I placed an order for the Back to Life Program DVD and Book on March 23 for $37 plus shipping, totaling $44.99. After finding the program didn't meet my needs, I requested a refund during the 60-day guarantee period. Following no response, I reiterated my refund request on April 13, receiving the same message from Peter Selvaratnan confirming my referral to a team member. Despite these efforts, I haven't received any further communication which is frustrating.

I returned some bottles of Leptitox after using them for 48 days as they didn't work for me. I had ordered 3 bottles and received a free Colon cleanse, then bought 6 more bottles. Despite contacting their customer support twice, I only got a partial refund for one bottle out of the original 3 that cost $[redacted].40 each. The other 6 bottles were refunded in full even though they were all sent in one package. I appreciate any assistance. Thanks.

Hi Team,
I would like to report that my account with the ID sid590 has been suspended even though no policies were breached. The message received states:
"Your ClickBank account has been suspended.
After reviewing your ClickBank account, we have concerns about your account activity. If you received a request to provide ID verification, please follow the instructions provided via email."
I am unable to promote products under my ID sid590, but can do so through a new nickname. My main promotional platforms are my Youtube Channel and paid ads: [redacted].
As for identity verification, I have attached a copy of my passport for your review. Kindly reinstate my account as I believe this is an error on the backend.

For over a year, I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the Clickbank payment page. Despite being a customer for more than 12 months, I continuously receive a "payment rejected" message and have not been able to resolve this with customer service. The responses I receive from Clickbank are always generic and unhelpful. When I reached out to the USA support, they were unable to assist me, leaving me frustrated. I have sent multiple detailed messages to both Clickbank customer service and payment support, but they have stopped responding to me. I have a history of successful transactions with Clickbank before April [redacted], so I am confused by the current situation. If Clickbank suspects fraudulent activity from me, I wish they would address it directly rather than ignoring my concerns.

I recently purchased Passive Profit Pages from ClickBank on August 4th, but I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and customer service. I filed a complaint with ClickBank's customer care team, and they informed me that the owner's team would contact me within 48 hours, but I have not received any response yet. It seems that no one is benefitting from this software, and it appears to be a scam.
I am disappointed by the lack of communication from ClickBank regarding my concerns. This experience has made me lose faith in digital products like this one, and I will not be recommending ClickBank products to anyone in the future. The promises made by the owner to provide a refund if the customer is not satisfied seem to be false, especially since customer care is not addressing my issue.
I have attached all the relevant documents related to the product. I urgently need a resolution, or I will have to resort to creating content exposing Passive Profit Pages as a fraudulent product. It is important to warn others not to promote or purchase this product.

I ordered Leptitox and was informed it would ship in three days. After waiting ten days with no shipment, I called to cancel. Surprisingly, it shipped only after my call. I received the order, refused it, and it was returned. Leptitox confirmed receiving the return in April. They issued a refund to PayPal, which was later returned. My credit card company refunded $[redacted].39, the amount charged from my card when ClickBank did not respond. I am missing $32.75 from my PayPal account. Despite filing a BBB complaint, there has been no response. I have provided proof from my PayPal receipt showing I was only refunded $[redacted].64, not the $[redacted].39 owed. While $32.75 may seem insignificant, it is about the principle. I have tried contacting ClickBank with no success, receiving fake names, phone numbers, and email addresses. I am disappointed with this experience.

I have placed multiple orders through ClickBank and have paid for them. ClickBank is now instructing me to contact the company directly, but the email address provided by ClickBank is invalid. I tried using the email on my order form, which also did not work. My credit card is from Tesco, but they mentioned that it is my responsibility since I refused the delivery. I attempted to cancel the order, but the goods were still shipped. To avoid this, I rejected the delivery and have confirmation from Royal Mail that the items were returned. However, it has been four months, and I have not received my refund of £[redacted].82. I am disabled and rely on this money. Additionally, I have been scammed and hacked, but Tesco bank has not refunded me for that either.

I have only received confirmation of my refund request through ticket number [redacted]. Despite numerous emails I have sent, they have all been ignored. I am now considering seeking assistance from the Human Rights Institution. I am disappointed by the way my issue has been handled; it feels inhumane, and I feel deceived.
I purchased an offer online from Sqribble for $19.43, which later required an upgrade. Subsequently, I was also charged $86.33 for the professional edition without authorization. This is unacceptable. My refund requests have gone unanswered, leading me to consider legal action. This lack of proper business conduct is unacceptable and sets a bad precedent. I have been an affiliate for some time now. As soon as I finally made my first sales and decided to request payment to earn money online, you terminated my account. I am super disappointed and have no idea why you would do that. It worked fine until I entered my information. I have worked very hard to achieve this, and you just took it all away.

I have been a ClickBank (CB) affiliate for many years, though inactive recently. Upon trying to log in, I received a "Service Temporarily Unavailable" message. I would like to inquire about the cancellation policy for recent purchases I made. Initially, I bought one product, but subsequently, I was presented with multiple upsell offers, ending up acquiring a total of five items. His email is [redacted] He took money from my cryptocurrency account without my knowledge. He claimed he put it in Click Bank for interest. When I inquired, he said he'd withdraw it on Dec 26th. Despite his Indian background, he claimed his last name was Johnson. He works for Premium Tech Support in Oklahoma. He mentioned his Click Bank account was hacked, causing a loss of $40,[redacted]. I've attempted to seek help from law enforcement, but they required more information.
