Candlewood Suites Customer Service Issues

On Sunday, September 16, [redacted], at 8:30 am CT, I visited the Candlewood Suites at [redacted] Rosehill Road in Lenexa, Kansas, [redacted]. I interacted with Amanda Turner, the Front Office Manager, and a bilingual attendant who communicated in Spanish with a Hispanic male houseman. I sought confirmation if the worker had accessed the laundry room twice. My concern stemmed from observing the aforementioned houseman whom I suspect placed his genitals in close proximity to the detergent holder of the MAYTAG Washer, ejaculated or urinated on it, and possibly on my clothes. The response from the Candlewood Suites staff has been dismissive, only offering denials and strange looks instead of addressing the issue properly. I have noticed a lingering smell in the laundry room, which leads me to believe something unsanitary might have occurred. This situation has left me feeling dissatisfied with the service provided by the Candlewood Suites.
