I reside next to a house that had construction done in front of the driveway about 4 weeks ago. The gravel over it forms a pool when it rains. The area was marked by 4 cones and weights on the corners. Over the past few weeks, the cones have been moved and displaced around the street unnecessarily. There is a small flood further down the street that also has cones but has not been addressed for an extended period. I am concerned about the completion of these projects and seek a resolution. The house at [redacted] Northwood, adjacent to a playground, needs attention regarding the cones and weights. Despite being occupied, it seems uninhabitable. I live at [redacted] Northwood. Please reach out to me promptly. The city has tried placing the cones back 3 times, yet the issue persists. I am eager to receive a timeline for when these matters will be resolved promptly.

Hello, I am seeking advice on how to get the water shut off by Cleveland Water for necessary repairs on Friday, 4/14/23. My husband and I have had to reschedule our plumber twice due to difficulty reaching someone by phone or online. Despite numerous attempts over the last 3 days, we have not been able to get through to customer service after waiting on hold for over an hour on multiple occasions. Any suggestions on how we can ensure our water is shut off as needed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - V.C.
