I recently bought an item online that was not suitable for me. After receiving instructions on how to return it to various addresses, I diligently followed the steps. However, I am now in the frustrating position of continuously messaging on Messenger to inquire about my refund, which adds up to nearly £[redacted]. Though I was told the refund would be processed today, it hasn't appeared yet. This amount means a lot to me, and I have provided evidence of postage and proof of the item's return. I am eagerly waiting for the refund, as suggested in your link. Unfortunately, trying to call Debenhams using the provided phone number was unsuccessful as it is no longer in service.

I purchased pyjamas from Dorothy Perkins online via Debenhams. Upon delivery, the pyjama bottoms were missing from the 2-piece set I ordered (AQQ16356-[redacted]-56). I will be returning the incomplete pyjama top and the unicorn land cushion (HDD00232-[redacted]-56) as it is too small. My order number for both items is DUX[redacted]7. I would like to return items totaling £77.89 that were deducted from my account on July 29th. I received the statement and noticed the items were not suitable for me at the age of 73; they were intended for younger customers. I have responded to you multiple times, returned the items, and provided proof. I am still awaiting the refund, which is unacceptable as a pensioner. The returns process is overly complex. I selected In Post but got confused when it requested two labels when I only received one. Since each dress has a different number, I can't comply. It would have been easier to use a courier or post office for returns. Unfortunately, the system didn't allow me to switch methods after selecting one. Now I have to drive to a location and use a locker to post my items. Despite the inconvenience, I'll be placing both dresses in the same bag to avoid further issues. My order number is DUX[redacted]00, and I am returning two out of the four dresses: AAA05418-[redacted]-30 and AAA04877-[redacted]-18.

I made a purchase a week ago and have not received my order yet. The website mentioned a 5-day delivery timeframe, but I have not heard anything from the delivery company. I ordered Burton moccasins at a 50% discount but was charged £17.50 instead of £12.50. Unfortunately, I no longer have the order number as it was a gift for my husband. Despite reaching out with complaints, I was asked for a screenshot that I had already deleted. After numerous attempts to resolve this via Twitter and email, it remains unresolved. I now wish to return the item due to the overcharge. To do so, I need the order number from the missing invoice. Disappointed by the poor customer service, I am disheartened as a repeat customer. I had to check out as a guest since my email address wasn't recognized, and even the request for a password reset wasn't successful. I intend to return the item and cease future purchases from Debenhams.

I am seeking help regarding my order DUX[redacted]35 with next-day delivery. On Saturday, December 4th, Hermes notified me that my parcel was out for delivery, but later I received an email informing me that it could not be delivered and that I would receive an update on its progress. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates since then. When trying to contact Hermes via their live chat, the system does not recognize my tracking number even though I have double-checked it. Additionally, the automated phone system does not accept my tracking number to reach an operator. I am hoping someone can assist me with this issue.

I used Hermes to return two items on 27/11/21. One item, a Flower Intarsia Jumper (£25) Order Number DUX[redacted]67 using a Debenhams label, has been received by you on 29/11/21, and I have been refunded. The other item I returned was a Tall Pop Paisley Button Through Midi Dress (£19.50) under Order No. DUX[redacted]47 reference AYY10359-[redacted]-20. I had difficulty printing a Debenhams return label, so I used a free Debenhams Hermes return label from the Hermes site. I included a copy of the Debenhams Order Confirmation email in the package for clarity. Both packages were dropped off at the Hermes parcel shop on the same day. The Hermes reference numbers are HOITFD[redacted] (received) and HOITFF[redacted], which is still in transit. I kindly request an investigation on your end to locate the second package. I have received a faulty item, the top of the left sleeve has loose stitching on the Helfa' Insulated Baffled Jacket I ordered. My Order Number is DUX[redacted]02, placed on 28/11/[redacted] for a Brown XXXL jacket priced at £20 with free delivery. I noticed the price has increased to £29.95 since my purchase. Despite being told replacement isn't an option and I'd need to reorder, I feel entitled to a replacement based on your Returns policy.
