When I was in South Korea, I created a Coinbase account with a two-step verification using my Korean phone number. I am now in Washington State, USA, and trying to verify my ID with my Military ID card, which was used to open the account, but I keep getting prompted to use an official Government ID card. Even my US Passport is not being accepted because it's from a different country. My attempts with my driver's license were unsuccessful as well. I have reached out via email numerous times, but all I get is a response saying there's no support in my current location. I'm really frustrated with this process and just want to access my account. I am facing login issues with my Coinbase account. After entering the correct email and password, I am repeatedly asked to prove I am not a robot and to enter my password again, which is not accepted. Even after refreshing, the same cycle continues. The verification process loops back, prompting me to change my password, causing further frustration. When contacting the support line, my account was eventually locked. This ongoing problem has caused me to miss out on profitable opportunities for weeks. I fear missing out on selling Bitcoin at its peak. Living in an area with poor internet adds to the difficulty. I need assistance with a few issues.
Last week, my email was hacked, and I received an unrequested 7-digit access code for my Coinbase account via text message. I have two-step authentication and uploaded my photo ID, so my account remains secure. I can't recall my current password to change it, and I'm wary of sending an email due to possible hacker access. While waiting for Comcast tech support to alter my email, could you help me reset my password without sending an email? Additionally, how will my account be affected if I change my email address?
Moreover, I noticed Elon Musk's interest in Dogecoin, priced at .08, but I don't see it listed on Coinbase. Is Dogecoin available on your platform, or is it not displayed to me?

On January 4, [redacted], I contacted the number [redacted] and spoke with the representative John, who claimed to be located in Orlando, FL. My reason for calling was to inquire about transferring funds back to my personal bank account. Despite my repeated requests, John focused on guiding me on making more money through Coinbase. He proceeded to connect to my account and explained the need for a code to transfer the funds, which wasn't my initial concern. Despite my insistence on transferring funds to my bank account, John moved funds between BTC and ETH accounts, then attempted to demonstrate another transfer between ETH accounts. Unfortunately, we got disconnected during the process. After numerous attempts to contact John and resolve the issue, my funds have not been returned. I have raised this concern multiple times to Coinbase, including the cases numbered [redacted]6, [redacted]7, and [redacted]7.

I need guidance on transferring funds back to my personal bank account. Despite reiterating my request multiple times, John insisted on showing me how to make more money through Coinbase. He accessed my account, mentioning the need for a code to proceed with the transfer demonstration between accounts. My main concern was transferring the funds to my personal bank account, which seemed to be disregarded. Instead, he transferred funds from BTC to ETH and attempted to demonstrate a transfer within my ETH account, which had a balance of over $***. After realizing we were disconnected during the process, I called back, but the issue persisted as John was still investigating. Hello, messages from Coinbase have stopped coming to me. I changed my phone number accidentally and ended up disabling my account by calling +[redacted]... Since then, I have been getting a message saying my account is temporarily disabled. It has been 8 days, and I am still unable to confirm my email through the message they sent, as it gives me an error. I have been having to delete and reinstall the app every time to refresh it. I cannot access my funds that I transferred from another wallet. Customer support has not responded to my two emails. When I registered a new Coinbase account with a new email, everything worked perfectly, but I cannot transfer my funds. It seems there are issues with users in Russia. The lack of response from support is disappointing. I visited their official website and was surprised to see no listed employees. It is no wonder I have not received any help. Keep in mind, Coinbase is having issues with transferring funds.

I have been a customer of Coinbase for several years now. My account is registered under the email "[redacted]".
Recently, I made the decision to open a second account with a different email address - "[redacted]". Strangely, upon setting up this new account and completing verification, my original account under "[redacted]" was reset and now shows "Verification Pending." This unexpected issue has left me unable to trade the positions I have held for years without additional verification. Can you please restore my verification status to "Completed" promptly so I can resume trading on both Coinbase and Coinbase Pro with my original account?

Upon logging into my account, I noticed that the portfolio balance was showing as 0 for all my cryptocurrencies, although the amounts of each coin were accurate. This discrepancy alarmed me, and I took immediate action by contacting support to initiate a lock on the account to prevent any potential fraud.
Subsequently, I proceeded with the account recovery process to reset my 2FA security. I successfully provided the necessary documentation, including a driver's license photo, 2FA authentication, and webcam photo for verification. I am currently awaiting the completion of the account recovery process.
I have two queries: firstly, why did my portfolio balance display as $0 despite having coins in the exchange? Secondly, what is the current status of the account recovery process?

I was able to access my Coinbase account until last Friday, Feb 5th. I deposited money and purchased Litecoin successfully. However, I encountered issues when trying to send $[redacted] worth of Litecoin due to authentication app errors. Despite having enough funds, the transaction wouldn't go through. I engaged in the identification process and exchanged emails with support without receiving helpful responses. Now, I'm locked out of my account because of the 2-step verification I can't access. I simply want my account to be unlocked to transfer funds. The lack of phone support or chat assistance has made the situation frustrating. My Coinbase account has been compromised once again. This issue happened in [redacted] and is now recurring in [redacted]. Recently, I bought Cosmos, Tezos, and BAT, but they have been transferred to another account without my permission. Coinbase disabled my account without any explanation over 21 days ago. I invested $[redacted],[redacted], all my life savings, in crypto. Despite reaching out to their support daily, I only receive automated responses promising a reply in 4-5 business days. I have proof of the transactions from my bank. My repeated emails have been futile, and it feels like Coinbase is a scam. I am desperate for assistance as this situation is causing immense stress and affecting my health and peace of mind. I'm having trouble accessing my account as I no longer have the phone number associated with it. Coinbase doesn't appear in DUO or Google Authenticator, so I can't enter the 2-factor authentication token. I have been attempting to link my Commerce Bank account for a week now. I am confident that I am inputting the correct user ID, password, and security answers. However, every time I try to connect, it prompts me to enter my details again, goes through the security questions a second time, and then informs me it cannot establish a connection at this moment.
After contacting Commerce Bank, they suggested I open a ticket with Plaid for further assistance regarding the ongoing connectivity issue. They also mentioned I could manually input my bank routing and account numbers as an alternative connection method temporarily. I have contacted Plaid, and they have registered my request as Case # [redacted]. Unfortunately, they can only respond if they are able to provide assistance and recommend reaching out to the specific app or service for further support with connection errors.
I feel frustrated by this runaround and wonder if I should consider a different investment platform since my current limitation is only being able to connect my debit card for $50 per week.

I recently bought Stellar Crypto on Coinbase for the first time on February 12th, which happened to be a Friday. After eagerly awaiting over the weekend, I didn't see any evidence of my purchase. I assumed the delay was due to purchasing $[redacted] worth of Stellar XLM late in the week.
The following Friday, on the 19th, instead of seeing evidence of my XLM purchase, I noticed a balance of $[redacted]. Thinking Coinbase had only received the USD, I then mistakenly bought another $[redacted] of Stellar XLM.
To my dismay, my bank statement shows a second $[redacted] deduction, putting my checking account in disarray. I tried calling for assistance, but only found access to this forum. Could the second purchase be reversed promptly? I acknowledge some responsibility in this mix-up as a newcomer to the crypto world.
