I need to share my disappointment with your service. I placed an order on Friday, June 17th. On Tuesday, I called to change the size before it shipped, but the price had dropped due to a sale. The only option was to cancel my original order and reorder in a different size. Now, I've received both pairs, one fitting well, and the other being too big. I will return the larger size, but when I inquired about a price match, I was informed it couldn't be done since I had already received the item. I was provided a shipping label for the lower priced item, yet I'm still charged the full price for the one now on sale. This situation feels unjust. While I could return both pairs to repurchase at the reduced price, I prefer honesty. Despite being a frequent customer, this incident has left me disheartened. I trust we can resolve this promptly, as I wish to continue using your services. The item numbers are #[redacted]39 - wrong size at $63.23 and #[redacted]35 - correct size at $88.54.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a pair of zip-up winter snow boots that were purchased by my wife at the Columbia store in Michigan City, Indiana approximately 3 years ago. Despite only being worn about a dozen times, the rubber on both shoes has deteriorated and is falling off. The boots appear brand new otherwise. They were originally around $[redacted] with tax. Can we send them in for credit or a certificate to replace them? I can also provide a photo if needed. Please advise where to send it, whether by email or address. I have a background in Quality Assurance/Quality Control and used to work for Accra Pac in Elkhart, Indiana, in the 80s and 90s, where we manufactured waterproof aerosol spray for outdoor wear products, including those for Columbia. My wife has been a loyal customer of Columbia for many years. Now that we are retired, we hope Columbia can assist with this issue so she can have a replacement pair of boots. I bought this jacket on December 6, [redacted]. The first time I wore it was on December 7, [redacted], and the zipper keeps opening up. I am very disappointed that such an expensive jacket has a faulty zipper. A co-worker who has the same jacket also experiences the same issue. Please ensure better quality control for your zippers. I can provide pictures as proof and you can verify my purchase in my store profile.

My home was recently burglarized, and apart from losing numerous valuable items and cash, they stole my Columbia Omni-Heat ski jacket. I owned two of these jackets, one black and one grey with red accents. The thieves took the grey one, and I am unable to locate it on your website or in stores. I bought them a few years ago, so it's possible the style has been discontinued. I own a long Omni shield coat, and I recently had an incident where it got melted due to the heat of a patio heater. The insulation of the coat saved me from getting burned, fortunately. I was quick to remove the jacket, but now it has a large hole, and the melted plastic has damaged my $[redacted] Carhartt sweatshirt. It's disappointing to be out $[redacted] because of this mishap.

Order [redacted]00 I am seeking clarification on the status of my order. Initially, I was informed on January 17 that my package would arrive on January 18. However, it did not. Subsequently, I received a notification stating a delay with delivery set for January 20, which also did not occur. Once again, I was notified that my package would arrive on January 23, but by 7:30 pm, I have not received it despite receiving a message at 5:46 pm indicating it was on its way with Canada Post. To my surprise, upon checking the shipping history at 4 pm, it shows the package was processed in Saskatoon. This situation is disappointing. I am located in Montreal and doubtful about receiving the item today. Requesting guidance.

I recently purchased a Columbia belt at my local JC Penney in Waterville for around $38. Unfortunately, the store wouldn't replace it since they were out of stock, and the warranty only covers 60 days. I primarily used this belt for dressy occasions, so it didn't see daily wear. Surprisingly, the buckle fell apart, and it seems like this is a common issue based on some reviews I've seen. The pin inside the belt also came apart, making it impossible to repair. Considering I only had it for a few months and didn't wear it often, I'm disappointed with the quality. I have screenshots of a few negative reviews to support my experience with this belt.
