Yesterday, I was advertising my legal massage business, "Natural Vibrations Holistic Massage," on post ID [redacted]. I recently tried a new ad after experiencing issues with my previous posts being flagged, even though they were tasteful and accurate. I can provide my business license number to verify this. I prefer reaching local clients but struggle to find suitable platforms. While researching where massage therapists advertise, I noticed one in Creative Services that featured suggestive content, including revealing images and questionable rates. It perplexes me why an ad for a sensual massage can be posted while my professional, clean service faces restrictions. My contact number associated with the account is [redacted].

I have reported the same scammer three times, but his listings remain active. I was defrauded of $[redacted]. I possess photos of his fraudulent posts and our conversations. He continues to list items for sale and scam people, altering his location between New York, New Haven, and New Jersey. The products are identical to what I purchased. This scammer is based in Lithuania. Despite speaking with PayPal, he persists in selling. He changes addresses but lists the same items, including lots of Barbies and Barbie clothing, which I can prove. He has reposted the same items in different Craigslist ads using the same photos. I am seeking help to stop him, but contacting Craigslist by phone has been unsuccessful, leaving me with automated email responses only.

I came across an ad on Craigslist for 4 Kansas City Chiefs tickets to the home opener on 9/23/18. They were listed for $[redacted] for all four tickets in section [redacted], row 11. I reached out to the seller at [redacted] via text and was instructed to make the payment through PayPal or Ticketmaster. The seller then mentioned issues with PayPal and redirected me to use Cash App. After sending the $[redacted] through Cash App, the seller failed to send the tickets and stopped responding to my messages. Upon trying to capture the ad on Craigslist, I found out that it was no longer available. I have already contacted Cash App and my bank, but I thought it would be wise to inform this community as well to explore any additional avenues to retrieve my money.

Hello, my name is Sabrina Lee. I posted an ad for selling my puppy on Craigslist and received a text from a buyer named Jalisa Isreal. We communicated via Gmail, where she expressed urgency in purchasing my puppy for $[redacted] and added $75 for shipping. She sent me a check for $2,[redacted], which was unexpected. I feel uneasy about such a large amount for my puppy, as our agreed price was $[redacted]. Jalisa's unclear explanations and insistence on depositing the check raise red flags for me. I suspect this could be a scam and would like guidance on how to proceed. I have not deposited the check and would appreciate advice on how to handle this situation. Thank you for your assistance in addressing my concerns.

I have an advertisement for free firewood that has been running for many years without any issues. However, approximately three years ago, we received a call from an individual claiming to be a fireman with the city of Chicago. This person accused us of contributing to the arson problem and used inappropriate language during the conversation. Despite explaining that we have provided firewood for various community events without incident, this individual has repeatedly flagged and complained about our ad whenever it is reposted. Threats of involving the state fire marshal and city inspectors have been made, but so far, no action has been taken. This situation has been distressing for my friend who runs the pallet recycling business. He is a compassionate person who genuinely wants to assist others by offering free firewood. We are unsure how to address this ongoing issue. Thank you.

Hello,
I have been advertising CBD OIL on Craigs pay list for a while now, and my account has been unexpectedly blocked. This is concerning because there are many other similar ads out there that have not been blocked, some even from the same company. I am unsure why I was targeted specifically and feel it is unfair as I am just trying to make a living. Being blocked will greatly impact my income and I hope to have my account unblocked soon. I want to continue earning some extra money as I am an 80-year-old woman looking for financial support. I have already spent a significant amount on ads and did not anticipate this issue.
Thank you for your help in advance.
Sincerely,
R.L.

I posted a room for rent on Craigslist and got in touch with two potential renters. One of them, Gina Loeb, provided a phone number, [redacted]. Despite my attempts to have a conversation with Gina over the phone, she was unwilling to speak with me. Instead, I received a $[redacted] check through FedEx from Trustmark, supposedly to cover the rent and delivery of a car. Interestingly, the check is fraudulent, bearing the name Jennifer Loeb instead of Gina, signed by a person named Williams. The sender, Donald D Smith from Middlefield, Connecticut, matches the information on the FedEx label. Further investigation revealed that the phone number on the packing slip, [redacted], belongs to Patricia Smith, whose address matches the one on the FedEx label.

I purchased a 9-week-old puppy on 9/29 from a woman named Sandra whose phone number is [redacted]. The ad stated that she had 3 healthy female mini dachshunds for sale. I met her at Bass Pro Shop in Mesa, and unfortunately, the puppy I bought became ill with diarrhea and started vomiting. The vet diagnosed her with parvo, which was devastating news. When I reached out to Sandra, she claimed that the other puppies she sold were fine, but it was clear she was aware they were sick too. Sadly, my puppy didn't survive, and after $[redacted] in vet bills, I feel heartbroken and deceived. Sandra has avoided my messages since I asked for a refund to help with the expenses. It's important to warn others who may have purchased puppies from her about the situation. This experience is a painful reminder that some people put profit above animal welfare.

I suspect the "buyer" of the ice skates I listed for sale is engaging in fraudulent activity. Shortly after posting the item, they contacted me by text requesting to hold the skates and offering to pay $70 extra on top of the listed price of $[redacted]. They mentioned arranging a shipper to collect the skates and proposed sending me a cashier's check covering the cost of the skates and the shipper, with instructions to deduct my payment and transfer the surplus to the shipper. Feeling uneasy about this, I requested to cancel the transaction, but they insisted on sending a check for me to ship them the skates once cleared. I reluctantly agreed. Today, I received a cashier's check via USPS for $[redacted], far beyond what was agreed upon. This situation seems suspicious. Any advice on how to proceed?

I recently attempted to contact your customer service team, but was disappointed to only reach automated recordings. Despite years of patronage, the lack of a live customer service representative or timely email responses compelled me to seek services elsewhere. It's disheartening that your company does not prioritize direct, human interaction for issue resolution. When I needed assistance today, I had no choice but to switch to a competitor offering comparable pricing. This experience truly reflects a lack of dedication to customer care on your part.
I want to emphasize that the onus is on your company:
1. Failure to answer incoming calls promptly.
2. Neglecting to reply to customer emails in a timely manner.
It's frustrating to have contact options that lead to no response. I have indeed provided my contact number in previous emails to avoid any miscommunication. I hope this feedback will prompt improvements in your customer service approach. Thank you, G.

I am looking to sell my [redacted] Ford Taurus LX and reside in Florahome, FL. Unfortunately, there is no Craigslist specifically for Florahome, so I am targeting nearby cities such as Palatka, Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Ocala, and Gainesville, as they are all within a 45-minute to one-hour drive from me. Since Florahome is a small town of only [redacted] people, I am trying to post my ad in each of these cities to reach potential buyers. I have reached out for customer support but have not received any responses. Please reach out to me at [redacted] with your name, extension number, and a suitable time for me to return your call. I suspect a car dealer may be causing my posts to be removed to reduce competition. I am also planning to advertise my painting business soon and would be willing to pay for that service. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Douglas T.

Subject: Unfortunate Experiences with Service Providers
Dear Sir,
I am disappointed to report that my recent encounters with service providers from your platform have left me disheartened. Two distressing incidents occurred this month involving individuals advertising Auto Repair and Auto Body Repair services on Craigslist. Regrettably, the majority of these providers turned out to be unreliable and fraudulent, causing damage to vehicles or disappearing after receiving payment for parts.
While there are a few reputable professionals, they are few and far between. To prevent others from falling victim to deceitful practices, I suggest implementing a review feature for service ads. This way, the public can make informed decisions and avoid dishonest individuals.
One particularly negative experience involved an AC technician who vanished after taking $[redacted] for parts without completing the work. I urge you to take action in ensuring transparency and accountability among service providers.
Thank you.

We purchased two English bulldog puppies from a person who claimed they could no longer care for them. Initially, we agreed on $[redacted], but due to constraints, I could only pay $[redacted] upfront and promised the remaining $[redacted] later. Suddenly, before the puppies' departure, they demanded an additional $[redacted] for a crate, which contradicted their previous assurances of covering all expenses. Struggling, my boyfriend withdrew money meant for his car payment, leaving us with only $[redacted]. They continually requested the outstanding amount, citing delays, and today, they mentioned the puppies leaving at nine with no further details. Despite waiting at the airport the whole day, they never arrived, and now their number is blocked.

This is my second email to address this issue. I will continue to reach out until the phone number for Dave's Auto Care is updated. Dave's Auto Care has changed their number from [redacted], but I don't have the new one. The number provided by Charter does not belong to a business; it's a residential line. It's causing confusion with calls asking for Dave's Auto Body Shop, including one harassing call I had to block. I never received a reply from my first email to Craigslist about this. Please correct this today to stop the calls and confusion.

I have noticed two $5 transactions on both my NetSpend and Bluebird prepaid cards within a two-week period. I am unsure who is responsible for these charges and would like your fraud department to investigate the matter. I am eager for you to identify the individual behind these transactions and the reasons for them. I am counting on your department to address this promptly and prevent any further unauthorized activity. These incidents occurred twice with NetSpend last week and once on 10/13 with my Bluebird prepaid card. Please conduct an investigation and rectify the situation with any necessary actions. You can contact me at [redacted] if required. Thank you. - P. Childress

I have encountered difficulties with Craigslist flagging and deleting my ads in the resumes section. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue, my ads continue to be removed. As a result, I am frustrated with the situation. I have decided to take action by reaching out to Craigslist's paid subscribers directly. I will advocate for them to reconsider renewing their subscriptions with Craigslist. My goal is to impact Craigslist financially until my issue is addressed. I have tried to work within the platform's guidelines but have faced ongoing challenges. My intention now is to make Craigslist aware of the impact of their actions on users.

Someone has maliciously posted my fiancee's number on a Craigslist ad, resulting in her receiving a barrage of vulgarity and explicit images. Despite our attempts to seek help and obtain the post ID, the situation is ongoing. This incessant stream of inappropriate content is distressing and has compromised the safety of our phone, as it is also used by my toddler. We have tried various searches with no luck in locating the post. We urgently need assistance and would appreciate any guidance on how to address this disturbing issue.

Craigslist, I'm frustrated by the ongoing issue of my ads being flagged when posted under resumes. I plan to reach out to your paid ad subscribers to encourage them not to renew with you or give you more money. I want you to remember my impact, as I aim to cause a significant loss in revenue. I'm disappointed that I can't post a job wanted ad in the resume column. I will be contacting subscribers city by city to share my experience.
