I received my order DUX[redacted]29, but unfortunately, some items are missing. The email confirmation stated that the entire order was delivered, but in reality, 8 pieces are still missing. Hermes only delivered 2 bags, but there should be more items. Additionally, in my second order, a few items are missing as well, even though the email status shows it is still in progress. While I am willing to wait for the second order, my main concern is with the first order that was marked as dispatched and now as delivered, without the complete items. I recently placed an order on Debehams' website for next day delivery totaling over £[redacted], consisting of Christmas presents. Unfortunately, upon delivery, I only received two bags with less than half of my items. The most expensive items, like jackets and toys, are missing. I have been attempting to get in touch with Debenhams without success. There are no stores available, and the phone numbers provided are not working. I need assistance with a coat I ordered online on 28/11/21 and received on 4/12/21. This was meant to be a gift, and upon giving it today, I realized the zip is faulty and cannot be undone. I would like to return it as it is not functional but unfortunately do not have the original packaging. I do have the online order details, including the order number. I am looking for either a refund or a replacement garment.

Order number DUX[redacted]18 was placed on the 6th of December and dispatched to Hermes. I received an email from Hermes on the 7th stating they had the order. However, it is now the 12th of December and my order has not arrived. I have attempted to contact Hermes with no success. I kindly request that you reach out to your carrier to check the status of my order or provide a refund for the above order.

I ordered three items from Debenhams on November 28th. I received a delivery email from Hermes on December 6th stating the parcel was delivered, but I never received it, nor was there a card or any proof of delivery. After contacting Hermes, they admitted they lost the parcel and had two days to locate it. On December 9th, a parcel was delivered, but only one of the items was inside. When checking Debenhams' website with the same tracking number, it shows all items as delivered. I am frustrated with Debenhams' virtual system as I keep going in circles. Despite emailing them daily, I have not received a response, and there is no phone number available. I'm unsure of what steps to take and worried I won't receive the goods I paid for in time for Christmas. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Over the weekend, I had sent emails regarding my recent order of pajamas. Unfortunately, only the pants arrived when I was expecting a set. I hope we can resolve this by sending me the matching t-shirt as well. I ordered the Paisley Penguin size 16/18. It is a Christmas present, so I really need the complete set. My wife found a sale item on Debenhams' website, a Red Herring Cut & Sew Padded Jacket, Size L, reduced from £48.00 to £14.40. It would make a great gift for our grandson. We proceeded with the order and selected the next day delivery for £4.99. After filling in our details and payment information, we received a message confirming that the order was being processed and an email with the order details and tracking number would be sent. However, my wife's bank alerted her that £48.19 was charged instead of £14.40, which is confusing. I need assistance. On December 2nd, I received my order. I selected the items I wanted and returned the others via Royal Mail 48 tracked, following the instructions. However, I am worried as I have not heard anything back. After tracking the parcel, I noticed it has been at Preston since December 3rd. I reside at 14 Lodge Road, Oxley, Wolverhampton, WV10 6TQ. I recently made a purchase with an order number DUX[redacted]09, choosing next day delivery for an upcoming Christmas lunch event. Out of the three items I ordered, only two arrived on time while the dress was delivered a day late by Hermes, causing me to miss wearing it to the event. I am disappointed with the service as I paid extra for next day delivery and did not receive it as expected. I believe that companies are profiting greatly from delivery charges. My order hasn't arrived yet, and the tracking information isn't updating. When I click on the tracking link in the email, it shows an error message saying the page doesn't exist. The order should have arrived by now as it was dispatched on the 10th of December with a maximum of 5 working days for delivery. I can't find an email address to contact them, and I don't use social media. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this order is a gift, and I can't afford to buy a replacement.

I received one item that was delivered to a neighbor, but I was informed about another package that was delivered but never received. Hermes attempted delivery on Friday, 17/12/21, but I was not home. They claimed they delivered on 19/12/21 at 8:27 am, but I was home and never heard the doorbell. According to the email and photo, they supposedly delivered the package to 3 Soham road, which is incorrect. I am missing three items from my order: one short-sleeved T-shirt, one pair of walking shoes, and one pair of boat shoes.
Could you please provide me with information on where I can send the Hermes delivery photos? These missing items were purchased as Christmas gifts.

It prompts me to enter the name of the company, such as Debenhams, but then indicates that Debenhams is not a recognized company.
