Subject: Need to Speak with a Human at Citi Card Customer Service
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been attempting to reach Citi Card customer service at 1-[redacted] multiple times this week in order to make a payment on my Citi card. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in getting through to a representative as the AI system does not allow me to input my payment information manually. I have not been able to speak to a human since May [redacted], and I am concerned about several accounts being compromised. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Sincerely,
[Redacted]

Dear Customer Service team,
I enrolled for the Citi/Advantage Platinum Select World Elite MasterCard through a mail invite in April. In October, I tried to buy 2 round-trip tickets to Merida, Mexico. Unable to use the Citi Advantage card immediately, I used my Capitol One Venture card for $[redacted].98. I saw a promotion offering 50,[redacted] American Airline bonus miles for spending $2,[redacted] in the first 3 months. I achieved this by purchasing 2 airline tickets to Scotland for Spring via United Airlines. Despite this, I haven't received the miles. My Advantage ID is J413YC2. My American Airlines ticket number is [redacted][redacted] and my spouse's is similar, with the last digits being 49. I aim to use the Citi card for future travel expenses and was told American Airlines values client loyalty. We plan to fly more in retirement. I seek assistance to ensure my miles are credited for the Merida trip and hope to upgrade our Scotland flight. Thank you for your attention.
Best regards,
Theresa G.

During my recent 2-day stay at a Hilton Garden Inn, I encountered several service issues that left me dissatisfied. My room had a faulty deadbolt, and I was surprised to see a notice in the bathroom instructing guests to request basic housekeeping services at the front desk, a detail not mentioned on the sticker. When I sought these services the next day, I was informed that I needed to request them 24 hours in advance, which was frustrating. Hilton Customer Service initially offered me a credit for one night's stay, only to later retract the offer, causing further disappointment. Returning to my room on the second night, I found the beds unmade, trash bins full, and a shortage of clean towels. This experience made me question the standard of service I should expect. Despite attempting to dispute the full charge for inadequate services, I struggled to reach a resolution with Hilton. Ultimately, this encounter has led me to reconsider future stays with the chain.

I am feeling increasingly frustrated as I have not received assistance with my recent application for the Citi Card American Airlines World Elite Executive Credit Card. The responses I have received do not address my issue directly. I kindly request to speak with a customer service representative to resolve this matter. My previous interaction resulted in signing up for the Platinum Card, which does not offer Admirals Club privileges. Please provide me with the option to speak to a live representative either by email or telephone. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I was initially offered a no annual fee for the first year on my Citi Advantage Executive account. However, I have noticed a $[redacted] fee applied recently. I am surprised to see this and shocked to see my credit score drop during the period I haven't paid it, especially since I have never used this account. One of two things needs to happen today: either the fee is waived, allowing me to keep both my accounts open with Citi, or I will close out my accounts and cease being a Citi customer. I would appreciate speaking with someone who has the authority to waive these fees.

I've been struggling with my credit card for the past two months. I've gone through identity verification five times, and the bank's system seems to be playing games with me. Even after talking to your workers today, they weren't able to provide any clear answers and just suggested that I wait for more letters. The process seems never-ending and frustrating. I received the reference to apply, followed the steps for verification, and used the provided pin code successfully once. However, I keep receiving requests for further verification, including another letter today. I called as requested, only to be told to expect one more letter. I recently received another letter dated November 4, repeating the same cycle. I'm at my wits' end and would like either a resolution to the issue or for the account to be closed without any more letters being sent. I apologize for the harsh tone, but this situation is becoming more absurd than productive. Please, either resolve the matter or close the account without any further correspondence.

My sister was playing with my account multiple times and I have received several verification numbers, including references and a pin code. I would appreciate it if you could assist in fixing this issue or closing the account associated with ending numbers [redacted]. The first reference number I received was [redacted], followed by pin code [redacted]. Despite my attempts to keep my account secure and contacting customer support promptly, the issue persists. I received another notification for November 4, but only saw it today, similar to before. I am not trying to deceive you; I simply request a resolution or account closure. Thank you.
