I have a few old accounts from [redacted] and [redacted] with balances on them, but I haven't logged in for years due to being away at camp. I've lost access to the email addresses and phone numbers linked to the accounts. I can provide verification with my picture ID, selfie, social security number, and multiple other forms of identification. However, Coinbase claims they can't locate my old accounts and seem to be avoiding helping me access my funds. The value of my accounts has increased significantly, and I feel like their actions are driven by greed. I've tried offering a percentage to expedite the process, but they continue to be uncooperative. It's frustrating that no one seems willing to assist me, and their responses seem misleading and unhelpful.

I was creating an account with my neighbor to learn about crypto, but when he made an email address for me, he accidentally used his last name instead of mine. We tried to correct it, but it keeps looping back to the ID upload which we can't process because our last names don't match. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Lacey. Email: [redacted]

I am struggling to complete the ID verification process as my driver's license has expired. Due to my disability and terminal illness, I am unable to visit the licensing office to obtain a state ID. I have been attempting to withdraw my funds from Coinbase for several months now, since March or April. Despite submitting alternative forms of identification three times as requested, Coinbase keeps asking for it again, often citing the issue of my expired ID.

I need assistance with my disabled Coinbase Pro account as mentioned in an email I received. I registered on February 13, [redacted], and bought $2,[redacted] worth of GRT (The Graph). I am unable to access my account due to password and/or username issues. I require help to reset my login credentials. Please, I kindly request support to reactivate my account. For communication, you can reach me via email at the provided address. Thank you.
Sincerely,

I had a Coinbase account where I invested in cryptocurrencies like SHIB and XLM. Sadly, my account got hacked, and $[redacted] was stolen from my personal checking account. I've been unable to access my Coinbase account since then. The hacker changed the phone number linked to my account. I had to close my checking account due to this incident. I've been in touch with Coinbase, but they haven't resolved the issue yet. It's been 8 days, and I'm still waiting for a solution.

Hello,
I have an urgent account verification request that needs to be resolved today. I opened my Coinbase account with an initial investment of $1,[redacted]. As of now, my funds are at $[redacted]. I am a new user trying to make my first transaction before my funds deplete. I was informed my expired CA ID couldn't be used, so I went to renew it. Can the receipt of my renewed CA DMV Real ID with the permanent number be used until I receive the physical card? I contacted the CA Issuance Department to expedite this process for Coinbase transactions.
Coinbase Compliance instructed me to open a new account, transfer the balance, and close the current account for verification purposes. I uploaded my birth certificate as Wayne Yule Ho, which includes my updated legal name, Wayne Yule Yee. I am having difficulty complying with the verification process due to the account closure requirement before transferring funds. Your guidance is appreciated. Thank you.

I recently encountered a problem accessing my Coinbase account. When prompted to verify my identity, I followed the usual process of providing my photo ID. However, I received an error message stating that it did not match the residency on my account. This was confusing as I have successfully completed this verification in the past. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for months without success. I am eager to regain access to my old account in order to transfer my funds to my new Coinbase account. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I encountered an issue while signing up on Coinbase. I mistakenly entered the wrong email address and can't access my account to verify it. Now, I have the correct email address to provide. How can I update it on my account without accessing it? I'm eager to start trading Bitcoin but need help. Could someone assist me in modifying the email address for verification and access to my account? If possible, kindly contact me via text due to my hearing impairment at 1-[redacted]. I'd appreciate a text message to provide my correct email: [redacted] Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Coinbase account as it does not accept my password. When I try to reset the password, the link redirects me to a general sign-up page instead of allowing me to reset the password for my existing account, which I have been locked out of since November [redacted]. It seems like the platform does not recognize that I already have an account, and the password reset link leads to a splash page. I am reluctant to open a third account as I already have two accounts created and fear that my original account, possibly housing $50k, has been affected.

I signed up with Coinbase in October [redacted]. I deposited $5,[redacted], then $30,[redacted], and another $30,[redacted] into my account. I transferred the funds to my Coinbase wallet to participate in Defi2.0 and mine Ethereum. A friend also sent $35,[redacted] to help me reach a $[redacted],[redacted] pledge. When I attempted to withdraw $8,[redacted], I was informed my withdrawal was frozen. They asked for an additional $50,[redacted]; otherwise, my funds might be sent to the Department of Justice. The customer service representative mentioned irregularities in the funds received, causing the freeze. This situation is distressing since the money deposited was my life savings. The representative's behavior was rude and threatening. I'm confused as to why I need to deposit $50,[redacted] into an account with $[redacted],[redacted] to withdraw $8,[redacted]. Does Coinbase treat all customers this way, especially those who aren't wealthy?

Since [redacted], I have been using Coinbase and Coinbase Pro as a resident of NYC. On August 13, [redacted], Coinbase listed several new tokens, including IOTX, which I personally invested around US $3,[redacted] in. Unfortunately, by August 16, [redacted], trading of IOTX was disabled for my region, leaving my funds trapped in my account. Despite the tokens showing in my portfolio, I have been unable to trade or withdraw them. My attempts to contact Customer Support have only led me to deal with unhelpful bots, wasting my time with zero results. After 5 frustrating months, I am bewildered by the treatment of customers in the US by Coinbase. The phone number provided (1-[redacted]) only works for verifying identification, leaving customer service feeling dismissive and unhelpful.

On November thirteenth, I was promised a return on my investment if I purchased $[redacted] worth of 0.[redacted]1 BTC. Despite spending all my Christmas and bill money, later on, it showed a withdrawal of $[redacted] for 0.[redacted]5 BTC. I have yet to receive any communication or the promised return. I took screenshots during the process and can provide them as evidence. As a single mother, this affected my daughter's Christmas and my bills. I believed it was genuine and would help us during the holidays. However, there has been no update or explanation provided, leaving me feeling scammed and misled.

I created an account with Coinbase a year ago, but my first transaction failed. Coinbase disabled my account without a clear explanation. After attempting to use it again, I received a Notice of Account Closure claiming I had violated their Terms of Service with prohibited use. I am puzzled as I have not been able to conduct any activities on my account to warrant such a claim.

I accidentally clicked on multiple password reset links without checking my email for the responses. Consequently, each time I reset the password, I couldn't remember it due to not showing the password as I typed it and not recording it. This led to several reset attempts and a series of password changes. Moreover, my cellphone, which I needed to retrieve the verification code, was malfunctioning. I plan to try one final time with the show password option enabled.

I've encountered funding issues. Despite resetting my bank account three times as requested to deposit funds, they managed to send money to the same bank account multiple times. I followed their instructions and reset my account three times, sending $[redacted] on two occasions. However, when I attempted to purchase crypto, I received a message stating, "we are still waiting for funds from a recent payment. Your account will be restored as soon as we receive payment."

Hello everyone, I am facing a frustrating issue after downloading Coinbase Pro app. I eagerly installed it to explore different cryptocurrencies. However, upon trying to get started, I keep encountering a "Recaptcha Not Supported" error, causing a lot of disappointment. Despite my attempts to fill in my details and start again, the issue persists. Frustrated, I searched online for a solution but found none. Feeling overwhelmed, I vented my frustration and stepped away. If I could address this problem, I would request the removal of Recaptcha, streamline the Coinbase apps, and enhance the user experience. Let's aim for an improved "Coinbase Elite" app for elite users.

I have been receiving emails regarding a Coinbase account, but I do not have one. I am concerned that my email may have been compromised and someone has created an account using my information. Below is a copy of the email:
Subject: Coinbase Alert
Sender: Coinbase
Date: Wed 1/12/[redacted] 1:46 PM
The email mentions a security upgrade and system updates for easier activities. It also includes a link to sign in and read a letter with specific information about the account. I have not interacted with the link provided to avoid any potential risks.
If this is a scam, I want to ensure my email security. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has advice, please let me know.

I discovered that a scammer created a Coinbase account in my name with information obtained under false pretenses. They tricked me into transferring money to an account named Coinbank. Once I realized the situation, I contacted Coinbank to prevent the third party from accessing the account. It's now locked, and my funds are inaccessible until law enforcement intervenes. I need guidance on how to prompt their attention as I provided the customer support number to the Sheriff's department, but they are facing difficulties reaching out. I submitted a complaint seeking assistance but unsure if it will resolve the issue.

My account, phone, and email have been hacked. I was expecting a withdrawal to my Wells Fargo account of about $[redacted], but there was a fraud attempt. I have already placed a fraud alert and reported the incident. Although I have my phone with me, it seems the SIM card has been swapped, and now I can't access my account due to verification issues. I have updated my phone number and email as advised by the fraud department. The old email was [redacted], but I can't access it. The new email is [redacted] My previous phone number was [redacted], and the new one is [redacted]. I would prefer to be contacted by phone, but the new email will also work.

I am having trouble accessing my coins through the app on my phone. I made a purchase on my desktop using possibly a different email than my original one. Now, when I log in on the phone app, it only displays the ETH I bought from the desktop transaction. I attempted to utilize the Coinbase wallet to transfer my original app balance with no success as it linked to the desktop version. When I access my initial signup email, it redirects to the newer email. I am aiming to synchronize all three accounts as I am missing .54 BTC, nearly 4 ETH, and other coins. The app is deducting $[redacted] monthly from my bank for ETH purchases and depositing it into the inaccessible original account. This is concerning as these funds are essential for my retirement. Thank you. - Kevin M.
