Initially, I was informed my identity was verified, then later told the process is ongoing, leading to an email request for details like my profession and reasons for account opening. My bank is Citizens National Bank, and you can reach me at [redacted] (cell) or [redacted] (landline). I use [redacted] and [redacted] I work as a United Methodist pastor based in North Canton, Ohio, aiming to assist those at risk of poverty. I received a call on my mobile yesterday offering a part-time job, which I started today. They instructed me to register on a crypto platform, and I followed the instructions. After completing tasks and receiving commissions, they requested money from me twice, which I provided. However, on the third request, after giving them money, they did not return my funds. My crypto account is frozen, along with my balance. They keep asking for more money to fix the issue, and I am feeling very disappointed. I need help, please.

Hi, my name is Mark. I recently attempted to enroll in crypto.com but faced an issue. When asked to take a photo of my driver's license, I discovered that my phone's camera lens was cracked, resulting in poor image quality. Unable to proceed due to this setback, I decided to pause my enrollment. Subsequently, I upgraded my phone from an old Android Galaxy 9 to a new iPhone 14 Pro. Whenever I try to enroll using my iPhone, it redirects me back to the Android enrollment page, creating a loop. After completing the task, they requested an additional [redacted] rupees for withdrawal. Subsequently, they asked for a deposit of [redacted] rupees in crypto. Unfortunately, there is no online customer service available for assistance regarding this matter. I kindly seek guidance on how to proceed with withdrawing funds from this website. However, upon trying to invest, I discovered my account was frozen due to inactivity. To unfreeze it, I was asked to deposit an additional $21,[redacted], which I cannot afford. Hello, my name is Kim Kristiansen. I have been trying to resolve an issue with Crypto customer support. On April 12/23, I accidentally participated in a $50,[redacted] smart contract activity and had to come up with an additional $40,[redacted] by the May 1/23 deadline. I managed to reach the required amount by June 29/23 when I requested to end the activity and withdraw my funds. Although I had $[redacted],[redacted].76 USDT in my wallet, Crypto support asked for a $[redacted],[redacted].76 USDT verification fund to match the withdrawal amount. Despite my efforts to gather the necessary funds, I fell short by $8,[redacted].76 USDT. Customer support initially agreed to extend the deadline without mentioning the verification fund requirement. Unfortunately, they later changed their stance and locked my account. I have documented all the interactions with them and can provide evidence if needed. My friend loaded his Crypto.com wallet and attempted to transfer the funds to another wallet but faced an issue with 2FA authentication. Despite having the correct 6-digit code on Google Authenticator, the Crypto.com system did not accept it after 5 attempts. Consequently, the money is now trapped in the wallet, and we are unable to reset the authentication to use a different authenticator. Could you assist us in learning how to reset the authentication and facilitate the withdrawal of the funds? Alternatively, is it feasible to transfer the money back to a bank account without authentication?

Hello, I visited the Fiat Wallet section of my Crypto.com account to set up a SEPA transfer. I promptly received an email with an IBAN and a BIC. If I add a recipient using these details, which I assume are the same for everyone, how can I ensure that the money transferred via SEPA goes to my Crypto.com wallet? I hope my request is clear. I bought a significant amount of USDT on Crypto.com. Currently, Crypto.com restricts my weekly external wallet withdrawals to $50,[redacted]. I reached out to customer support to request a higher limit and was informed that $50,[redacted] per week is the maximum. I now need to withdraw close to $[redacted],[redacted] in USDT to my external wallet or debit card, and the current limit is hindering me. I am seeking assistance in withdrawing all of my USDT.

I recently created an account on the app. Over the past two months, I made multiple deposits and transfers using BTC to a broker. The broker informed me that the BTC transfer to my account was reversed due to my account being new without any transaction history, even though they received transfers from the same app. Is it plausible for my deposit to get reversed or denied for this reason? Hello, I am having trouble withdrawing money from my account. I successfully added it to Crypto easily, but now withdrawing it has become challenging. The system requires a 2FA verification number that I have not received or been provided with. I attempted to use another MicroSoft verification number, which did not work, and another method as well.
