Order Number: [redacted]08 Hello, I have attempted to purchase the Marty McFly MAG Shoes (Red, US size 7) multiple times from two different sellers, only to have them delivered to the wrong address each time. I have now found another seller with an 89% transaction score, and I am considering reordering from them. I am willing to split the cost for a faster shipping method, but I need assurances that the shoes will arrive promptly. I placed my original order on September 6th, [redacted], in time for my nephew's birthday on October 13th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the last two attempts ended up with the package being sent to the wrong location despite providing the correct address in the comments section. I hope we can resolve this issue promptly.

I purchased a pair of shoes and received an email on 11-7-18 confirming that they had cleared customs and were in my country. The following day, on 11-8-18, I received an empty package that was too small to contain a pair of shoes. I had paid nearly $60 for these shoes that I did not receive. I am requesting either a refund or the exact pair of shoes I ordered to be sent to me. I would like the replacement package to be tracked as the previous one was just left in my mailbox, which could not possibly fit shoes in it. I am extremely disappointed as I waited nearly three weeks only to receive an empty bag instead of the shoes. Please address this situation promptly. I am eager to receive the shoes I have paid for.

I recently joined this website and got so excited about the amazing deals that I made multiple purchases from different sellers. After realizing that the prices seemed too good to be true, I reached out to the sellers to confirm the description and specifications of the items I bought. Since I wanted to change the quantity of some items in my first order after payment, I ended up placing a second order. Consequently, I unintentionally paid twice for some items and added a few more in the second order. Now, I see two orders with different quantities of the same items in processing status, and I am still awaiting a refund for the changes made to the first order. I need the refund to correct the quantities for which I paid twice. I haven't received any response from the sellers yet regarding the items, and I am worried about my purchases. I hope everything gets resolved, but I can't shake off the feeling that this may have been a regrettable mistake.

I was offered a full refund by one of your company managers, but they insisted that I delete my comment first. I explained that I would only remove the comment once I have received the refund. The dress I received was incorrect, with black dots on it, and an imitation of another company's design, made differently. I will not delete my comment until the refund is in my hands. Threats of legal action are on the table, as this situation feels like a scam. I will pursue getting your website banned from the U.S. until I am refunded. Refund policies clearly state that I am entitled to a full refund, which I made sure to check thoroughly to avoid being scammed by China. If I don't see action within the next 24 hours, the situation will escalate.

Order number: [redacted] I'm from Michigan, USA, and the goods I ordered were shipped to Texas, USA. The seller claims to have resent the items, but there is no tracking number available. I want a refund. Trying to open a dispute through your system has been difficult. I keep receiving emails offering me credit from your competitors, but I can't seem to get any help from customer service. How was my money released without the goods reaching me? I need my refund as I trusted the items were in transit, so I didn't check the payment status. If I don't get my money back, I will have to shop elsewhere. I don't need help filling out forms, I just need my refund promptly.

I have made several orders on your website and was expecting to receive them by Christmas as gifts for my family. However, I have noticed that the payment has already been deducted from my bank account, yet the seller has been instructed not to send the products. I have been attempting to reach out to the customer service through the app but have not been successful. I kindly request you to look into my orders as it seems the payment has already been processed by DHgate. I am disappointed with the current situation and would appreciate it if you could resolve this matter promptly.

Beste, ik heb 2 telefoons besteld en op de site stond dat de verkoper deze zou verzenden met TNT, maar het blijkt nu via bpost te zijn gegaan, wat ik niet wilde. De tracking werkt helemaal niet en nu krijg ik een brief van de douane dat het om namaak zou gaan, terwijl er op het zoekertje helemaal niets over vermeld stond, zelfs geen logo op de voor- en achterkant. Ik had hier totaal geen idee van. Ik heb de verkoper hierover aangesproken, maar die weigert het op te lossen of mijn geld terug te storten. De douane vraagt mij naar de website en gebruikersnaam van de verkoper. Als ik deze doorgeef, zeggen ze dat ze de nodige stappen zullen ondernemen tegen jullie website en de verkoper. Ik ben hier echt niet blij mee en wil graag mijn geld terug op mijn rekening. Zo niet, zal ik alle informatie doorsturen en een klacht indienen. Ik hoop snel iets van jullie te horen. Hello, I recently purchased an Arab IPTV Box Dalletektv Android 6.0 Smart TV Box TV receiver from your store (shop: hknokephonesparepart). Unfortunately, after just 2 months, a defect appeared. My box started showing a computer page. I contacted the store where I bought it, and they provided me with steps to reset it. However, after following their instructions, my box completely stopped working. It doesn't even turn on anymore. The seller doesn't believe me and has stopped responding to my messages regarding a refund or replacement for a new box. I'm frustrated that the product stopped working after only 2 months. I recently communicated with a trusted seller on WeChat who provided me with a DHGate link to make a payment for an item I wanted to purchase. Even after sending the payment screenshot, the seller claimed not to have received the payment. Upon checking my bank account, the transaction showed as pending, while my DHGate account indicated "awaiting payment." Confused and frustrated, I reached out to my bank for assistance, but was informed that only DHGate could cancel the transaction. I was advised to wait three days to see if the payment would be withdrawn, at which point I could file a dispute. Interestingly, upon logging back into my DHGate account, the status of my item had changed from "awaiting payment" to "canceled." Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service through live chat, only automated responses were received, leaving me feeling discouraged about shopping on DHGate in the future.

I placed an order for a pair of Uggs over a month ago, but they have not arrived yet. The tracking information shows that they have been in the same location for two weeks now. I ordered a jacket last week, but I received a jacket that is not the color I wanted. The fur on the hood is tangled, and I am very upset. The customer service is not helping me properly as they are confused about the item I received. I want a full refund as I paid a lot for this jacket. I placed order #[redacted]04 on December 10, [redacted], and was informed it had been shipped on December 16, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I never received the item. After being informed that the product was out of stock, I initially suggested an alternative wig instead of a refund, but eventually agreed to a refund. Despite sending numerous messages and emails, and waiting in line for live chat and customer support, I have been struggling to resolve this issue. My main request is simple - a refund. Initially excited about future purchases with your company, my confidence has diminished due to the lack of response to this basic problem. I now simply seek a refund and will likely take my business elsewhere if this matter is not promptly addressed.

A while ago, I purchased a black mesh UFO backpack with "Hollywood" on it for $[redacted].15. The seller had both black and green bags in stock, with a 94% positive rating. Unfortunately, they claimed to have run out of black bags and mistakenly sent me a green one. They wanted to charge me more to source the black bag from a different factory. After some back and forth, I agreed to pay extra to get the correct item. However, they then tried to send me a different product altogether for an additional cost. Frustrated, I insisted on receiving what I ordered. The seller then offered a cheaper bag instead, but I refused. I have not received the correct item, and the seller has been inconsistent in their communication. I would like the seller to send me the correct bag or refund me accordingly.

I am setting up a new store that will feature motorcycle apparel. I intended to place a bulk order with dhgate but wanted to test their delivery service first. I ordered a helmet on January 2nd. After receiving a tracking number, I discovered it was delivered to an address in California. After contacting dhgate, they promised to send a replacement. The new tracking number showed the second package delivered to an address in Ohio on February 4th. Despite providing my correct address multiple times and verifying it on file, both packages were delivered to different states far from South Carolina where I reside. I am confused about the shipping process and the tracking numbers provided. I have not received either package after waiting over a month. The lack of customer service support and delayed email responses have added to my concerns. I hope for a resolution as I am interested in doing business with dhgate in the future. Thank you, Ivan R.

I am inquiring about an order I placed for sports jogging pants. Yesterday, I used the email address Tiffany [redacted] for Kenneth Allen and the phone number [redacted]. Initially, the first order was under my email [redacted] with the address [redacted] Sycamore Lane, Lafayette, Indiana. The second order was for two sports joggers totaling $32. I haven't received a confirmation tracking number for these items sent to Tiffany Collier's email. However, I did receive a confirmation number for five other items I ordered under [redacted] Could you please provide a tracking number for the two sports jogging pants, either by texting my phone number or email, contacting Tiffany at her email address, or reaching out to her directly? I placed an order for a Dyson Hair Dryer with order number [redacted]69 on November 27. Upon realizing it was a counterfeit product being shipped from China and being asked to pay duty fees by a delivery company, I declined the package. Despite refusing the shipment over a month ago, I have yet to receive my $[redacted].92 CA refund. Subsequently, I received concerning texts from an individual in Las Vegas, Nevada claiming I mistakenly sent them a hair dryer instead of the Dyson Airwrap they ordered for $[redacted]. The texts threatened repercussions if the issue wasn't resolved. I've been unable to contact DHGate or the seller directly for assistance.
