My account was disabled on July 10, [redacted] with a balance of over $45,[redacted] possibly due to a hacker I reported. Recently, I regained access to my account, but it only had around $[redacted] left. After cashing out what I could, I am concerned about the missing funds. I haven't received any updates on the investigation regarding the possible hacker. Additionally, my email account was reopened on October 11 after it was temporarily closed for multiple login attempts. I received an email about potential account closure if I didn't provide identity verification by October 9 due to new financial regulations. I am eager to understand what happened to the rest of my money and seek clarification on the situation. Thank you for your prompt assistance in addressing this matter.

I have been unable to trade for over three months, even though my identity has been verified, and my bank account is linked to Coinbase. I received messages from someone claiming to be from Coinbase, asking me to send $[redacted] in Bitcoin for them to review my account. After sending the money, they asked for $1,[redacted] more, which I did not send. I lost the initial $[redacted], and I have kept a record of all my transactions. I am desperate to regain access to my account and resume trading. Can anyone provide assistance?

I am having trouble accessing my Coinbase account due to email forwarding issues. Previously, I set up my Gmail to forward to my Outlook account to login to Coinbase. However, Gmail is no longer forwarding to Outlook, hindering my access. When I tried to resolve this with Coinbase, it led to the creation of a new account with zero balance, sending codes to my wife's phone for verification. I followed steps to update my email address, but it seems to have created a separate account. My concern is if I add my bank info to this new account, will my funds from the original Gmail-associated account transfer over? The process of changing the email seems to have caused some confusion in account creation. I am unsure how to proceed to ensure my funds are secure and accurate. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue without risking my funds. I can be contacted at [redacted] if a phone call is needed for assistance. Thank you.

It all began around three months ago when I encountered issues with trading. Despite my attempts to contact support, I did not receive any response. Approximately two weeks ago, a support representative informed me that they could assist within 30 to 60 minutes if I sent $[redacted] worth of Bitcoin through Cash App. Subsequently, they requested an additional $1,[redacted]. I did not comply with the second request and did not receive my initial $[redacted] or Bitcoin. Last night, another support person claimed they needed to access my computer to resolve the situation and create a new account for me. Believing in their legitimacy due to a logo appearing to be from Coinbase support, I granted access. Unfortunately, the individual proceeded to transfer my digital currencies without resolving the issue as promised within 24 hours. My ability to trade remains affected, and most of my digital currency is depleted. The individual also intruded into my personal photos on my phone and Facebook page, suggesting access to my bank and PayPal accounts, which I declined. I feel deceived by the purported Coinbase support and am left with no recourse. I have documented screenshots of the interactions. I implore for assistance as my pleas for help over the past three months have only resulted in being scammed upon contact.

I am encountering an issue while using Coinbase. I was attempting to buy more Shiba Inu, and the transaction got stuck on a loading icon without progressing. After refreshing the page and trying again three times, I received notifications of three failed payments. The system is now requesting a payment within 5 days, threatening to sell some of my crypto holdings. However, when I try to make this payment, it states that there are no failed payments to address. This frustrating situation is preventing me from completing my desired purchases, especially as the crypto's value is rising. Despite my willingness to proceed with the payment, the platform does not provide an option to do so, leaving my trading abilities disabled. I need assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

On October 22, my account was compromised, resulting in the loss of my money and shares. Following the appropriate procedure, I promptly froze my account. Despite speaking with customer service, I was informed that assistance would only be possible upon reactivating my account. After completing the necessary identification and photo verification, I successfully reactivated my account. However, despite promises of a specialist contacting me with further instructions, I have not received any emails. To my dismay, I recently discovered my account password was changed without my consent. I took immediate action to update it with a new password. Unfortunately, my funds remain missing, and my attempts to reach customer support via messages and hotline have been unsuccessful. I am seeking guidance on the next steps to uncover the mystery surrounding my account situation.

Last night, I purchased some cryptocurrencies on Coinbase. There were a total of three transactions - two of them failed, and only one was successful. However, this morning, when I checked Coinbase, it showed that payment was required. I double-checked my Coinbase and Coinbase wallet, but nothing is indicating the two failed transactions that were successful. I am unsure what has occurred! When I tried to click the "make payment" button, it showed "no failed payments found" and also mentioned that "Coinbase will be selling some of my crypto". I am currently unable to perform any actions on my Coinbase account as everything seems to require a payment first before letting me proceed, even though there is nothing to pay! Please assist me as soon as possible, as I only have five days to resolve this issue.

I've had my account for two weeks and have deposited over $9,[redacted]. Coinbase recently locked my account due to an identification issue. I'm frustrated and urgently wanting this matter resolved as I am considering never using their service again. I wasn't asked for an ID before making my large deposit. Unfortunately, my wife misplaced my wallet over the weekend. I need to retrieve my $9,[redacted] and disassociate myself from Coinbase. The situation is outrageous, and I am extremely unhappy with Coinbase at the moment.

Hello, I recently updated my phone number due to relocating to another country. My former phone number is no longer in use. I followed the steps to change my phone number, providing the old and new numbers as requested. However, I encountered issues during the ID verification process. Despite trying various methods and different identification documents, I was unsuccessful. I have also reached out through the website contact form but have not received any response for over a month now. I am unable to access my account because of this and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter over the phone with a representative. Thank you for your assistance.

I am having trouble logging in. After receiving a message instructing me to reset my password due to security reasons, I have been waiting for almost 4 hours for the email with instructions, but it has not arrived. I do not understand why I need to reset my password when I didn't have any issues with it. I am unsure what steps I should take now.

I am new to investing in cryptocurrency and have a few questions that I need help with: 1. How can I find out the total cost basis of all the assets in my portfolio on Pro.coinbase.com? 2. Is there a way to generate a statement similar to what you would receive from a traditional bank or brokerage firm such as Fidelity? I need a detailed report of all transactions, including buys, sells, and purchase prices (cost basis of assets). 3. What specific forms or documents will I receive for tax purposes, and when can I expect to receive them?

Around $9,[redacted] was withdrawn from my checking account in Illinois and transferred to a Coinbase account. Unfortunately, my Coinbase account is not recognized by their system. I haven't received any responses to my previous messages regarding this issue. I suspect that hackers accessed my account and changed my email and password. This is concerning and could impact others who are not vigilant about monitoring their accounts. My access email was [redacted], and my primary phone was [redacted] (not recognized by Coinbase). I will provide more identifying information once I hear back. Thank you, Mike Hutmacher.

I was trying to send Shiba Inu to my ATOM wallet through Coinbase, but encountered a connection issue. Even though I got an email stating the transfer was successful, the funds seem to be stuck. The wallet address I used is correct, and I am concerned about my $2,[redacted].35 being in limbo. When I try to access the email, it shows a connection problem message. I have attached screenshots for reference. I am feeling really upset and hope to get assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you for your help. - Ricky P.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to inform the landladies that my COINBASE account was compromised, and approximately 52,[redacted],[redacted] SHIBA INU coins were transferred without my authorization between the early morning hours of Saturday 10/30/21 and Sunday 10/31 /21. I realized this when I couldn't access my phone on Sunday 10/31/21, and only managed to check my accounts on Monday 11/01/21 around 8:00 am after accessing my email. I received an email notification from COINBASE indicating unauthorized access to my account as well. I am unsure of how to proceed in this situation. Although the monetary value may not be significant to some, it meant a lot to me. I want to raise awareness about this incident, especially within communities like SHIB INU, to prevent others from experiencing similar issues. I trusted COINBASE for its reputation in the market, but now I am uncertain about the security of my holdings on other platforms like WEBULL, GATE.IO, and MERCATOX. Thank you for your attention, and I am willing to provide any necessary information to address this concerning theft. Sincerely, [Initials]

I had an account about a year ago, and I thought I closed it, but now I tried to open a new one on the App Store. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in my email address and could not correct it. I called customer service, and a lady helped me create a new account with the correct email. However, when I tried to log in, it said the email was already in use. I suspect it might be my old account that I thought I closed. I am unable to access the Coinbase app. I am considering looking for alternatives or seeking assistance. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with Coinbase's Plaid not accepting my banking information as the preferred method. I attempted to fund my account using a debit/credit card from another bank as the second method, but that failed as well. Despite them instructing me to wait 24 hours for a small transaction to appear, it never did. Now, I've been informed not to try again for 27 days. This delay could result in significant financial loss for me, and it's disappointing as a new customer. This experience has me reconsidering entrusting my funds with a company that offers such poor customer service. I believe that speaking to a human representative, ideally someone based in the USA who speaks English clearly, is essential for addressing my concerns promptly and effectively.

When I visit the purchasing section and input twenty-five dollars, I encounter a small box where I can select "one-time purchase" along with other options. Personally, I only wish to make a one-time purchase. Following that, there is a blue "Preview" box at the bottom of the screen. The Preview page displays the percentage I am buying at the top and prompts if I want to make it a weekly purchase in the middle of the screen with an option to click "Yes." I am confused at this point. If I don't click the button, will it not be a weekly purchase? Shouldn't there be a "No" option available? I have tried to find a solution online, but the dashboard layouts differ from mine. Also, previous chats on this topic suggested checking the Portfolio, which I cannot find on my dashboard. Can someone assist me with this issue?
