Upon contacting OurFreedom, I was informed that Dhgate is responsible for issuing my full shipping refund since I have returned the dresses.
Unfortunately, I must express my utmost frustration with OurFreedom. The dresses arrived on Memorial Day (around May 28th), and despite my efforts, I encountered difficulties in receiving my refund. The dresses were far from resembling the custom fit I expected; one was excessively large. Consequently, I returned both dresses. While I have received a receipt for one dress, my full refund is still pending. With my ceremony scheduled for Saturday, August 25, I am anxious to resolve this matter promptly.

I placed an order on DHgate and paid for it, but it's still pending payment verification. I reached out to the seller for more information on why I don’t have a tracking number. They said my order needs verification and asked for a copy of my card's front and back. I felt uneasy about this request, so I covered half of the numbers and ccv and sent the details to [redacted] After informing the seller, they advised me to wait for confirmation before shipping. It has been 24 hours, and I have yet to receive any confirmation. I am concerned and seeking assistance. If I don't get a confirmation soon, I will have to notify my bank and report this website for suspected scam and fraud.

Many individuals have unfortunately fallen victim to this company's scams. It is disheartening to see how customers have been mistreated. This situation is not to be taken lightly. I reached out last week seeking resolution but have yet to receive any helpful responses. I have also tried contacting other platforms through email with no success. I regret not conducting thorough research before purchasing dresses for my granddaughter for important occasions. The behavior of this company is immoral, indecent, and incredibly harsh. Numerous individuals have suffered financial losses. This deceitful behavior must cease, and it is necessary to involve relevant authorities beyond just informing certain government agencies. Refunds should be issued to all affected customers, as I refuse to bear this financial burden alone. Wasting money is not an option for anyone. Your actions are deplorable and must be rectified.

I purchased a lace overlay from your store. After waiting for three weeks without receiving it, I had to pay an extra $20 for express shipping. Good evening, I recently received the shoes I ordered after waiting for nearly three weeks. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to find a significant scrape on one of the shoes. This imperfection is unacceptable and does not meet the standards I assured my customer they would receive. The large dark scrape appears to have been covered with white paint. As a result, I cannot sell these shoes to my client who expects a flawless pair. I am requesting a full refund or a replacement pair of shoes that are in perfect condition. Despite this issue, I appreciate other aspects of the shoes. If this matter is promptly addressed and resolved, I am willing to consider ordering from your company again. According to the information on the DHgate app, it was shipped via Yanwen partner with tracking number UE[redacted]33YP. However, it seems to have been delivered to the wrong place and city, and to the wrong person. I have not received the item yet. I reside in Uttar Pradesh, but the delivery mistakenly went to Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This discrepancy is concerning as I come from a humble background and had to save up for this purchase, choosing DHgate over AliExpress for the product. Please assist me in resolving this issue. I recently placed an order for 4 pairs of Nike Huaraches from DHgate. The order number is [redacted]48 and I ordered them on September 6, [redacted], at 21:57. I have only received one pair so far, the purple and white Nike Huarache, but I'm still waiting for the remaining 3 pairs. I got a package today with a pair of Nike socks that I did not order, and I'm unsure how to track the rest of my order. I want to receive the triple white, [redacted] Huaraches 3 Ultra, and the Red and white Nike Huaraches I mentioned. I also received an email stating they did not have the color I selected for one pair and asked me to choose another, which I tried but couldn't complete. Last week, I ordered a pair of Jordan 13 Retro Flint sneakers on the site. I wasn't a member at the time and signed in with Google for the purchase. I purchased a camo wedding dress from DHgate for $[redacted]. Although the payment went through, I have yet to receive the dress. My wedding is on October 15th, and I need the dress by then. I also ordered 3 camo vests with ties, which have arrived, but the dress I ordered weeks before still hasn't. There was supposed to be a confirmation email with the tracking number which I never received. I couldn't find a contact number for DHgate, only negative reviews. I feel like I've been scammed out of $[redacted]. Talking to someone on the phone would be more helpful than typing emails. I regret not reading reviews before making the purchase.

I have not received my order of 2 Kubeen fat bikes, order number [redacted]92. The tracking number provided was fake, and the package was mistakenly delivered to a different country. Despite informing DHgate that I did not receive my items, they still released the payment to the company. The reviews for Kubeen clearly show that they have scammed many people, with DHgate enabling them by releasing funds for undelivered items. Even though we lack physical evidence to file a dispute, the tracking details reveal the false postcode used for delivery. The package was sent by Royal Mail, a service that does not handle packages over 30kgs, pointing to a scam. DHgate is aware of these fraudulent activities but continues to support them, which is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund of $[redacted].60, and DHgate should take action against Kubeen for their deceitful practices.

I placed an order for four dresses with your company. I was assured they would arrive before my wedding. Unfortunately, they were shipped out only a week before the event. By the time the dresses arrived, which was four days after my wedding that I had to cancel, I discovered they were the wrong color. Despite confirming the color I wanted before ordering, I received red dresses instead of the burgundy purple (color number 77) I had selected. I am extremely disappointed.
