I have been using Chegg for three months now, and I believe my device was registered on the first day of my subscription. I recently returned to Korea to complete my online semester, only to find that Chegg suspended my account, accusing me of sharing it without any proper reason. I am extremely disappointed in the way this situation has been handled. Please address this matter promptly as I am dissatisfied with my experience.

I wanted to try out EasyBib Plus, so I signed up for the 3-day trial on November 27th (Korea time). Despite attempting to cancel within 30 minutes of signing up, I encountered an error that prevented me from doing so. Subsequently, I tried to cancel daily on the Chegg website, but each time I was met with an error stating "the page you are looking for is currently unavailable." On November 29th, I noticed that my subscription was automatically charged for the month, even though I was unable to use the service or cancel the subscription. I am reaching out via email to cancel my subscription and request a refund for EasyBib Plus. Thank you.

I am a Chegg subscriber and recently received a notification stating that my account has been flagged as a shared account without any apparent reason. I typically use two devices, which is within the allowed limit, for school purposes, especially during finals week. Unfortunately, when I tried to get more details about the issue, I encountered an error message stating that the page was not found. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I rely on Chegg significantly for my studies, and not being able to access my account is a major inconvenience. However, Chegg does not recognize my new device and indicates that there is a two-device limit. While exploring the settings on my new phone, I clicked on the swap function without fully understanding its meaning. Hello, I have noticed several unauthorized charges from Chegg on my account. The first charge was $15 on October 5th, followed by another charge of $36. Recently, I was charged $15 again despite not using the service. I would like a refund for the most recent $15 charge and the $36 charge from October 5th. I understand if the earlier $15 charges cannot be refunded. Thank you.

I received a notice informing me that my account was deactivated due to a shared account, which I do not have. I have two separate Chegg accounts on three devices. One is registered under my email at [redacted] and the other under my husband's email at [redacted] We need access on three devices for work, kids' homework, and studying on the go. I am unsure why this occurred, but if my main account under [redacted] is going to be blocked, I require confirmation of the deactivation along with assurance that my account will no longer be charged. Hi, I require my account to be deleted permanently. The name on my Bank of America credit card linked to the account is D. Martinez, and the email is [redacted] I am not facing any issues creating a new account in the future. My main worry is the credit card information from my lost/stolen card associated with the account. I might consider using Chegg again as I have been satisfied with the service. I can easily set up a new account later. Thank you.

I have been attempting to delete my Chegg account multiple times without success. Even after contacting various social media platforms for assistance, the account still remains active and I continue to receive notifications. Although I have canceled my subscription recently, I am hesitant to call Chegg for further assistance. Please assist me in permanently deleting my account as I no longer require it for educational purposes. Thank you.

Hello! I signed up for a Chegg account during my exchange year at UCLA using my UCLA email address. Since I no longer study there, my UCLA email has been deactivated. However, I am still being charged, and I can't access my old email to unsubscribe from Chegg. I am unable to log in to Chegg without a code sent to my former UCLA email. Hello, as a new subscriber to this app, I wanted to express my sincere apologies for unintentionally violating Chegg's policy. I acknowledge my mistake of logging into more than two accounts across my personal devices. Regrettably, this led to the suspension of my account for sharing, although all logins were mine on my laptops and smartphone for easy access. I understand the restrictions for subscribers. I need help canceling my Chegg subscription. Whenever I try to access "my orders" to unsubscribe, it prompts me to log in, but then it shows an error when I enter my information. I tried to access my Chegg Study account recently and was surprised to see that my subscription was not active, even though I pay for it monthly. I had to re-enter my debit card details to continue using Chegg Study. To my dismay, I noticed that I have been double-charged twice. I have been using a Chegg account for studying purposes. I recharged it on December 27th with $14. However, on December 28th, when I tried to access the account, I received a message stating that my account was blocked for violating Chegg's norms. I meant to pause my Chegg study subscription after the end of my semester and before Christmas but got caught up in the holidays with my family and forgot. It is now paused as of today (three days late on canceling before the charge for the month of December 25th to January 25th) but I am not using my Chegg until February when it will reactivate. Could I get a refund for this month since I have not used it for this period of payment at all and will not be using it until I go back to school?

I created a Chegg account two days ago. During the subscription process, I selected the option to connect two devices to my account. I would like your team to reexamine my case as I do not have any other accounts. Today, upon logging in, I was surprised to see a pop-up message informing me that my account was suspended due to suspicions of sharing it. I assure you that I have not shared my account with anyone as the funds in it are my personal savings. I am extremely frustrated and am considering cancelling my subscription, although there are crucial unlocks tied to that account. Please contact me via email as I wish there was a warning prompt about unauthorized access to my account.
