I received several delivery notifications this week, dated Jul 5, but no one attempted to deliver. One notification had no date. I was home all day and no one rang the doorbell. I expect better service where delivery personnel actually attempt delivery rather than just leaving notices without trying. These repeated incidents with Canada Post are frustrating.

I have not received any mail in four weeks, including flyers. The last mail I received was on Tuesday, June 15th. I complained last week on July 8th and received a case number: #[redacted]55. Despite this, I still have not received any mail. The customer service representative I spoke with last week mentioned that someone would call back, but I have not received any further communication. This mail delivery issue has been ongoing for almost two years now. I have been residing at this address for ten years, and the problems started when a new carrier took over. Sometimes, I would go days without any mail, and other times, I would receive a stack of mail all at once. Currently, I am not receiving any mail at all. I am missing some important magazine subscriptions used for work, and I did not receive my property assessment this year. I would appreciate a call back to inform me of the steps being taken to resolve this issue. Thank you. - Lloyd Taylor

Regarding the recent issue with the shipment through Canada Post, and subsequent involvement with USPS, I have followed up on Service Request #[redacted]1. USPS has advised me to file a claim due to the missing item, specifically mentioning that as it involves International Mail, the original carrier should handle it. Despite receiving a standard letter from you addressing potential reasons for such occurrences, USPS has confirmed an issue. I urge you to initiate the claim process with USPS promptly. Kindly ensure my name is correctly used this time. I have encountered delivery problems with your service before, being charged twice for one non-delivery and timely delivery on the second attempt. Please, take action on the claim with USPS using the reference numbers provided to address the monetary reimbursement for the undelivered item. Your cooperation is appreciated. Thank you.

I am trying to get assistance with a missing item shipped via Canada Post with ticket number [redacted]. USPS has confirmed it is missing, and I was instructed to file a claim. I have been given the USPS service request number [redacted]1. However, I am finding it difficult to speak with a live person for help. I received a form letter from USPS explaining possible reasons for the issue, but I do not need generic responses. I want to emphasize the urgency of my missing package, which has still not arrived since June 5th. I have already paid for the delivery. Please submit a claim promptly using the provided reference numbers and ensure my correct name is used. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. - L.K.

I visited the Strathmore post office on [redacted] 2nd Ave on a Saturday night around 9:00 to collect my mail from my post office box, but the door was locked, and I couldn't access the mailboxes. The post master mentioned I could use the mall entrance during mall hours (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) to get my mail. There's no signage at the main door informing customers about this mall access. When I inquired about the lack of signage, the clerk simply replied, "I'm not sure," and the conversation ended abruptly. While trying to update my legal land description address to our municipal address, the staff seemed unaware of the process, despite them insisting it needed to be done (as mentioned in the local paper). It took 45 minutes to update my address, costing $[redacted] to renew my mailbox. Surprisingly, they offered a key for free to pick up mail closer to our residence with one-year mail forwarding, which left me puzzled.

I am attempting to send a book to the USA and need to fill out a declaration form online. I encountered issues when I indicated the book was a gift and valued it at $0.00, which was deemed invalid. After closing my computer to start over, I am unable to locate the form again. I called 1-[redacted] twice for assistance in obtaining the form but received conflicting information with no direct link to access it. Can someone please email me the correct form at [redacted] and guide me through the process if necessary? I am frustrated by the complexity of a task that should be straightforward.

Hello Canada Post, I am reaching out regarding an issue with my recent key delivery. Despite receiving a delivery notice, my new keys were not available at the post office when I checked on the expected date. I have visited the post office multiple times and contacted them, but my package is still missing. As a result, I am unable to access my mail due to the change of locks. I am frustrated by the lack of information provided by the post office regarding the delay in receiving my keys. I rely on timely deliveries and would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience caused by this situation. Accessing my mail is essential as there are important items I should have received by now. I hope to receive an update on the status of my keys and resolve this matter promptly. Sincerely, Robert G. 66 Meadow Cres Whitby, Ontario L1N3J3

I would like to make a suggestion in lieu of the absence of a Federal Minister for Canada Post. Given the social isolation we have experienced over the past 15 months and the likelihood of ongoing social distancing this winter, I propose implementing a special Christmas Card Rate of 25 cents per stamp to mail standard Christmas cards this year. This initiative would greatly benefit individuals, especially seniors like myself, who cherish the tradition of sending out cards but may struggle with the current postage costs. Despite the loss of many loved ones, I still value the opportunity to mail handcrafted cards to friends. Additionally, a reduced rate could rekindle the joy of receiving physical mail, particularly for children, fostering a sense of excitement that differs from electronic communication.

Hello, this is Merritt and Becky Mundall reaching out from Lytton, BC. We reside near the recent wildfire-affected area where the post office is no longer operational. Our mail is supposed to be forwarded to the post office in Boston Bar as requested, but there have been significant delays. After waiting for 6-7 weeks, we only received some of our mail, followed by more pieces after another two weeks. However, as of yesterday, September 7, [redacted], no mail has arrived for us, including important packages. This situation leaves us feeling helpless and vulnerable. Please advise us on how to resolve this issue and restore our mail service. You can reach us at 1-[redacted] or via email at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

I sent an envelope to Canada Revenue in Sudbury on Monday, September 13 at 11:29. When I checked the tracking on Tuesday afternoon, I was informed that the envelope was waiting to be picked up in the mailroom. I paid $16.14 for fast delivery but it only reached the Sudbury C.R.A office on September 16 at 10:57, three days later. I believe I did not receive the service I paid for and would like a refund. My house sale closes on October 25, [redacted]. I need to forward all my mail to my new address in the USA. However, the online website isn't cooperating and keeps looping back to the same step 1 questions without progressing to step 2. Since I'm currently in Florida, I can't visit a local Canadapost office. My old address in Canada is 25 Recreation Dr. Innisfil, ON L9S 1N5, and my new address in Florida is [redacted] Cypress Ln W, Largo, FL [redacted]. My legal name was recently changed from Margeret Gayle Kaschuk to Margeret Gayle Sprigg upon my marriage to Gary Edward Sprigg. I have a Canadian Mastercard to cover any fees. I'm wondering if I can authorize a trusted person like a family member, real estate broker, friend, or attorney to visit a CanadaPost office and complete the mail forwarding process for me.

I sent a shipment of CITRON PEEL from NUTS.COM in New Jersey to Mississauga with tracking number [redacted][redacted] via Purolater. Initially, Purolater estimated delivery by October 18, but Canada Post adjusted it to October 13. On both the 13th and 15th, the tracking indicated the package was out for delivery between 8:00 and 12:00, but later said it was delayed. The status has remained Delayed, In Transit since then. I am seeking clarity on the existence and whereabouts of the package, as well as an updated delivery timeline. My local post office advised me to request a TICKET NUMBER to address this matter.

My Amazon order with tracking number LY[redacted]91DE shows delivered on Thursday, the 28th, according to Amazon's tracking. However, when checking Canada Post tracking, the package is still listed as in transit in Sarnia. No delivery or notice was received from Canada Post, as is their usual procedure.

I have recently placed an order with an international company for a medical package, and this is not my first time ordering from them. The tracking number for my package is LW[redacted]29DE. It reached Montreal about a month ago and has been stagnant since. I am wondering what the issue might be and when I can expect to receive my package. I appreciate your attention to this matter. I believe Canada Post should be liaising with customs to resolve this delay as they are responsible for the delivery process. The item is not restricted in Canada. I suspect that customs may have seized the package, and without Canada Post's intervention, I fear I may not receive it.

Tracking numbers [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted] are for the same order. I recently found a notice in my mailbox saying a delivery was attempted at my home but wasn't successful. It seems the carrier may have not made the extra effort to leave the parcel in a larger compartment at the postal pick-up, which would have been more convenient. Due to my arthritis, going to pick it up is challenging. I hope the carrier can either place the parcel in a postal compartment and leave a key or deliver it directly to my home. I value timely and reliable service and am disappointed by this situation. If any further communication is needed, you can reach me via email.

I reside in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have an account with Canada Post under the username WSchulz15. I am currently in the process of purchasing 25 collectible philatelic items, specifically Booklets and Quarterly Packs, from Canada Post. I have successfully filled out the Shipping Address and Delivery sections of the order form but am unable to complete the Payment Section on my computer screen. I would appreciate guidance on how to make a payment for my order to Canada Post, whether it be through online payment with a credit card or mailing a check from a US bank.

Hello, my name is Anna, and I reside at 31 St. Dennis Drive, North York, Toronto, ON M3C 1G8, Apt [redacted]. I am writing to report a postal worker who has been consistently neglecting to deliver packages to my apartment, impacting my ability to receive essential medication for my 3-year-old son, who suffers from epilepsy. Today, instead of delivering the medication, he left a delivery notice requiring me to pick up the package at the post office, despite my presence at home throughout the day. This behavior has occurred before, and I believe it is unacceptable for a postal worker to act in this manner. I do not know the worker's name, but I urge you to investigate this matter as the timely delivery of this medication is crucial for my son's well-being. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I recently sent a time-sensitive package through Canada Post with the expectation of 3-day delivery. Mailed on November 22, the package arrived much later than expected. Disappointed by the service delay, I will be opting for a courier service in the future. Goodbye, Canada Post. - GV, Salmon Arm

On Sunday, December 5th, at 10:15 am, I received an email from the company I made a purchase from. The email mentioned that Canada Post tried to deliver my order but I was not home, and now I need to pick it up from a designated location. I don't mind going to collect it, but what concerns me is that I was home all morning that day as I was cooking, and no one buzzed my intercom! I think perhaps it was a substitute carrier, unless your company does have employees delivering on Sundays!

Dear Canada Post, I am reaching out to inquire about the status of my order from The Bay. Today, I received an email from Canada Post indicating that my parcel is on hold at a secure facility due to a problem with the delivery from HUDSON BAY COMPANY. The tracking number provided is [redacted][redacted]. After receiving this notification, I checked my Order Status on The Bay's website. The latest update states that the item is on hold at a secure facility in Scarborough, ON with no contact information provided for Customer Service. Prior updates mention delays in Richmond, BC, and the initial pickup in Mississauga, ON. I urgently need this order as it is meant to be a Christmas [redacted] gift. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly so that I can receive my order without further delay. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Karen S.
