My sibling needs Clozapine to manage her mental illness. She usually fills her prescription at a CVS in Belton, Missouri. Recently, after a hospital stay, she had to resume weekly lab tests before receiving her medication. Despite always completing her lab tests on time, she encountered issues with getting both her [redacted] mg and 50 mg dosages filled at CVS. Although one lab test covered both prescriptions, the pharmacist refused to dispense the second dosage without another test. This led to repeated problems getting her Clozapine filled from December to February. Due to frequent misunderstandings about dispensing Clozapine, we switched to a specialized pharmacy and have had no issues in the past three weeks. It's crucial that CVS pharmacists are properly trained on Clozapine dispensing to avoid similar situations in the future.

Regarding an Incident at CVS on March 13, [redacted] I had an urgent care prescription for cough medicine called in to the CVS located at [redacted] University Pkwy, Sarasota, FL, [redacted], around 2 pm. Despite receiving a text with a link to track the prescription progress, it consistently showed "In progress" when I checked throughout the day. When I called the pharmacy around 5:00 pm, no one answered even after multiple attempts and long holds. After my husband called and indicated he was from a doctor's office, the pharmacist promptly picked up. When I finally got to the store around 8:15 pm, it seemed deserted with only one truck in the parking lot. Inside, the pharmacist was engaged in a conversation away from the pharmacy area. Upon receiving the medicine, I discovered the bottle was wet, likely due to the poorly packaged brown paper bag. When I reached out to the store manager, Matthew Michaels, the response was unsatisfactory as no resolution or replacement was offered. Communication with the pharmacy team remains challenging, and their efficiency in handling prescriptions needs improvement to better serve customers.

I was informed by the clerk at the drive-thru that the total cost would be $90. However, upon reviewing the receipt at home, I noticed that I was actually charged $[redacted].36. I have not opened the medication and would like to return it as I am unable to afford this unexpected charge due to it being a new and unplanned expense. I request a refund of $[redacted].12 when I bring back the unopened medication. Unfortunately, the Valdosta, North Ashley store refused to take it back even though the manufacturer's seal and store packaging remain intact. Thank you. - Eleanor M.

Ever since the CVS on Blackiston Mill in Clarksville, IN closed, and our prescriptions were moved to the CVS at [redacted] State St. in New Albany, IN, we have been disappointed with the pharmacy service. Our prescriptions are frequently not ready, always encountering issues. Recently, I was informed I would have to pay full price for diabetic supplies because my physician supposedly lacked Part B coverage, even though my doctor has been a Part B provider for over 20 years. When my physician's office contacts the pharmacy, they struggle to get through and often have to resort to leaving messages that are then electronically transferred back. Even my cardiologist's office faces challenges with this pharmacy. Despite CVS being our preferred choice, many customers, including myself, are dissatisfied. It's frustrating to witness others in line sharing similar grievances. Could the problem stem from understaffing or issues with drug deliveries to the pharmacy, especially considering the past challenges during COVID?

Yesterday, I purchased merchandise worth over $[redacted] at the Western Ave store in Lake Forest, Illinois. I attempted to use a 30% off coupon, but it did not apply to my purchase. The manager assisted me, but we were unable to make the coupon work with the phone number associated with my account, [redacted]. As I had already paid, the manager informed me that he couldn't adjust it at the store level. The coupon, with code EC#[redacted], was mailed to my address at 80 Barnswallow, Lake Forest, IL, and is valid from 3/20/[redacted] to 4/2/[redacted]. I read a news story today about CVS Health's "gender transition guidelines." If this information is accurate, I will no longer be a customer. Farewell CVS. There are plenty of other stores available. How could your company risk losing customers like this? It's truly disappointing.

I am reaching out because I have tried contacting numerous CVS numbers in an attempt to speak directly with a CVS representative regarding a negative experience I encountered at one of your stores. It is crucial for me to share my experience with someone who can listen and address my concerns. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau. I am disappointed with the lack of success in reaching a CVS staff member to discuss the incident at the store.

I placed an order with OTC Health Solutions on March 31st, and it still hasn't been shipped as of April 20th. Despite being told they would place the order last night, they mentioned it would take an additional 7-14 days for delivery. I'm frustrated because I've already been waiting for 20 days. When I inquired about the delay, they simply said I needed to wait longer, which I find unacceptable. During my conversation with a customer service representative named Valerie, she whispered a disrespectful comment to a coworker, "I hate dealing with these people," which I found very rude. I made sure to address her behavior by informing her that I heard what she said. When I called today to follow up on the shipment, I encountered another rude representative. This experience has been disappointing.

Yesterday, I contacted Coral Springs Pharmacy on Coral Springs Drive in Florida to request a refill for my anti-seizure medication. I wanted to ensure that it would be available later that day. Speaking with the head pharmacist, Mike, I was informed that my doctor's office was faxed because there were no refills remaining. Despite having my medication bottle in hand, I clarified that there was one refill left. After a moment, Mike acknowledged the overlooked refill. Had I not advocated for myself, I would have faced running out of my crucial medication. This experience is not isolated, reflecting a pattern of inadequate service from the pharmacy. If the staff are overwhelmed, it may be beneficial for them to consider hiring additional employees. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I am having difficulties returning over-the-counter purchases at CVS in Staten Island. The managers are not accepting unused and unopened items for return or exchange and are not providing store credit or money cards to customers. This is unjust as there doesn't seem to be a system policy against OTC returns, and receipts do not mention such restrictions. Other OTC stores are accepting returns without any issues. I am puzzled as to why CVS is now declining returns when they used to accept them before. I am very frustrated and considering boycotting CVS. I would appreciate insight into why managers are refusing returns if the system allows them. Thank you.

My order number is [redacted]01. I purchased Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo, 14 Oz, and Nizoral Non-Medicated Conditioner, 9.4 Oz. I received the Nizoral Non-Medicated Conditioner correctly, but instead of the shampoo, CVS sent the Nizoral Pre-Shampoo Scalp Build-Up Remover. I tried to return it in-store, but they couldn't process it since it's not the correct item. What steps should I take next?

I have encountered issues with my prescription at CVS Store [redacted] on Smithfield Ave in Pawtucket, RI. To address these issues, I suggest CVS consider hiring more staff, improving prescription stock, updating the facility, ensuring both drive-through windows are operational, increasing the number of employees at the registers, fixing parking lot issues, and addressing any structural concerns like a leaking roof. It would be beneficial for CVS to conduct a review of this store's operations.

I have encountered issues with a pharmacist at the Marion Ohio store located on Delaware Avenue. I am frustrated with the way I have been judged and mistreated. I requested my prescription to be filled one day early with my doctor's approval due to a personal emergency, but the pharmacist refused and asked me to go elsewhere. I have been emotionally affected as I am on Suboxone for pain pill addiction from [redacted], a situation caused by medical negligence. Despite my efforts to manage my health responsibly, I have experienced continuous mistreatment from this particular pharmacist, leading to emotional distress. My doctor sends my monthly prescriptions electronically. Despite contacting my CVS pharmacy to fill my prescription due on May 10th, there have been various delays and errors. After multiple attempts and conflicting information, my medication remains unfilled. Multiple CVS locations have been involved, resulting in confusion and frustration. Even after involving my doctor's office, the situation has not been resolved, and I still do not have my much-needed medication. This has been a challenging and time-consuming process, with automated messages adding to the confusion, and now, I am facing difficulties due to the delayed refills. I urgently need assistance and hope for a prompt resolution from CVS.

The service and staff at the pharmacy located at [redacted] Ludlow Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio [redacted], are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They put my life at risk by claiming they never received a fax of my medication from Smith's Pharmacy. I personally spoke to the pharmacist at Smith's who confirmed they sent it. When I called CVS for assistance, I encountered a frustrating runaround from 20 different individuals. As someone living with epilepsy and at risk of grand mal seizures, this negligence is unacceptable. I reluctantly write this message seeking urgent assistance in obtaining my medication. I have attempted to refill two (2) prescriptions online multiple times. Despite receiving a pickup date and time, when I follow up, I am told they are "being processed." Subsequent calls indicate no refill requests were made, resulting in my prescriptions showing as having no available refills, even though they are valid. Visiting the CVS location at [redacted] East Fry Blvd., Sierra Vista, AZ, presents long wait times regardless of the day and time, aggravated by the pharmacy's closure on Saturdays and Sundays - a puzzling choice. I previously lodged a complaint but received absolutely no response.

Regarding STORE #[redacted] at [redacted] Crosswater Parkway in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL: I understand the pharmacy may be understaffed, but I encountered an issue where they were unable to fill my prescription promptly. Despite them texting me with a pick-up time, my medication wasn't ready, and I had to call. After waiting on hold for over 15 minutes, I was informed the medication was out of stock and wouldn't be available until the next day. This lack of communication and delayed service has been a recurring problem. As a loyal customer who relies on this pharmacy for my family's needs, including my son's rare lung disease medication, I expect better customer service. The nearby Publix pharmacy has consistently provided superior service in comparison. I hope the pharmacy can address these issues promptly, including improving staffing levels and customer communication.

I am seeking a more effective way to report issues with CVS Pharmacy #[redacted]. Despite voicing concerns to the Manager, the Pharmacy staff, and attempting to email, there have been no improvements. The situation is concerning as there seem to be numerous errors such as prescriptions not being filled correctly or missing. Today, when I arrived to collect a prescription, although it was marked ready, the staff couldn't locate it among the scattered prescriptions both at the counters and in various locations. The lack of organization in handling prescriptions is alarming. Urgent action is needed to address these issues. CVS should prioritize the safety and well-being of its customers by ensuring a more efficient and careful pharmacy service.

I visited the CVS at 28 Watkins Park Drive in Upper Marlboro this morning to buy a gift card with cash. Unfortunately, there was no staff at the front desk, only self-serve registers accepting credit cards. After searching the store, I was directed to the pharmacy, which couldn't assist with gift card purchases. Despite requesting help, the broken phone prevented them from calling for assistance. The suggestion to wait at the front left me unhelped. I eventually had to go to another store to buy my gift card due to the lack of assistance. I believe it's important to address poor customer service to encourage improvements. I am unlikely to return to this CVS location in the future.
