I reside at [redacted] N. Dixie Dr. Suite C, Dayton, OH [redacted]. The property owner, Mohammad, currently overseas in Jordan, communicates through the WhatsApp app with us. Unfortunately, a Zen employee who works at the Boost Mobile store nearby, residing in suite B, has threatened to disconnect our electricity, despite us having paid until April [redacted] as per our lease agreement. This individual's actions do not seem lawful, as the electricity account is not under her name. Although she claims to have the power to shut it off regardless, I find this behavior unacceptable. If the power is disconnected tomorrow, Monday the 16th, without the owner's consent, legal action might be necessary. It is crucial to clarify the situation and seek professional advice to address this unauthorized interference with our utilities.
