I am struggling to understand the customer service and accommodations provided by CheapOair. I have been trying to use my future credits from previous flights, but there seems to be confusion about the credits I have available. I initially received a credit of $*** and then another credit of $***.**. Despite my efforts, I have been told I no longer have the $*** credit available. I would like either a refund for the $*** credit I did not use or to book a flight from Dallas-Fort Worth to Phoenix departing on the **th of December and returning around the **st of December. I recently had a family emergency that forced me to leave Brownsville, Texas for Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. My original travel plan was to depart from Brownsville to Dallas Fort Worth, then continue on to Miami, Florida, and finally reach Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. My name is Anyieth, and I have encountered issues with my flight from Bangkok to Addis Ababa, with a final destination of Juba, South Sudan. Although citizens from my country usually receive a visa on arrival, I was not allowed to board the flight due to requiring a visa en route to Juba. I made this reservation on November 1, [redacted], for a flight from Salt Lake City, Utah, to Zagreb, Croatia, scheduled for March 29, [redacted]. I have been informed by Cheapoair that a portion of my flight from Dallas Fort Worth to London Heathrow has been cancelled. Cheapoair has offered me a refund, but this cancellation has caused issues since I have already made non-refundable arrangements for car rental and accommodations, and have taken time off work for this trip. I booked a flight yesterday and even though it was confirmed, I did not receive an email to select my seat. Subsequently, I got an email stating concerns about my connection time. I want to cancel the booking and get a full refund to the Visa that was charged. I have also contacted CheapOair via email. Requesting guidance on next steps.

After the agent mistakenly booked a bus trip instead of a flight, I faced difficulties in resolving the issue. It took speaking to multiple agents over three hours to finally get the tickets switched to a different day. However, the new agent insisted on charging me $60 for the change, despite me expressing that I only had $18 left on my debit card. Feeling distraught, I relented and paid. I believe this was unfair as I shouldn't have to pay for someone else's mistake. I was charged more than expected and I am seeking a refund. I had a concerning experience with CheapOair after booking my flight. A representative contacted me while I was still on the website selecting seats, mentioning two different London airports on my itinerary which could lead to connection issues. I requested to change my itinerary, but I was connected to an agent by phone instead of being able to cancel online. The agent did not inform me about any cancellation or change fees, only mentioning I would need to pay the fare difference. Additionally, the agent altered the departure date without disclosing any agency fees. When I discovered the same original itinerary still available online, I realized that I had been misled. Upon requesting corrections, I was informed of a $75 per ticket change fee, totaling $[redacted]. I was frustrated to learn that the promised 24-hour cancellation period was not honored, and I would face additional fees if I cancelled and rebooked online. This resulted in additional charges on my credit card statement totaling over $[redacted]. I am reaching out for the second time as I had difficulty getting through on the phone. On July 10th, I had a smooth flight from YLW to SEA with confirmation LWGFAA. However, my connecting flight to PHX, flight [redacted] at 2:55, had numerous delays and a lot of confusion at the gate. Despite being there on time, I missed the flight without any announcement. Due to booking through a third party, Cheapoair, I was informed I couldn't get on standby and had to purchase a new ticket for the next morning at 5:45. I am requesting reimbursement of $[redacted] for the additional ticket due to circumstances beyond my control. For others, the advice is: 1. Avoid using Cheapoair, 2. Consider skipping trip insurance, and 3. Booking directly with the airline like Alaska Air could have prevented this issue.

CheapOair charged my credit card twice after a ticket flight change. During the change, they mentioned that the card was declined, and the $[redacted].00 change fee was put on another card. They stated that the original $[redacted] was credited back to my original card, but United Airlines insists that reservation MP6ZGE is still active. I have requested all open flights to be cancelled and refunded, but the airline says CheapOair must initiate this process. CheapOair claims that all United Air reservations have been cancelled. I guess now I have to wait and possibly pay for a flight I didn't use. This experience has made me hesitant to use budget travel suppliers in the future.

I am writing to share my experience regarding my recent trip to Kefalonia with Sky Express. On the scheduled date of July 15th, my flight to Athens was initially delayed from 19:00 to 19:25, then further delayed to 21:50 before finally taking off at 22:20. This delay caused me to miss my connecting flight to Cairo with Aegean Airlines, which was scheduled to depart at 23:55.
Despite explaining my situation to Sky Express staff at Kefalonia airport, I was directed to resolve the issue at Athens airport. Unfortunately, upon arrival at Athens at 23:15, I was informed by Aegean Airlines that the check-in for my Cairo flight had closed.
I visited the Sky Express office where I was advised to handle the situation independently and file a claim for potential reimbursement. They provided me with a document stating that I was entitled to €[redacted] compensation for the delay exceeding 3 hours.
Due to the missed flight, I had to purchase new tickets, book a hotel, and arrange transportation which incurred additional expenses. I have submitted all necessary documents to Sky Express but have not received a response to date. Although I understand that you are not directly involved, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention for any possible assistance.

I booked a ticket from Honolulu to Maui (HNL to OGG) for my daughter yesterday at 10 a.m. When my daughter arrived, she was shocked to see that it was a small aircraft with only a few passengers and one engine. There was no indication when booking that this was not a normal commercial flight. She was scared to fly in such a small aircraft with only one engine. She tried to cancel the flight with the lady at the desk two hours before departure and requested a refund from CheapOair, as the ticket was purchased through them. My mother booked a flight from Sofia to Minneapolis with 3 connections on your website. However, at the airport, we were only allowed 1 checked bag and 1 small carry-on for an overseas flight instead of the 2 big checked bags and 1 small carry-on that was originally indicated on the booking. This was very distressing as I am pregnant and the situation caused me to nearly faint as we had to repack and leave a suitcase behind. I am seeking clarification on how this discrepancy occurred, as on her previous trip to Europe she was allowed 2 big bags and 1 carry-on.
