I need to address the change in my flight schedule for September 2, [redacted]. Originally, my departure time was at 6:00 am with an estimated time of arrival at 12:00 pm. However, there was a modification made, shifting my new departure time to 9:00 pm and ETA to 12:50 am.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to comply with the new flight schedule as I am accompanying a senior citizen from Manila to Tokyo who needs my assistance for his medication, scheduled at hourly intervals.
Given my companion's sleeping pattern and medication routine, the 9:00 pm to 12:00 am flight schedule is unsuitable. His bedtime is at 9:00 pm with medication due at 8:00 pm.
I kindly request to revert my flight back to its original timing of 6:15 am ETD and 12:00 pm ETA on September 2, [redacted].

I made two round trip ticket bookings for four people in May [redacted]. One set is from Bacolod to Manila on September 25 to September 30, and the other is from Manila to Puerto Princesa on September 25 to September 29, [redacted]. When booking, I opted for economy basic tickets, understanding they are non-flexible. These flights are for our long-awaited family vacation, the first one since the pandemic. As an OFW nurse in the UK, I don't get to come home often, so this trip means a lot to me.
Recently, my brother Evann, one of the passengers, discovered that the travel dates coincide with his crucial university lecture week. Missing this week would result in failing his course and having to retake the entire semester. I've decided to purchase new tickets for our trip, as it's more cost-effective than rebooking the existing ones due to the substantial fees involved.
I understand this situation isn't the airline's fault, but I was wondering if there's any possibility of a refund or compensation for the original tickets. I'm not expecting a full refund but perhaps a voucher or an alternative solution. These tickets will go unused, and it would be a shame for them to be forfeited.

Hello, I made a mistake when entering the passenger's name for booking number OLW47K. I need help correcting it as I've attempted to make changes online but was unsuccessful due to the online check-in already being completed. The travel date is on August 22 for flight 5J373 from Manila to Roxas. The passenger's name should be John Rey Arevalo with a space in between "John" and "Rey."

Hello! I made two separate flight bookings for my upcoming trip to Narita. The first booking is for my mother and me, while the second is for my friend. Both bookings share the same flight number, 5J5054. Recently, I received an email on August 15 stating that my friend's flight time was rescheduled from 6:25 am to 2:30 pm. I find this puzzling because only my friend's flight was updated. Since all three of us are on the same flight with the same number, I am unsure why this change only applies to my friend's ticket. I made a round trip flight reservation from Cebu to Iloilo departing on October 2 and returning on October 14. However, after completing the payment, I received a purchase confirmation for Chubb insurance only, not for the flights I booked. The flights involved are DG6412 and DG6419 with booking number MBVZ3Y. Despite trying to access the flight details, the website insists on logging into an account with a password I never created. It seems to be stuck in a loop of sending activation emails. It's frustrating to only have insurance for a flight I can't seem to retrieve details for. This issue is urgent, especially considering I have other travel arrangements dependent on this booking.

Good day. Yesterday, during my flight from Manila to Zamboanga City, my 32" TV got broken. When I opened it, the screen was shattered. We even paid [redacted] pesos at NAIA for plastic wrapping to ensure its safety, but it was still damaged. The TV's box was also squashed, with other boxes placed on top of it during transport. I have videos and photos as proof, but I'm not sure if I can send them to you. I will try to send them. Thank you very much. I hope this matter will be addressed.

Hello, I am booking a ticket for my helper F. S. D. (passport: P[redacted]B) on August 31 for flights 5J [redacted] & 5J [redacted] from Hong Kong to Manila and Manila to Iloilo. I haven't received the itinerary or confirmation email yet.
I called the card center and found an approval code T01652 on August 25, [redacted], at 18:10 for $[redacted].93.
After calling the Cebu Pacific hotline, I was informed the transition was unsuccessful, the flight schedule is canceled, and was advised to email for a refund.
I sent an email to confirm the canceled schedule and that there will be no charges.
