I had a terrible experience with Cebu Airlines when they caused a 4-hour flight delay, resulting in me missing my scheduled flight. Despite the next flight having available seats, they charged me a full fare for a new ticket. I am frustrated because it was their fault, and now I am struggling to afford the additional expense to get back home. I have all the necessary documentation. Good day! I am resending this email since there has been no feedback on the whereabouts of my baggage. We arrived at Mactan-Cebu International Airport past 2:00 PM Philippine Time for our 5:35 PM flight to Butuan City with Flight No. DG6923. No one approached us while we were in Gate 25A waiting for our flight. We boarded, flew, and arrived in Butuan ahead of schedule, which made me happy as an OFW. However, when we went to the arrival area, my luggage was not there. We were directed to an office where we were informed that my luggage did not make it on the flight due to a "power bank" inside. Why were we not contacted during our long wait at the airport? The luggage came from Istanbul, Turkey - Dubai - Philippines. My wife added a small bag but her power bank was in her hand-carry. Many people called us asking for an authorization letter to open the luggage last night, but we have not received any email address to send it to. We provided our personal email but received no response. We have tried calling many times but no one answers. We asked for the dimensions of the item inside to give an idea but they had no information. I have not slept yet, and my blood pressure is rising. I am kindly asking for better coordination. Until now, there is still no feedback or update.

We had a flight booked from October 8 to October 13, but unfortunately, Cebu Pacific cancelled our original return flight on October 13 and changed it twice to October 14 and then to October 15 due to schedule adjustments. As government employees, we need to obtain a travel permit, which typically takes 2-3 months for approval. Our approved leave is only from October 8 to October 13, so there might be an issue with the Immigration Officer as our return flight is now on October 15, a Sunday, instead of October 13, a Friday. I've requested to change our travel dates, but there's no guarantee it will be approved before our scheduled trip. I'm concerned about potential questions from the Immigration Officer regarding the rescheduled return flight date. Since there are no available flights for October 12-14, I hope this won't cause any problems. Thank you for your assistance.

I mistakenly booked two flights to Palawan through the Cebu Pacific app. Initially, we believed the first transaction failed as it took us back to the home page. Subsequently, we tried again, resulting in a successful second transaction. However, I received confirmation for both bookings, and my credit card indicates charges for two tickets under the same name. I am hoping to cancel one of the tickets booked under the name Maria Cristina Chan.

Hello. I made a booking yesterday for a flight from Cebu to Ozamis scheduled for today at 8:25 AM. I used Gcash to pay for it, but unfortunately, I forgot to note down the reference number. Although Gcash confirmed my payment, I haven't received my e-ticket yet. I am unable to access my booking details through Manage Booking without the Reference Number. Hello, I have a question I need help with. I'm planning to visit multiple islands in the Philippines this October and want to bring my telescopic fishing rod. It's compact, measuring only 44cm, and would easily fit in my backpack since we are only traveling with carry-on luggage.
