I think I may have lost my wallet last night while walking home. I searched for it this morning but had no luck finding it. I suspect it might have been stolen. I am aware that the app is experiencing issues, and although the card features work, I am encountering an issue with my direct deposit. Despite my pay stub showing the correct amount, nearly two hundred dollars are missing when I check my bank balance. I have contacted my employer, and the problem appears to be related to Chime. This discrepancy has also affected some of my friends who use Chime.

After completing a purchase, I encountered issues with the Chime app. It seems stuck on the direct deposit setup page even though I'm an existing customer. I tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, but nothing worked. I reached out to support via email but haven't received a response. The lack of communication about the problem is frustrating, and blaming Amazon Web Services adds to the confusion. I am unable to access my account to check for expected income. The situation is disheartening, and I wish Chime would communicate better with its customers to address such technical issues promptly. It's a disappointing experience, and I hope for a resolution soon to unfreeze my screen and access my account smoothly.

This is my first experience with Chime, and currently, I am frustrated with them. It's been 8 days since I received my payment. Unfortunately, the card was sent to the wrong address and stolen by someone. Despite providing my documents, I am unable to use the virtual card again due to an unknown issue. I have been in contact with customer service, but the problem persists. I even requested to speak with an American supervisor, which I never got the chance to do. Despite speaking with numerous supervisors, I have yet to receive any assistance.

Hello, I noticed a charge of $68 on my account from Straight Talk Mobile. I recently switched my service to AT&T and was in the process of transferring my number. Despite canceling with Straight Talk, they retained my number and charged me once AT&T had completed the transfer. This $68 charge was unexpected as it was never communicated to me beforehand. I had already canceled my service with Straight Talk, but they still billed me automatically. I had intended to start a new plan at the same time. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue or advice on how to dispute this charge, as I cannot afford to pay for two phone bills simultaneously.

My account was closed some months ago but my credit report shows a pending amount of $17. There was a past issue where the correct amount was not sent to me initially, leading to a discrepancy with the check. I have been attempting to use a Chime account to receive my disability check. Recently, I got an email from Google indicating that my password was changed, and upon investigation, I noticed the password was "65panhead," which belongs to my roommate Kimberly Rae Grisham. Another roommate's credit card was also blocked due to account usage issues related to rent. I want to clarify that I do not have nor need a Chime account. I recently experienced unauthorized transactions on my Chime card. After contacting customer service, my account was closed, and now I am unable to obtain a replacement card. Despite following all verification procedures by submitting my photo ID and social security number, I have been informed that I am not eligible for a new card. As a loyal customer who relies on Chime for bill payments, being denied access to my account and even a prepaid card feels unjust. I feel as though I am being penalized for being a victim of fraud. I've had an issue with my Chime account being compromised for over two weeks now. I've been waiting for a replacement card during this time, but it hasn't arrived yet. The delay is frustrating. The customer service representatives I've spoken to have not been able to provide a clear explanation for the wait and have been difficult to understand due to heavy accents. My account got closed due to a last name discrepancy. The name on my account is Marlene M. Zomber, but my Social Security Card states Marlene M. Rainey. This difference occurred as I forgot to update my name when I married over 20 years ago. I received a letter with a W-9 form on Nov. 7th, stating it was due by Nov. 30th. Despite promptly filling it out and explaining the name issue, I haven't received any response. As a widow, I intend to seek legal help since emails go unanswered, and the phone line provided doesn't connect to a representative.

I received a Chime card in the mail about a month ago, but I hadn't opened an account, so they canceled it. I am having trouble recalling my login credentials and my card is missing. The phone number currently listed is not associated with my account. I am experiencing a delay in receiving my retirement funds that were deposited on May 14, [redacted]. After contacting the president of Chime via letter, I discovered that $1,[redacted].80 was transferred to a Chinese wholesale store without my authorization, out of the total $1,[redacted].50 deposited by SSI. Despite providing all necessary details multiple times to Lisa at Chime, I have not yet received a resolution. I now feel compelled to lodge a complaint with the FDIC in Washington D.C. I only shared my account number with SSI, and they have records of the transaction. I recently bought a new phone on December 12, [redacted]. Once I transferred my SIM card, all my applications were hacked, including Facebook, email, bank account, CHIME, and Cash App. I am struggling to regain access to my accounts or update my email and password details. Today, I received my government child tax credit, but I am unable to access the funds due to the hacking incident. I have attempted to contact support via email, but I am locked out of the associated email address, making it impossible to confirm my identity through my phone number or birthdate. It seems like I have been completely locked out of all my accounts.

My husband's name was used to open an account without our consent. I've been asked to provide sensitive information such as a photo ID and his death certificate. The account was opened today without our knowledge, as evident from the email notification being received. I do not reside anywhere close to where the account was opened. About a month ago, I received a card that I didn't request. I was supposed to get help with activating it and obtaining login details, but instead, I received an email saying the account was closed. Recently, I applied for a card directly and was not approved. I suspect the first issue may have affected this outcome.
