I have attempted to update my phone number with Chime multiple times. Despite submitting a PDF copy of my phone bill, showing my name and number as requested, they have not updated my information. My account got logged out and now when I try to log back in, it wants to send a verification code to my old number which I cannot access. I have spoken with a supervisor at Chime, but my issue remains unresolved. I am unsure what steps to take next to update my phone number. I would appreciate it if Chime could unlink my new number from the current account it is associated with and update my details accordingly. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm Lindsey Anderson. I lost my wallet months ago. I emailed you, but I must have missed one email because the issue wasn't resolved. I can't access my account as I lost my card and have a new phone number now. I can't send a picture of my driver's license because it was in the stolen wallet. I need to reset my password and access my account to transfer money from one card to another. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am unable to make any payments as my card is missing. I suspect there has been unauthorized activity on my account involving a mistaken social security number linked to my sister-in-law, Tammy S. I am deeply frustrated by the lack of action taken regarding the three thousand dollars that was stolen from my accounts. Despite calling daily to check my balance, I noticed an additional five hundred dollars missing each day. Unfortunately, when I tried to address this with your representatives, they refused to assist me as I was unaware of the unauthorized transactions. This money was earmarked for a down payment on a new car, and not having a vehicle for almost a year has been incredibly difficult. I urgently need clarity on when, or even if, I will be reimbursed for these losses.

I am struggling to find a resolution with Chime regarding my closed account. Chime claims I changed my name and require documentation, but I did not change my name. I have uploaded my passport to multiple emails but have not received a response on how to resolve this. I have a few simple questions: 1. Can my account be reopened? 2. If so, what steps do I need to take? 3. How can I provide the necessary documentation to Chime? I do not have a marriage certificate or name change document as I have not changed my name. I have already provided a copy of my passport but can also supply my driver's license if needed. Communicating with a live person would be more efficient instead of receiving the runaround that I can't be reached by phone.

To Whom It May Concern, I am experiencing difficulty reaching your customer support by phone, as the callback ends abruptly with a "GoodBye" message. Since Friday, I have been trying to obtain assistance. I am contacting you regarding support request #[redacted]5, initiated last Friday. I did not receive my automatic deposit. As a 62-year-old woman in poor health, the delay in receiving my deposit has led to me becoming homeless this weekend. Despite my efforts, I am struggling to get assistance from Chime, where my funds are held. The current weather conditions, with temperatures as low as 23 degrees, have taken a severe toll on my health. I believe Chime holds full legal responsibility in this matter. I was asked to complete a 9-page form to clarify why my name varies on certain transactions related to my SSDI check. I had over $[redacted] in my account before it was closed. I submitted the paperwork by the specified deadline of the 6th, but it was stamped on the 30th and returned unopened. I urgently need access to these funds as they are all I have. Please confirm that my account has been successfully removed and closed. I have also ensured that my previous email address, [redacted], has been removed from your system. On the 8th of last month, I reported that my ex-partner had gained unauthorized access to my account and phone, sending himself $[redacted] without my knowledge. He and his associates have engaged in further illicit activities. I have reported this to the authorities and obtained a restraining order against him. If needed, I can provide the police report details or case number. Kindly notify me of any additional transactions. My new contact number is now [redacted]. Concerned that my ex may have applied for loans, I request that you check my mother's account. Her name is JoAnn Duenkel, with a birthdate of 9/14/[redacted]. I am willing to share her details or have her authorize me to communicate on her behalf, as he has caused her distress by stealing her car and disrupting her phone service. I am deeply worried about her well-being.

I recently discovered several unauthorized transactions on my account through a virtual card that I was not aware of. I have already disputed these transactions but have not received any updates. I'm having difficulties contacting customer service since my account was suddenly closed. It seems that with just an email and the last four digits of the social security number, someone can easily access your account. I am requesting a refund for the unauthorized transactions based on the zero liability Visa promise and fraud protection from Chime.

I'm experiencing issues with logging into my account through my phone. Chime requested that I provide a photo of myself with today's date, the last 4 digits of my social security card, and my driver's license for verification, which I have sent twice. However, I have not received any further updates from them aside from repetitive responses.

I recently opened a Chime account less than 24 hours ago. Typically, my paychecks are deposited with no issues, but today's payment didn't come through. Although the deposit wasn't due for a couple of weeks, it should have been in my account by now. Workday shows that the payment was successful, yet nothing is reflecting in my Chime account. I need my money immediately and have been unable to resolve this with Chime's customer service. I hope for a prompt resolution from them.

I tried creating a Chime account, filled in basic information, then was informed I couldn't proceed. Now, I can't log back in as I forgot my password. When using the password reset link, it indicates the last 4 of my social are incorrect. I want to deactivate, close, or delete the current account. I aim to create a new account from the beginning to ensure no errors occur.

My phone recently broke, and I have a new one. Sadly, on my old LG Stylo 6, the hologram is damaged, preventing me from accessing my chime app because I usually rely on the fingerprint option. Consequently, I am unable to recall the password. The username associated with my account is [redacted], and I believed the password to be AmandaLouLou@[redacted]. I urgently need to determine when my SSI check will be deposited into my account to cover my overdue electric bill before the company closes for the Christmas break.

I had an account with Chime in [redacted]. My account was closed around the end of July to the beginning of August with money still in it. Chime was supposed to send me a check to my address on file with the account, but I was arrested shortly after and remained incarcerated until a week ago. During my time in jail, I never received the check or got to cash it. The check was for over $[redacted]. I am now trying to receive this money since I am no longer in jail and no longer reside at the previous address. My phone got stolen, and I can't access my account because the new card sent to replace the stolen one was taken from my mailbox. I have a new card on the way, but I don't have the numbers to log in. I also need to update my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted]. I have provided all my login information when I called, and they were able to pull up my account. Despite sending pictures of myself holding my driver's license, they refuse to update my phone number.

I am experiencing difficulties withdrawing money and making transactions with my Chime card, despite having funds in my account. Every time I try to use it, the transaction is declined. I have spoken to three representatives, each providing a different explanation for the issue. The first representative advised me to activate my international transaction switch, but even after doing so, the problem persisted. The second representative mentioned that my card was active and could not find any issues. However, the third representative suggested there might be a security block or hold on my card. I find this confusing because I recently received and activated the card without any issues. Plus, I have already set up direct deposit successfully. I am simply trying to understand why my card keeps getting declined.

I recently applied for an account but I can't remember the phone number or email linked to it, so I'm unable to login. I used someone else's phone to apply because I didn't have one then, which is why I'm unsure of the phone number. Additionally, I didn't receive any emails, indicating I might have entered the wrong email address during the application. How do I regain access to my account?
