I'm having trouble logging into my account even after trying to reset the password. Although my wife's account is working fine, my issue persists. I've taken various steps like resetting the password, restarting my computer, modem, and router. I have been using the same desktop computer since I started. Can you please help me with this matter? Thank you, Jim Credit Karma Member Support, Apr 22, 10:43 AM PDT: Hi Jim, Thank you for reaching out. I see that you are experiencing trouble accessing your account. It seems like the problem might be due to attempting to log in from a new device, which can sometimes lead to login errors. I recommend trying to log in from the device you usually use to access your account. If the issue persists, you might consider logging in from a different internet connection or cellular network. I hope these suggestions resolve your login problem. Please inform us if you are still unable to access your account. Credit Karma Member Support

I signed up on your website to monitor my credit scores. The next day, I found out that I was unknowingly signed up with multiple loan companies through your website. This is unacceptable and has caused me a lot of distress. As a senior citizen with disabilities, I cannot handle this unnecessary stress. I need you to rectify this immediately, contact the credit bureaus, and ensure that my personal information is secure. Please reach out to me to confirm that this issue has been resolved. Thank you. - L.A. Monaco

I utilized this service to access my credit score but have forgotten my password. I am attempting to cancel my 7-day trial. I tried to reset my password using the "forgot my password" option, but it claims my email is incorrect. I have received an unhelpful response from member support asking to verify my name and birthday, which I have ensured are correct. My last name is my maiden name, and I am unsure if I have had another account before this one. This is my first time using Credit Karma, and I am eager to resolve this issue today. It would be much appreciated if you could cancel my trial and provide a confirmation number. Thank you, Lori.

Does Credit Karma use a different scoring model than TransUnion and Equifax? Or do they directly report what is provided? Last month, my Equifax score was [redacted], then it dropped by 2 points due to a slight increase in credit card usage. I disputed a misreported credit line and an old closed account. After that, my score dropped by 18 points. The reasons given were a $[redacted] increase in credit line and paying down two credit cards. Both actions should have increased the score, not lowered it. I spoke with Equifax, but they couldn't find a recent negative issue to explain the drop. Credit Karma's assistance also couldn't find a new negative issue to account for the decrease. I feel like contesting issues on my report is being penalized. If you can't provide a valid explanation, I will report this to the Wisconsin State Attorney General.

I'm able to log in to the Credit Karma website, but I can't bring up the overview, dashboard, or account details. When I try to add my cell phone for extra security, it shows an error message "Cannot read property 'ok' of undefined" when I click to have it text or call me. I only log in on one device and clear all site data when logging off. I've been unable to view my account details since May 22nd, despite multiple tries. Ticket Number [redacted] was assigned, but the replies haven't been helpful. I've been a member for 5 years with no issues until now. I've reached out via email, but my last message on May 29th remains unanswered. It's frustrating to not have a contact number or real-time chat for help. The lack of response and assistance is pushing me to explore other options. I hope to get this issue resolved soon. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my account details, adding a phone for two-factor authorization, and viewing the overview and dashboard. I have been waiting for over 19 days, and I would like the site to be fixed promptly, as it has been working well for the past five years I've been a member. Despite multiple attempts, customer support has not resolved the issue. Recently, upon logging in, I received an error message stating, "Oops, something went wrong while trying to perform your request. Try again later. We appreciate your feedback." It has been 11 days since the last reply from customer support, and I have not received any assistance. I am growing increasingly frustrated attempting to log in to a malfunctioning site repeatedly. Your help in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated!

I am having trouble accessing certain sections of my account despite being able to log in successfully. When I try to access "overview" or "dashboard," the site redirects me to a page stating there are technical issues and to try again later. This has been occurring for over 19 days now, and despite reaching out to customer service three times, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or solution. Recently, a customer service representative from Credit Karma responded, assuming the issue had resolved itself since I was able to log in that day. However, this is not the case, as I still face difficulties accessing my account, overview, dashboard, and setting up two-factor authentication with my cell phone number.

Some time ago, I registered with the Noodle application and noticed there was a record for a person named Rachel Saloon with debts and credits from [redacted], which is strange as I've lived in the United Kingdom since [redacted]. I attempted to reach out to Noodle multiple times but received no assistance. Recently, my credit application was denied due to this incorrect information maintained by Noodle, impacting my credit negatively. I found it concerning that details of someone unrelated to me were affecting my financial history. Despite sending documents, Noodle has not responded. I now realize the information might be linked to Credit Karma. I have documents to prove I am not associated with this misinformation and aim to resolve this issue promptly.

I recently checked my Credit Karma report and noticed an error regarding missed payments on my Nelnet student loan accounts. I reached out to Nelnet and they assured me that all payments have been made on time and accurately reported to the credit bureaus. I would like clarification on how Credit Karma made this mistake and request that it be corrected promptly.

With a stellar 10-year credit history, I noticed my credit card balances increased by $[redacted] and $[redacted] respectively. This change led to a 25-point drop in my Equifax score and a 5-point drop in Experian. When I contacted the bureaus, they directed me to Credit Karma, a third-party service. Unfortunately, Credit Karma doesn't have a phone number for direct inquiries. It's frustrating to see such a significant drop despite my impeccable payment history and responsible credit utilization below 30%. It feels unfair compared to those who consistently raise their credit limits.

Good afternoon, I want to express my gratitude to the Credit Karma team for their assistance in guiding me on managing my credit score. I have diligently followed the advice given to improve my score by reducing my credit card usage but unfortunately, my score remains unchanged. I would greatly appreciate it if my score could be updated. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Sincerely, Clarance C.

I recently discovered a new credit entry from a company called Credo on my report, which I did not authorize. Upon further inquiry, I realized it is associated with LendingTree. They advised me to contact Credit Karma for assistance, but they were unable to provide any help. I am unfamiliar with Credo and would like to dispute this entry on all my credit reports. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could investigate this matter promptly. Thank you, Ms. D. D. Bailey

My name is Michael P. Carr. Recently, I noticed an $11,[redacted] charge unpaid on my credit report. This charge is erroneous. I have reached out to the hospital I was in for 8 months, but they have no record of the doctor from East Patchogue Community Hospital, which is far from my location. I have also contacted Eric Schneiderman, New York State's Attorney General, since the hospital is unresponsive and lacks contact information. As there seems to be no other option, I must involve the Attorney General's office. East Patchogue Community Hospital has no record of me, and I request the removal of the $11,[redacted] charge from my credit report urgently. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance, and I hope we can resolve this matter amicably.

Credit Karma has not removed inaccurate information from my credit report. There are 9 closed accounts showing as open. I've confirmed with all parties that 5 of these accounts have been paid in full and closed since March 26, [redacted]. I've filed disputes with all 3 credit reporting bureaus to correct this, and 2 have removed the accounts but Equifax is still investigating. Credit Karma has not updated my account accordingly despite my attempts since May [redacted]. I am unsure if I should hire a lawyer or if Credit Karma can resolve this issue as they lack a phone number or live customer support. How can I contact Credit Karma for help?

I am disputing AT&T services on my credit report from January [redacted] through May [redacted]. I have been homebound due to being in and out of the hospital since December [redacted]. I did not have any involvement with AT&T during this time. Please remove this erroneous mark on my credit report and restore my credit score. I have put in a lot of effort to improve my credit, and I cannot allow AT&T to harm my score with false information. Kindly address this matter promptly. Also, I noticed my Equifax score has disappeared from my credit rating. Can you investigate these issues for me, please? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My ex-wife created a Credit Karma account using her email and password without my permission. I realized this when I tried to open my own account. I cannot access my information. Can you remove her email and access from my account without losing my credit history? Thank you, Dwight.

I am concerned because someone has been using my information to open credit cards without my permission. Today, I received an email stating that someone logged into my account using a Linux Chrome, which I do not own. Plus, the credit offers you suggested have been approved and used to purchase computers. Please close my account and erase all my information from your system. I believe there has been a security breach and I am suffering the consequences. I plan to contact the local authorities today to investigate this matter further and determine the extent of the costs incurred by this breach. -Russell Haley

My credit score recently dropped, and I believe it was unjust. The decrease was due to multiple hard inquiries, some of which were not initiated by me to open accounts. A few months back, there was an attempt to open several credit cards in my name, resulting in these unauthorized hard inquiries on my report. In addition, there were duplicate checks. Golling Chrysler made an inquiry on 7/22, which required me to unlock my credit, and another on 7/23/19. These should not have been recorded as two separate inquiries. Furthermore, Chrysler Capital. Even though I closed my account with them in July [redacted], why is this closure being considered as a hard inquiry? With my credit score historically in the 800s, it is distressing to see so many undeserved inquiries impacting my report.

I recently experienced issues with my phone and had to download Credit Karma on a new device. Despite using my usual email and password, I realized it was linked to an old email account. Even though I know my password is correct, I couldn't access my account. I tried to reset the password by submitting a photo of my driver's license and birth certificate, but Credit Karma claimed they didn't receive it. Since August 7th, [redacted], I have been receiving suspicious phone calls regarding my social security number and unauthorized transactions. I used Credit Karma to monitor my credit score and now I'm unsure if the communications are legitimate. I need urgent assistance as I'm unable to create a new account.
