This delivery is part of the United Nations Online Scam Compensation Scheme in conjunction with the World Bank, IMF, and the UK debt recovery agency. I have been waiting for a delivery from DHL which was scheduled for two separate occasions. Despite being home on time for both given delivery times, I found cards with no delivery time left at my door. The delivery attempts were made earlier than the specified delivery window. The card reference numbers are: [redacted] and [redacted]. Since DHL only attempts two deliveries, I am now required to collect my furniture item from the distant depot. I refuse to collect it myself as I was present during both scheduled delivery times. I request a new delivery time to be arranged and for the driver to adhere to the agreed upon schedule in the future.

I am unsure if I am addressing the correct person, but I am feeling quite frustrated. I placed an order for a bathroom suite at Bathstore Cardiff a month ago. We received a text message instructing us to call to schedule a delivery date. The issue is that despite repeated attempts, we have been unable to reach anyone at the provided phone number [redacted]7. Every call results in a recorded message with no response. We have tried calling multiple times, waiting up to thirty minutes, without any success. The order number is [redacted], and the purchase was made at Bathstore on Newport Road in Cardiff. I am frustrated with the lack of response from DHL. My son-in-law and I have tried to contact them for over two weeks without any success. Despite reaching out to Bathstore for assistance, we have not received a reply since last Friday. Our reference number with Bathstore is [redacted], and the order number provided by DHL is [redacted]. We are eager to schedule a delivery date for our bathroom suite purchased on 10th September from Bathstore in Cardiff. Unfortunately, all attempts to reach DHL, including calling the number [redacted]7, have been unsuccessful. We are growing concerned about the lack of communication from DHL and are considering escalating the issue to Trading Standards if a resolution is not provided promptly. Good evening, I used Parcel2Go to send a parcel to Germany. The collection point specified by the app was not accepting parcels due to Covid, so I dropped off my parcel at a different location in Barking, UK. I handed it over to a DHL driver at 35 Station Parade, Barking IG11 8EB. The driver took my parcel with Reference Number P2G[redacted]5-[redacted]6, but I did not receive a receipt, and my parcel has not reached its destination yet. I am unsure how to track my parcel without a reference number from DHL. Can anyone assist me in obtaining a reference number or providing information about my parcel? Thank you.

Hello DHL Express, I am inquiring about a shipping issue with the parcel I ordered. The shipping number provided led the parcel to Hornchurch, London, instead of Gloucestershire where I reside. The online company I purchased from is not responding to my queries, claiming the provided shipping number was correct. As the recipient of two iPads/tablets I have already paid for, the situation has been quite frustrating. I shipped a parcel on December 1st to Latina, Italy, with an expected delivery time of 2-3 days. However, after 15 days, it is still stuck at the UK depot awaiting the next shipment movement. Despite paying £[redacted].00 for express delivery, there has been no progress. I am concerned about the delay and would appreciate assistance in ensuring its prompt delivery. I witnessed a disturbing incident involving one of your drivers in my neighborhood today. Our private road faced a delivery where the driver reversed too quickly, almost hitting a parked vehicle. When asked to slow down, he responded aggressively with inappropriate language and gestures. This confrontation escalated as he wielded a metal bar, prompting a defensive reaction. As a former courier with three decades of experience in London, I understand the importance of professionalism and safety in this line of work. Such behavior is unacceptable and should have serious consequences. The delivery address involved was 60 Shingham, Beachamwell, Swaffham, PE37 8AY.

On January 22, [redacted], I received a large envelope via DHL that caught my attention since I wasn't anticipating a delivery. Upon waiting a few days to open it, I discovered it contained a purported Sales Agreement from a deceptive company that had been persistently contacting me, originating from Madrid. Surprisingly, the agreement did not specify the name of the company involved. After reviewing your Terms and Conditions, I noted the requirement for confirmation of exclusions in the package, which includes the term 'illegal'. Isn't fraudulence considered illegal? On June 16th, I received an SMS from DHL stating that a package from Italy was being held for customs charges. I contacted the sender to decline the gift due to the customs duty. After discussing with them, they offered to pay the customs duty. The next day, DHL notified me that the package was ready for collection. However, on July 30th, DHL emailed me requesting payment for the customs duty again, stating it wasn't marked as paid. I understand that DHL won't deliver the package without payment. Despite the previous assurance, they are insisting on payment. The waybill number for the package is [redacted]. Regards, Hasan

On June 10th, a package was picked up from 9 York Way, GU47 9DE, heading to Spain. Unfortunately, it hasn't reached its destination yet. I didn't keep track of the tracking number but have a shipment number, [redacted][redacted]. Despite trying on the website, I'm unable to track the parcel with the shipment number. On October 28th, I received a delivery notification, which led me to cancel my plans and stay home all day. Disappointingly, there were no updates or communication from the courier. Eventually, I was informed that I missed the delivery. I rescheduled for the 29th with a request for contactless drop-off, but to my dismay, the delivery person couldn't leave the package at my door as agreed. Despite rushing downstairs within three minutes of the call, the courier was nowhere to be found. Despite my efforts, the package was not left as instructed. Seeking assistance, I contacted the DHL complaint line, and they arranged for a new pick-up point near my place on the 30th. Upon visiting on the 30th at 5 pm, the package wasn't there. As of October 1st, there has been no update on the whereabouts of my package. This experience with DHL has been incredibly frustrating and has left me with a lack of trust in their services.

I ordered from Twinings on the 16th and chose DHL Express for delivery. On the 18th, even though the estimated delivery date changed to the 19th, it was marked as delivered on the 18th at 19:31. The proof of delivery photo was just a black rectangle, no actual photo. Despite living in a flat and instructing them to buzz the door for someone to collect it, nobody heard the buzzer. The proof of delivery was signed by Jan E., but no one by that name lives here. I checked everywhere outside but could not find the parcel, worth £86.13, which is a significant amount for me. CCTV footage showed that nobody came by. I'm waiting for Twinings to resolve the issue.

While in Spain, Lloyds Bank used DHL to deliver a package to me. I am deeply unhappy with DHL's handling of the situation. Despite falsely claiming to have my signature, DHL has been unhelpful and inconsistent in their responses. Various representatives, including Ben Hibbard and Michelle, have provided conflicting information and failed to address my concerns. The situation is exacerbated by DHL's mishandling of my personal information and repeated lack of response to my emails. Despite contacting them multiple times, I only receive automated replies, and DHL has ignored legal advice indicating they are violating data protection laws. I waited all morning expecting a delivery from DHL, but then received a notification claiming a delivery attempt was made when no one was home. The tracking reference is AWB Number: [redacted]. I am disappointed by the lack of service and request that the driver delivers the package within the next 2 hours as promised.

I received a message from DHL stating that my parcel has been delivered, but I have not received it yet. The AWB number is [redacted] [redacted]. I have tried contacting them, and it seems like the parcel might only be delivered to the area office of DHL. The officer mentioned that I should ask my daughter to check the gate and postbox outside because they did not leave the key. My daughter is a doctor at Addenbrookes and is always busy, so I would appreciate if you could look into this for me. Thank you. I have sent her favorite Singaporean snacks for Christmas. I received my tracking number for item [redacted], a £98 collectible Final Fantasy figure. The package was left outside my house in the pouring rain all day without any notification or a delivery email until later. It would have been more sensible to place it in the covered alleyway next to the house. Unfortunately, the box was soaked through and is now ruined. I believe some form of compensation is necessary for this unacceptable situation. I look forward to seeing how this issue will be resolved.

My uncle is eagerly awaiting a package delivery, but DHL left a card at his apartment building without attempting to ring his doorbell or gain entry. The parcel is from the USA and there is a £20 charge, even though the senders claim all costs were paid. My uncle, who is 91, is worried about this situation. I sent items to Nigeria for my wife and children on 01/01/22 with waybill number WB #[redacted], and it is still being held. The items include a used laptop, a used mobile phone over one year old, two new 8-year-old girl's dresses, and my wife's eyeglasses, which I brought back to the UK by mistake last year. The Nigeria office requested via email on 06/01/22 the sender's and receiver's ID data pages, a signed handwritten relationship letter, and proof of payment for the items. After confusion about the requested documents between the NDLEA and customs duties, a customs charge of 63,[redacted] naira was paid into their bank account. However, the items were not delivered, and now they are asking for the documents again. I cannot locate the receipts for the laptop or phone, as they were purchased without receipts. I suspect this may be an attempt to extort money from shippers under the guise of official procedures. I am requesting intervention from the office to ensure the delivery of my parcel or its return to the UK with a refund of the custom duties paid.
