Hello, I appreciate your assistance. I am reaching out regarding my close friend who is recuperating from an aneurysm surgery and multiple strokes. I am trying to reach Converse to inquire about acquiring Chuck Taylor adult size 13 sneakers that fasten with Velcro. Even though they have this option for kids, my friend, Michael Walker, is an adult dealing with left hand weakness and cognitive challenges. Velcro closure would be ideal for his needs. Michael, a writer, former television director, and high school teacher, would appreciate the symbolic value of Converse sneakers. I love Converse shoes, especially the vintage ones! I'm on a mission to track down a specific basketball shoe from 1[redacted]. It had a unique feature with a full ankle strap that wrapped around completely. My friends and I adored this style in blue & white and red & white. I placed an order for a $[redacted].00 pair of Converse sneakers for Amalia Maxa this morning at 10:00, but I did not receive an order number or confirmation. I have tried three times to get help through the chat service, but each time it has disconnected. Additionally, I waited for one and a half hours on the phone only for it to disconnect when I was next in line with just one person ahead of me. I recently purchased a pair of leather low-top Converse Chuck Taylors in August. I'm 45 years old and have been wearing Chucks all my life; they have always been my favorite shoe. However, the pair I bought in August has made me question the quality of Converse nowadays. Just three days after buying them, I walked to the store on a hot 90° day and accidentally stepped in gum with the heel of my right shoe. To my surprise, the entire rear portion of the sole ripped away from the upper just from the gum. Even though it has been some time since the purchase, the store has a "no return if worn outside" policy, and I have struggled to contact Converse directly. Spending $75 on a pair of leather Chuck Taylors and experiencing such poor construction is disappointing. I have had to resort to repeatedly repairing them with shoe glue and superglue to keep using them. This experience has caused unnecessary stress as I expected better from a reputable company like Converse. It's disheartening to think that even well-established brands compromise on quality these days.

I returned my sneakers a week ago but haven't received any confirmation email regarding their arrival. After a 45-minute wait, customer service confirmed they received the shoes and will send new ones, which may take an additional seven days to process. This delay is frustrating; they should have acted promptly upon receiving the return tracking number. I need these sneakers by Christmas for my granddaughter. My order number is [redacted]58. The extended wait times, considering it's a well-known brand like Converse, are unacceptable. I plan to escalate this issue to corporate as I am very dissatisfied.

Dear Converse customer service team, I bought a pair of custom shoes from your website. I wore them for just a month when I noticed the soles starting to detach. I have been trying to get assistance regarding a pair of shoes I purchased from Converse. Last year, I bought three pairs, and when I tried on the white ones recently, I noticed that the canvas part was a yellow/tan color, even though they were unworn. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received a resolution. A supervisor suggested I call back in two weeks, but I am still facing the same problem. Can I please exchange these for a pair of truly white shoes?

I made a purchase on the website but never got a confirmation email, no tracking email, and ultimately received the wrong shoes unexpectedly at my doorstep. Good morning, my name is Marika. I purchased the special edition Converse Run Stars Space Jam 2 sneakers from your website about a year ago. They are super beautiful, by the way. I want to express my disappointment and concerns about the product. Despite only wearing them for special occasions (around 6 times), the left shoe is starting to fall apart. I have already glued the side of the sole, and now the fabric is coming apart. It is disheartening that even with careful use, they are already showing signs of wear and tear. I am saddened by this, as I cannot wear them anymore without them potentially breaking further. I usually do not complain, but I felt the need to inform you about this issue because people might hesitate to use products they have bought if they fear they will not last. I own three pairs of shoes: two size 11 wide pairs where the heel support cups are curling in, causing blisters. The third pair is a size 11.5 in black, also wide, with heel cups sewn to the wall of the shoe. I would like a replacement pair with the same higher quality of heel cup that doesn't curl. I am unsure if the issue is related to the size or if it's an older model. Could you please provide information on which shoes have the sewn-in heel cups? I am hoping for a replacement that matches the quality of my black wide shoes with the sewn-in heel cup.

My uncle bought me a pair of custom high tops in February. Yesterday, I noticed that the white rubber band around the shoe is detaching from the fabric. I rarely wear them since they were a gift, so I'm surprised this is happening. Can I send them back for repairs? I've only had them for less than six months.
