My account is currently locked, and a transaction I attempted to make has been canceled. I used my Monzo card for this transaction and provided a picture of it. I own this card and selected a specific wallet address for the withdrawal. I am unsure of the reason for the account lock and transaction cancellation. I urgently require access to my funds as my account is inaccessible. I reached out to customer service yesterday but have not received any assistance. I kindly request clarification on the situation. My preference is for the funds to either reach the intended account or be returned to my account.

Hello,
I was deceived by a malicious trader and now I have a sum of money deposited in my crypto wallet that I would like to transfer to my fiat wallet to get my money back. However, the bank account linked to the fiat wallet is not mine but, I believe, is that of the trader: It is under my name but the bank is Openpayd and the country of the bank is MT, whereas my bank account is in France.
I have been unable to find any information online regarding this issue, and the crypto support team is not responding to me.
Can you help me with this matter?
Thank you for your response,
Claire

Good evening,
I'm having trouble logging into my crypto account. The email linked to my account is [redacted] and my phone number is 1-[redacted]. Despite several attempts, I have been unsuccessful in logging in. When I tried to create a new account, I encountered an error prompting me to contact support. The phone number for this new account is [redacted]. I suspect there have been security breaches with my Apple ID, leading me to change my password frequently. I would appreciate assistance in accessing my account to begin trading on crypto.com. Due to security concerns, I plan to create a new account with a different email and phone number. Thank you for your help.

On December 20, [redacted], I transferred Ethereum from my Coinbase wallet to Crypto.com. Unfortunately, the transfer has not been received yet. I raised this concern through the Crypto.com app support, but I have not received any updates or contact from them. It is frustrating and concerning to have invested a significant amount in cryptocurrency and not receive proper support from Crypto.com.

I added my Crypto.com Visa card to my Paypal account. A payment using Paypal has been "Pending" on Crypto.com for one month. Now, the same amount has been debited again one month later. On my Paypal account, only the current payment shows up. The previous payment does not appear on Paypal but does on Crypto.com, where the amount was deducted from my balance twice. Therefore, the amount needs to be credited back to me once on Crypto.com.

I am having trouble logging into my account. I followed the 2-phase procedure but never receive the code on my phone to finalize the reset. I have sent multiple emails to various customer support addresses but have not received any response, only automated emails like this one. What should I do?

About three to four years ago, I made an investment on Noferrous, a trading site. My investment went through, but my funds were intercepted by Crypto Bank due to suspicions of money laundering. I was instructed to download the Crypto Bank Telegram customer service app, which I did. After proving the legitimacy of my funds, the representative requested a 10% fee of $11,[redacted] to release them. It took me some time, but I eventually paid it after a few weeks to a month. However, when they tried to release my funds, they bounced back to Crypto Bank because I paid the fee late. To unlock my funds now, I need an additional $25,[redacted], which I don't have. I believe my funds should have been released as soon as their legitimacy was confirmed. It's frustrating to be stuck in this situation, and I am left with no choice but to wait for 24 months or more. Is there any way to resolve this other than waiting?

I fell victim to a cryptocurrency mining scam involving ETH on Crypto.com DeFi Wallet. The scammer guided me in purchasing Crypto.com, transferring it to the wallet for AI mining, and withdrawing the profits to my bank account. Following a suggestion to reinvest $60,[redacted] into an AI Project for increased earnings, I encountered a withdrawal issue. The scammer directed me to contact a specific customer service team for withdrawals. The first withdrawal succeeded, but the second was blocked, prompting a demand for a $92,[redacted] fee due to a purported error. Realizing I had been deceived, I seek assistance to address this situation with the funds currently generating profits but inaccessible for withdrawal.
