Subject: Issue with Recent Parcel Delivery I wish to address an issue with a recent parcel delivery. On the address of 25 Ingrebourne Court with the postcode E46RL, a delivery was made three days ago. Surprisingly, my neighbor handed me this parcel yesterday, mentioning that it had been at her place for two days. I did not receive any notification about the delivery being made to my neighbor's address, be it a note, letter, email, or phone call. As the content of the parcel is quite crucial, I would appreciate better handling of future deliveries to ensure they reach me directly. Moreover, I kindly request checking your depot for any previous undelivered parcels that might be in your possession. I value your service and look forward to improvements. Thank you.

Hello, my parcel arrived on the 5th of September with the wrong address. I contacted customer support to update it, and they assured me they had fixed the address and rescheduled the delivery. However, the delivery did not arrive, so I contacted them again. They advised me to pick it up at a service point provided with a new address. Despite being in London for 20 days already, I struggled to get to the service point, only to find out they do not serve my postcode. Feeling frustrated, I contacted the support team once more, emphasizing the urgency of the situation after over a week of waiting. They promised to deliver it today, which did not happen. After another call today, they now claim the parcel is possibly lost. I've spent £50 on phone calls and wasted time and energy dealing with this issue that is not my fault. The service has been incredibly poor, and I am at a loss. I need a resolution as I am leaving London on Monday night. Your prompt response will be greatly appreciated.

I arranged for a package to be delivered today. According to the tracking information, it was delivered in the morning and signed for by a person named Brown. I don't know anyone by that name in my neighborhood. I was looking out the window and never saw a delivery van. When I checked the map, the delivery location was marked in a rural area. I actually went to the spot and visited every house on the road, but no one claimed to have signed for it. I think the driver falsely marked it as delivered without coming here. This situation is not acceptable. How can I arrange for a re-delivery of my package? What kind of compensation can I expect for this error? The package was a birthday present for my girlfriend today, and now she doesn't have a gift because the delivery wasn't completed.

I sent a parcel from Lahore, Pakistan to London, UK through an agent named Goodwill Enterprises on 10.10.[redacted]. It’s been 20 days, and I haven’t received it. When trying to contact them, they are unhelpful. I managed to obtain an airway bill which states it will go to Bahrain and then to London via DHL. The tracking number on it is [redacted] [redacted], provided by the agent but not working. The bag number is 49, and they said it's in excise at Route One. I need help finding a way to contact them as my original documents and important items are in that parcel. I have a copy of the airway bill for reference. Please assist me as soon as possible. I recently purchased a job hood from My-Appliances with the shipment reference [redacted][redacted]. The delivery window was between 17:36 and 18:36. Unfortunately, the item has not arrived and the tracking information states that the driver couldn't access the property, which is incorrect as my mother has been at home all day. I urgently need the item delivered before 8 am tomorrow when my electrician is scheduled to install it. It seems the driver may have mistakenly gone to the wrong address, assuming Newcastle Avenue was on the opposite side, but number 6 is actually on a different street. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and would like to escalate this issue and ensure the delivery is made before my electrician's visit.

I have had issues contacting DHL as there's no local number provided. Every time I call customer service, the call gets disconnected after 6 minutes without any explanation. This led to an unexpected £[redacted] bill from EE, which I find frustrating. I've already spoken with EE, who mentioned the lack of local numbers. I believe the excessive charge for brief calls is unreasonable, especially considering I just needed a driver sent out. The constant disconnections and having to repeat my story to multiple advisors is highly inconvenient. I've had to call DHL four times, and now I'm adamant about getting my money refunded and having free access to customer service. I can provide my EE statement as proof if necessary.

Two days ago, I received a missed parcel slip, but there was no information on it like the shipment number, date, or time. Yesterday, I got another slip with no details, and I am unsure if it was a redelivery of the same parcel or a new one. When I called the helpline, I couldn't reach a real person. I requested redelivery today and left a note on my door with the slips attached, asking for delivery to any neighbor since they were all available nearby. To my surprise, I received another blank slip today. I am not sure if this is one parcel or three separate ones. The card refs are: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]. It's inconvenient to travel 30 miles to the local depot, and there was no option on the automated helpline to request delivery to a neighbor or leave it in a safe place. I am having a problem with a missing package. The tracking information indicates it was signed for, but I did not receive it. After contacting the courier, they mentioned an address mismatch. However, the sender assures me the correct address was used. Given their successful deliveries to me in the past, I trust their word. I am unsure if this is an issue with the delivery personnel or a misinterpretation. This situation is unacceptable, and if not resolved, I am prepared to take further action, even considering legal steps. Additionally, the courier claims the package was signed for by "David," but I always sign as "David T." I have not received any notification or apology for this matter. It seems like the courier is avoiding addressing the problem.

I recently placed an order on Zafel, and it's being shipped through DHL Express. Regrettably, I didn't provide my mobile number during the ordering process. I've received two text messages from DHL so far. The first one states that my package should arrive by June 3rd. However, the second text is about paying import duties or taxes for the package, with a provided web link. The website indicates I owe £25.00 before receiving my package. It appears to be authentic, but when I check the DHL tracking information online, there's no mention of this fee. The package is currently in transit from Hong Kong to Luton. I'm willing to pay the tax if required, but I'm uncertain about the legitimacy of this additional charge. Although DHL has scam warnings on their site, I haven't found a situation exactly like mine.

I posted an envelope from South Shields, UK to Lagos, Nigeria via express mail. It contains my international passport, a copy of my passport request letter, and other documents necessary for obtaining my Canadian permanent residence. The parcel was sent on Saturday with an expected delivery date of Wednesday due to embassy deadlines. I am inquiring about a DHL Express parcel, number [redacted], which I mistakenly handed in at the DHL Parcel depot in Greenford (Auriol Drive) on October 19, [redacted]. I was unaware of the distinction between DHL Express and DHL Parcel, so I handed it to the enquiries counter, where it was accepted by a lady who assured me it would be sent out the same night. However, there has been no movement on the tracking system since. DHL informed me that it was a mistake and the parcel might have been sent to Ryton their hub or passed to DHL Express. I contacted them, but they advised me to reach out to you for assistance. I would greatly appreciate your help.

On Saturday afternoon, I paid £80 to send a parcel from the UK to Australia and received a tracking number. I was instructed to print the details to attach to the parcel for Monday morning collection between 9 AM and 1 PM. However, when I tried to print the details from my email, the tracking number was invalid, preventing me from printing the necessary information. Unfortunately, customer service is closed, making it impossible to clarify the issue. This means the parcel may not be collected on time. It is frustrating that the tracking number provided is not functional. I hope to have this resolved before the scheduled collection time without incurring additional costs due to DHL's error.

My order was scheduled to arrive today, but I received a message saying they couldn't locate me. Despite topping up my phone twice, the credit kept depleting, and they couldn't return my calls. I opted for express delivery to receive the car part today. I reside at 23 Crossley Close, Hindley, Wigan, WN2 3US. Our home in a new development might be challenging to find. For better directions, the driver would need to head to WN23RX (Park Road), turn onto Crossley Close, and we are located opposite the farm. Please resolve this promptly. I paid around £15 for express delivery, promising delivery within two working days. The driver should contact me directly at [redacted]1 if there are any issues. The inconvenience of losing £10 in phone credit is frustrating, now costing us more than the shipping fee. Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the issue.

The tracking information indicates a delivery attempt was made, but I was home and no one rang the bell. I have security camera footage showing no delivery attempt. Today, I am awaiting another delivery attempt and would appreciate a phone call when the delivery person arrives, ensuring I can open the door promptly.

I received an email confirming the delivery of my parcel today, but it did not arrive within the specified timeframe. Upon checking your website, it now shows the delivery scheduled for 13/12/19. I am frustrated by this delay as it means waiting in for another day. Could you provide more information about the origin of the parcel since I am not anticipating any deliveries?

I am disappointed with DHL's failure to deliver my next day parcel that was due last Thursday. An email this morning indicated a delivery window between 10:20am and 12:20pm, but nothing arrived. Checking the tracking status revealed a comment from the courier claiming they couldn't access my premises, which is untrue as I regularly receive mail and parcels without issue.

Hello, I am inquiring about the status of my delivery. The initial delivery date was last Friday, but I received a notification stating an attempted delivery was made, even though myself and three others were present at home all day. I rescheduled the delivery for today with an estimated time between 9am - 1pm. Upon contacting DHL, I was informed that the package would arrive in the afternoon, yet my tracking information still shows no updates since receiving it by courier around 2pm. The driver did not attend the property. He said he was unable to deliver the parcel. Perhaps if he went to the correct address, got out of the van, pressed the doorbell, went downstairs, and then pressed [redacted], he would have found I was in, along with my concierge. After reviewing the CCTV footage, no DHL driver arrived between 8:15 and 12:15. If the driver had gotten out of the van or confirmed the correct address, it might have helped. Drivers should consider phoning customers if they cannot locate them. I don't believe he couldn't find me; he really let me down. I'm disabled and vulnerable, and I need the item. Let's hope the same situation doesn't occur tomorrow. Please instruct the driver to exit the van and ring the two bells as he doesn't need to physically see anyone. Thank you. I'm very disappointed.

Two parcels were addressed to the Netherlands and one to the USA. The USA parcel was delivered promptly within 5 days. Unfortunately, the parcel destined for Lelystad didn't arrive until April 17th, while the one meant for Maasbommel was mistakenly taken to Maastricht, causing a significant delay due to a [redacted] km detour. The missing parcel contains a meticulously crafted gift crucial for a special birthday on April 8th. I initiated the delivery with Ipost, now under your management. Despite multiple emails and a costly phone conversation with a representative in Holland, promising delivery, the parcel remains undelivered.
