I have not received my delivery even though I am home and it's a safe neighborhood. The notice from UPS stated there was nobody home or a safe place to leave the packages, which is inaccurate. I am concerned about the delivery attempts mentioned in the messages you sent me. This is the first time I've encountered this issue, and I want to ensure my packages are delivered safely. Hello, I am writing on behalf of Mrs. A.H. regarding a shipment sent from Egypt on April 17 containing cookies for the Muslim holidays. Despite an expected delivery of April 21, the package is still in transit in Frankfurt, Germany. Unfortunately, it is likely that the cookies are ruined by now. We are concerned about the health aspect as the cookies should not be touched by anyone. We are disappointed about the loss of goods and shipping fees and are seeking compensation as we were not informed about the delays that led to this outcome. We are dissatisfied with the service provided by DHL Express and expect better communication regarding the status of our shipment. We urge you to reach out to us promptly to address this matter.

I was told this morning that multiple packages would be delivered and paid $[redacted] for them to arrive by noon today. However, it is now 3:40 pm and there has been no delivery. I am extremely displeased with the lack of communication and unavailability of the delivery company. Yesterday, I went through a two-hour drive only for the driver not to wait a minute. I demand to speak to a senior management member to address this situation promptly. If my concerns are not addressed immediately, I will escalate this complaint to the State of Massachusetts Attorney General's office.

I have been receiving texts requesting a signature for a DHL package, although I wasn't anticipating any deliveries from them. This confusion is not uncommon. Upon finally receiving the package, I discovered that it was indeed for me. However, instead of the expected items, I received fresh flowers that were unfortunately wilting due to being enclosed in the box without water for a minimum of two days. It appears that a previous delivery attempt was made by a different driver who did not follow the proper procedure by failing to contact me for the gate code or leave a notification.

On 5/31/23, a scheduled envelope pick-up was arranged at our office located at [redacted] W 7th Ave Ste [redacted]. We were prepared with the envelope but lacked a plastic sleeve for the address label. The DHL driver kindly offered to assist. A DHL representative collected the cardboard envelope on 6/1/23. The tracking number for this shipment is [redacted]. Although the tracking information does not reflect the pick-up, rest assured it was completed. Is there a way to trace the driver who was assigned to collect the package at our office on that day? Thank you.

I have completed the necessary customs requirements for our shipment handed over to DHL at the Rome, 9 Via die Congresse location on June 14, [redacted]. We are awaiting the "DHL 2-Day Express Delivery" for the two boxes with AWB [redacted] and AWB [redacted]. Any updates or tracking information would be appreciated. Thank you, J. L. Aichele. The tracking number [redacted] indicates that the package was delivered to Baltimore Airport, MD, instead of the intended shipping address in Edgewater, MD. I am requesting DHL to either successfully deliver the package to the correct address stated above or cover the cost of a replacement. Regards, Kira C.

I previously placed an order and encountered the same issue. I am currently reordering a pair of shoes from GOAT, and my tracking number is [redacted]. The website indicates that my shipment is on hold, and I was instructed to email a picture of my ID, which I promptly did. Unfortunately, the last time I went through this process, my shipment was returned to GOAT's storage. In order to reship it, I had to pay an additional $46. Now, facing the same request for my ID, I simply want to receive my order as expected without incurring any further shipping costs. I hope to avoid having to lodge a complaint this time around.
