I did not apply for a loan on your website. Now, multiple places are checking my credit, claiming I applied for a loan. When I visited these loan sites, my information was pre-filled, but I never submitted any application. The website assured me that my credit would not be impacted, but it was. I request to have my name removed from these false loan applications and the negative impact on my credit reversed. It is fraudulent to include deceptive loan providers on your website.

I am concerned about the drop in my credit score and would like assistance. I recently spoke to my bank about it, and they mentioned it could be an error on Credit Karma. I received a message stating my credit card balance had increased, impacting my score. However, my bank assured me that as long as I pay off the balance before the due date, it should not affect my credit negatively. I am considering moving away from Credit Karma if this persists. I would appreciate a thorough explanation of this situation. Thank you for your help.

While I was traveling in Europe, I was unable to check my email for 11 days and upon my return on 10/27/18, I found a notification from Credit Karma in my Gmail account. The email mentioned that my personal information had been exposed in a public data breach that occurred while I was in Europe on 10/20/18. It detailed two data breaches, one in 3/[redacted] which was not disclosed, and another in 1/[redacted] related to River City Media Spam list, which I have never had any contact with. The email also highlighted an exposed password "mae****5" which is not associated with any of my accounts. Additionally, the message included a section stating it was a promotional email and directed me to adjust my Communication & monitoring preferences. I am confused by all this information as it's the first time I've received such a notification from Credit Karma. Normally, I receive my 90-day updates on my credit score. I seek clarity on what steps I should take next.

I am having trouble submitting a dispute regarding an Amex account that was opened over a year before I was born. The dispute tool keeps timing out and displaying an error message instructing me to refresh the page or try again later. The link provided for member support redirects me to the Help Center, which does not address the technical issue I am experiencing. It has been challenging to locate a direct contact method on the website. After spending 30 minutes searching for contact options unsuccessfully, I resorted to using "GetHuman.com" to find this platform. It is frustrating that a third-party service was necessary to reach out for technical support, especially when dealing with such a critical matter like my credit report. Despite attempting to resolve the issue in various browsers and through different methods, I have been unsuccessful. Can you please manually submit my dispute for me? Thank you for your assistance.

I would like to address the recent commercial that has caused me some concern. The ad features a young couple going through the process of purchasing a house, which includes a scene where they 'Christen' their new home in the dining room next to a picture of her father. The photo and the boxes in the room shake, and then nine months later, a baby is born. I find this content distasteful and embarrassing, especially considering that it is aired at all times of the day when children could be watching. The commercial seems to make light of serious life events in a way that is not funny or endearing. I believe such advertising reflects poorly on our society's values and standards. Consequently, I am hesitant to use your services or recommend them to others due to what I perceive as irresponsible advertising tactics.

I went to Ace Check Cashing to cash a check, and the clerk, Clark, asked for my ID. After checking my ID, she seemed puzzled and entered some information on the computer. Eventually, she said she couldn't cash the check because it wasn't made out to me. I insisted that it was me as per my documents. I returned with my birth certificate, handing over my ID documents again. Clark then keyed in information from my social security card, birth certificate, and driver's license. When I asked about the issue, she mentioned that my social security number was tied to a different name in their system. Despite having all my IDs, she couldn't disclose the other person's name due to company policy.

I applied for an American Express card after a past bankruptcy based on Credit Karma's good approval odds suggestion. However, even 8 years after my bankruptcy, my application was still denied. I believe that customers should be informed that American Express is particularly strict with past bankruptcies and that approval might be very difficult within ten years of the bankruptcy. Being denied negatively impacts credit scores, so giving clearer information would have helped me avoid the application. It's important for companies to disclose such specific criteria to manage customer expectations accurately.

I encountered issues creating a Credit Karma account. When attempting to register, the system indicated that my email was already in use, though I didn't recall signing up before. Using my standard password didn't work. After trying to reset the password by providing my correct date of birth and last four of my SS#, I was told the information didn't match. I then submitted my driver's license, but it also didn't match. Concerned due to ongoing identity theft troubles, I checked my husband's account, and he faced the same problem. We suspect a data breach. Kindly investigate this matter urgently as we rely on your services to rectify any inaccuracies and access our credit scores. Thank you for your prompt assistance. - Seretta S.

Since switching to an iPhone, I have been unable to access my Credit Karma account. I updated my email to [redacted] as my previous hotmail account is inactive. Following this, they attempted to merge accounts, adding an extension "Dulicars" with some numbers. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to sign in. I have contacted them, but the issue persists with conflicting information about my email. I simply wish to have one account linked to my iCloud email without any duplicate extensions. I kindly request a password reset link. Thank you. Sincerely, CP.

A few months ago, I signed up for Credit Karma but had trouble remembering my email and password. After recalling my email, I struggled with my password. When attempting to update my email and password on the website, I encountered issues with verifying my phone number. Despite several attempts, the system did not associate my phone number with my account. I now wish to cancel my Credit Karma services and have my information removed. I have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to access my account. Kindly cancel my account. Thank you, Janice W. Additionally, it is concerning that Credit Karma collects individuals' information and lacks phone support for customers. It would be beneficial for Credit Karma to reconsider its policies to allow better communication with users who entrust their personal information to the platform.

I recently attempted to open an account with your company and discovered that my financial information was being sent to my husband without my consent. I demand that his access be revoked immediately and that I be allowed to open an account using my own email address. Despite sending multiple messages yesterday, this issue has not been resolved. Our finances have been kept separate since [redacted], and it is imperative that my information remains confidential. You should have verified that his email did not match the rightful owner's name. Failure to correct this promptly may result in legal action for breaching my privacy and confidentiality. Notify him of this communication, and I will take further steps against your company. Your negligence in addressing my concerns will lead me to seek legal advice. Your oversight has prevented me, the legal owner of the information, from setting up an account while he still has access. Address this issue immediately or I will assume you are not committed to protecting financial information owners. Resolve this error promptly, or I will involve legal counsel. Your lack of action is disappointing for a company of your stature. I expect a prompt response. Thank you.

I used your services for my income tax this year. The Federal return has been accepted, and I received the refund. However, the State return seems to be pending. While I got an email saying State returns are now accepted, I couldn't find a direct link to file just the State return on the website. The site seems to lead to a review process but doesn't offer a separate option to file only the State return. I paused because I didn't want to resubmit the Federal return. Could you address this issue and provide a way to file the State return separately? If not resolved, I'll resort to mailing the State return since there are no refunds or payments owed. This is my third time raising this concern, so I appreciate a prompt response.

I informed Gold's Gym verbally and in writing over a year ago, on January 28, [redacted], about the necessity to cancel my membership due to a knee issue that required three surgeries. I addressed the cancellation letter to Dina or the management. Since Gold's Gym does not have affiliations with physical therapists and I was in the UK, I could not continue using their facilities. I have not visited the Phillipsburg branch since the end of January and have not utilized their services. I presumed the direct debit would cease within 60 days. However, in July, their billing company contacted me stating my payment failed, despite my explanations over multiple calls regarding my situation. I requested to speak with a Gold's Gym representative three times but never received a call back. I believe I am owed a credit for 4 months of membership fees. Despite this, the account remains active. I kindly request to have this issue rectified and removed from my credit report. Kind regards, Douglas H. M. My issue has been ongoing since November [redacted]. I contacted customer support via email to inquire about updating the phone number linked to my Credit Karma account. After being asked to upload a current form of identification, I expressed concerns about sending personal information through email. Despite my reservations, I complied and uploaded my driver's license. Weeks passed without a response, so I followed up with another email. I was then requested to upload two forms of ID, which was not mentioned initially. Despite my frustration, I uploaded both my driver's license and Social Security card. After another two weeks with no update, I contacted them again, and they asked me to resubmit my information to verify it was me. Frustrated, I refused and demanded prompt resolution. If not resolved, I threatened to escalate the matter by contacting the Attorney General's office, filing a complaint with the BBB, and sending a formal letter to Credit Karma's San Francisco office. I also plan to share my experience with their unprofessional service on various platforms. This situation must be addressed promptly. Regards, E. Rivera

I recently received an email that appeared to be from Apple Inc. It stated that my Apple ID was used to sign in on a new browser and that my account was disabled. The email provided a link to a site called I forgot.apple.com. I followed the link, entered personal information into a form, and submitted it. However, the screen went blank and the form reappeared empty. I contacted Apple Support and was informed it was a phishing scam. I am concerned that my identity, including my SSN, may be at risk. I traced the IP address to Tirana, Albania. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

I followed CK's recommendation and applied for the pre-approved LendUp credit card. However, during the application process, I encountered an issue. The form only allows for a street address without a separate field for a mailing address. As I use a P.O. Box for mail exclusively, I cannot proceed with the application without this vital feature. This oversight could cause my card to be sent to an address that does not accept mail due to its rural location. The website lists LendUp, so I urge them to address this issue promptly by including a separate space for mailing addresses for applicants like me with P.O. Boxes. Many other platforms already offer this option, and it would greatly improve the user experience.

I recently paid off my mortgage with Nusenda Credit Union. I am Linda J Elliott. My email is [redacted] Prior to this, I had a credit score in the mid-800s. Upon paying off the mortgage, I faced challenges at the credit union due to confusion over the final payment. Despite receiving a payoff notice with the required amount and deadline, there were issues with the payment method. The credit union first issued a cashier's check and then requested a wire transfer, causing additional complications. Despite a strong payment history on the mortgage and other loans, my credit score dropped significantly, mistakenly showing a late mortgage payment, which I was unaware of. This unexpected hit to my credit score has left me puzzled and frustrated. Despite speaking with Nusenda, I was advised to dispute the issue with the credit bureaus. I seek guidance on how to rectify this error as it could impact my credit standing for years to come. Thank you, Linda J Elliott.

In [redacted], I returned to college and had to take out a student loan. While balancing paying for groceries, gas, and bills, my life took a difficult turn. My Mom battled cancer for 23 months, and I had to pause a semester to care for her. Even with these challenges, bills continued to pile up. Shortly before my Mom passed away, my Dad suffered a serious accident resulting in the loss of his right leg. He faced a tough recovery, and the expenses of frequent trips to the hospital in Memphis led me to take out more loans. After completing my degree, I started making payments until a disability left me unable to work, exempting me from loan repayments. I was under the impression that these loans had been resolved, but to my surprise, I recently discovered that the student loan appears on my credit report after 15 years of silence. I am also dealing with a mishandled home repair loan from USDA and a high credit card debt that I would like assistance in resolving.

After successfully submitting my taxes to the Federal and NYS, I headed to the library to print hard copies since I don't own a printer. Despite spending hours trying to update my phone number from a landline to my cell for verification codes, I found myself stuck in a loop. The website didn't recognize the computer I was using, and changing my phone number didn't work as expected. I attempted to access my account from both the library desktop and my iPad at home, but faced the same recognition issues. Unfortunately, my landline couldn't receive text codes and the phone call verification didn't come through. These technical difficulties have left me unable to access my account or print my tax forms, creating a frustrating situation after investing so much time already.
