01TFA[redacted]. There's a photo from the courier showing it tossed outside the building. It's unfortunate that it's a day late, understandable this time of year. I searched for it right away but couldn't find it! Kindly cancel my order.

Hello, On 27/12/[redacted], I placed an order with order number DUX[redacted]64. However, I have only received 1 of the 2 items I purchased. The missing item is the hooded jumper dress in mink, size small, priced at £7. The delivery was for Eram Rahman at 90 Ladysmith Road, Stoke on Trent, ST1 4BX. I have already made payment for the item and would appreciate it being sent to me as soon as possible since I had opted for next day delivery. I recently returned some items to Debenhams through North West RDC Delivery on 11/12/21 at 06:57. However, it has been 18 days, and I have not received the refund for these shoes in my account yet. I placed an order for 5 items yesterday, but I haven't received a confirmation email yet. When I tried to log into my account, I was unable to and received an error message stating that my email or password was incorrect. I attempted to reset my password, but I did not receive any response. As a result, I decided to sign up again, but when I checked my orders, it showed that I had none. I purchased a Regatta coat online as a surprise for my wife in her usual size 14, but it turned out to be too small. I had to return it, incurring a £3.99 delivery fee and an additional £3.00 return fee. To reorder a replacement, it will cost another £3.99. Due to these charges, I will be seeking an alternative retailer where customers are not unfairly penalized.

I purchased an item online as an Xmas present for my brother with order number DUX[redacted]99 on 07/11/21. It was opened for the first time on Christmas day and unfortunately broke on the first use. Even though it wasn't a costly item and was on sale, it should not have broken so easily. I have photos of the broken product. Could you please let me know what steps you are willing to take to resolve this issue? The product is currently with my brother, not with me.

I have been trying to get assistance for over three weeks now regarding an order I placed for a jumper on December 6th. I received a notification that the jumper was with Hermes, but after several days, there was no further update. I contacted Hermes, and they claimed the item was delivered on December 21st at 2:49 pm, although I was not home at that time. Despite their confirmation, the jumper was not received, causing my friend to go without a Christmas present. I have had no issues with previous deliveries, receiving notifications before and after delivery. I recently ordered two coats online from you. I had to return the Regatta coat as I needed to choose one of the two I ordered. Unfortunately, I do not have the invoice number, but the coat's original price was £[redacted] and I believe it was reduced to £45 on sale. I wasn't able to find the free returns label online, so I used the Regatta label and paid for the postage. The coat was picked up on January 12th from my local Hermes pick-up store. However, I am now being asked to pay for it as it hasn't reached its destination, and the tracking system shows no updates. My account number with you is [redacted] and my name is Mrs. S. L. Order Number: DUX[redacted]14 | Hello, I placed an order with Debenhams, and it was delivered to the wrong address today. My address is 24 Gardenia Avenue, but it was mistakenly sent to 2 Gardenia Avenue. When I checked the proof of delivery from Hermes, I found out that it was delivered to an elderly lady's house. Unfortunately, she was unable to provide clear information, mentioning someone taking the parcel. After speaking to her daughter, who mentioned her mother's dementia, they searched the house but couldn't locate the package. I encountered difficulties navigating the Debenhams website and updating my correct address. It would be appreciated if Debenhams could either resend the items or issue a refund. I have sent multiple emails without receiving any response. After seeking advice from trading standards, I was informed to contact you regarding my order. The parcel was left on my doorstep, which is off a public path, and was subsequently taken. According to Hermes' policy, parcels should not be left on doorsteps. This incident violates the agreement. I paid Debenhams for the order, and they should seek reimbursement from Hermes since they failed to provide the promised service. I fulfilled my part of the transaction by paying Debenhams. I expect a response within 7 days from this email. My order reference is T00IHA[redacted]. Part of my order arrived on the next day, but the item that was taken/stolen arrived two days later, not meeting the next-day delivery agreement. The stolen item was a £25 pair of boots.

Subject: Assistance Needed for Return Issue To Whom It May Concern, I have been experiencing difficulties with resetting my password using the provided link for weeks. Despite numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact by phone, I have not been able to resolve this issue. Recently, due to personal circumstances such as the unexpected loss of a close friend and illness, I have been unable to meet the returns period deadline to send back the black dress from my recent order. I have found an alternative way to return the item now but require an exception to be made regarding the returns period policy. I ordered navy blue size 5 shoes on 7 April [redacted] and paid for next day delivery. I received notifications from Hermes/Evri that the shoes were out for delivery, but they claim they couldn't access my location, even though I was at work during those times. Now, I've been informed that the shoes have been returned to Debenhams, but I haven't received any updates. Order Number: DUXOO[redacted]0 Product: Dash Pointed Court Shoe Blue 5 BQQ03926-[redacted]-13 Price: £26.25 + Delivery £4.99, Total: £31.24 Tracking shows the shoes are back at Debenhams.
