On November 2, [redacted], I received a call from Coinbase notifying me of potential fraud on my account. I confirmed that all 35 purchases were legitimate, except for a $[redacted] transfer to my Atomic wallet. Despite changing my password successfully on November 5, [redacted], I was locked out of my account the following day. I unsuccessfully tried to reset my password multiple times and contacted support regarding my locked account, providing various case numbers. At one point, I was advised to create a new account on Chrome with a Gmail address, which I did ([redacted]) but was then informed I couldn't have two accounts. My original account ([redacted]) with over $XX,XXX locked remains inaccessible, although I continue to receive emails at that address from Coinbase. I've clarified there was no fraudulent activity, and I am the sole user of the account. I await the release of my original account to resume normal access. Your prompt assistance is appreciated. Coinbase disabled my account without explanation, mentioning "security." They informed me via email that I could request to regain access after December 10th. Despite having an excellent credit score and being 80 years old, I am unfairly locked out of my funds. This unilateral action feels like a wrongful appropriation of my assets. It seems like many others have faced similar issues with Coinbase, suggesting a concerning pattern. I've lodged a complaint with the BBB, although Coinbase seems unresponsive. I'm contemplating reaching out to the SEC for further assistance. It's troubling to suspect that Coinbase may be freezing accounts to manipulate users' assets. The frequency of such complaints implies a systemic problem. I am exploring options for potential legal action to resolve this matter and restore access to my cryptocurrency holdings.

When I attempted to send the coins, I couldn't proceed as I didn't receive the text message on my phone. I tried changing my phone number, but the new number also did not receive the verification code. I have contacted all the Coinbase support pages seeking help with not receiving the SMS code. I have tried all the recommended steps, including contacting my service provider, clearing my inbox, and changing my phone number. Unfortunately, none of these solutions have allowed me to access my account. I even requested to receive the code via email along with sending my identification for verification, but I have not received a response. If I can't receive the code on any number, it seems unlikely that the issue is solely with my service provider. When I initially confirmed my account, the code did arrive, so there must be other options to assist users. I've reached out multiple times for a positive resolution. There are funds in my wallet, and it would be beneficial for them to show more empathy towards user issues.

I recently noticed an unauthorized recurring transaction from my bank to Coinbase. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my Coinbase account or speak with a representative about this issue. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account and most importantly, recover my funds. I seem to have trouble with my account recognizing my phone number and sign-in credentials. It has been challenging to resolve this matter as the provided phone numbers by Coinbase have not been helpful in resolving the situation. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a customer service representative to address these concerns and restore my trust in using my Coinbase account.

I am extremely dissatisfied with your company. I have substantial investments with other cryptocurrency companies. I was under the impression that Coinbase was known for being user-friendly and reliable. However, my experience has been quite the opposite. Despite making purchases on Coinbase using my checking account, I have been unable to manage my funds efficiently. I have encountered difficulties transferring money or moving it to my Coinbase wallet as expected. Consequently, I decided to liquidate all my holdings. Regrettably, I am now facing challenges trying to return the money to my checking account. I am perplexed as to why I am encountering obstacles in withdrawing my own funds.

I did not authorize any transactions today. Coinbase sold my Bitcoin without me sending the verification code, possibly due to a hacker. I have been trying to reach support via email and spent over 2.5 hours on the phone. After being on hold for 1.5 hours, a person said they would forward my call to the fraud department. Another hour later, I was asked to call back tomorrow. My funds were on hold until today, the 6th, and I lost Bitcoin valued at $41,[redacted]. I was unable to transfer funds to Coinbase Pro with lower fees.

My account was compromised, and I clicked a link to stop it. After speaking with a representative, I was advised to wait until the next day. My account got locked, and $[redacted] was taken from my bank account that same night. I informed the representative about the bank issue, but did not receive an update. My bank helped me reclaim the $[redacted]. Recently, I received an email from Coinbase stating my account was accessible, and I discovered a $5 balance in bitcoin converted to Stellar lumens without my action. This occurred a month ago, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received a satisfactory response. I want to understand how my account was accessed, how the transactions were made, and why there was no notification. I am uneasy about the lack of communication and support, and I seek to speak with a representative urgently at [redacted].

I recently made a transaction from my Coinbase account for $[redacted]. I received confirmation that it went through, but the funds never reached my wallet. Strangely, I then received an email stating there was $[redacted] in my Coinbase account, which I did not initiate. Surprisingly, $[redacted] was deducted from my bank account without my authorization. However, upon checking my Coinbase account, there was no sign of the amount nor any confirmation. Hello, I wanted to log in to my Coinbase account. When I entered my usual password, it said it was incorrect. I clicked on "forgot password," and they sent me an email asking for my banking code, which I did not provide. Is it normal to be asked for this code? I immediately disabled my Coinbase account. I'm experiencing difficulty verifying my information (address, full name, last 4 digits of SSN). Despite entering the correct details, I keep receiving an error message stating, "We couldn't verify your info." I have documentation from my bank with my name and address that I could provide, but I am unsure where to submit it. I attempted to search for a solution but was unsuccessful. Additionally, I waited on hold with Coinbase for 1 hour and 20 minutes only for them to place me on hold again and then disconnect the call.

In April, I began investing with Michelle Danvas who convinced me to put $6,[redacted] into her company. After seeing good returns, I trusted her and invested an additional $50,[redacted] for mining benefits. My account grew to over $[redacted],[redacted], and when I tried to withdraw $40,[redacted], I needed a Tax Relief Code which cost $56,[redacted]. After a failed attempt, I re-requested $[redacted],[redacted] but encountered another obstacle which delayed the process by three weeks. Finally, they requested an additional $10,[redacted], and that's when I realized it was a scam. Michelle Danvas (+1 [redacted]) was the contact person I interacted with.

I need help verifying two pending holds from Coinbase. The circle displays negative amounts of -$4.99, -$1.xx, -$1.xx, and -$9.99. I can only enter two digits when trying to verify. I attempted to enter 1. and nothing happened. This issue has occurred twice now. The instructions state to enter the two largest amounts, but all four numbers in the circle are negative. I'm unable to proceed with the payment verification until I understand how to complete this step correctly.

Good morning, three weeks ago, I was traveling in the US, and I tried to log in, but it was impossible. I tried to reset many times until my arrival in the US. I reset my password and noticed my account was empty - no coins or money. I decided to buy $[redacted] USD, and only that amount appeared in my account. The rest of my tokens are gone. I believe my Coinbase account has been compromised. I cannot access it as the primary phone number is no longer linked to the account. I am also unable to receive any verification codes via email or SMS. Despite contacting Coinbase support and following their instructions to change my email password, I have not received the expected email from them.
