Dear Anderson Cooper, My wife and I are celebrating our 55th Anniversary. We recently returned from a cruise that included a stop in Grand Cayman. During a city tour, I stumbled upon a photo of your Mom from June 7, [redacted], in Manhasset, New York. She was enjoying an ice cream cone with a young friend and an older gentleman. The photo was at a Carousel and Ice Cream parlor where people from all over the world were captured savoring ice cream. I was curious if the photo is in one of your mom's albums, who the other individuals are, and if you would like to see it. If you're interested, I can email you the photo. Best regards, Michael Boro

It would be beneficial for the journalism industry to revisit the importance of honesty and ethics in reporting. It appears that certain news outlets have shown bias and resistance to accepting the reality of recent political events. As a viewer, it is disappointing to witness a lack of humility and accountability for past mistakes. Moving forward, seeking out more truthful and reliable news sources may be wise to avoid further disappointment and uphold the principles of democracy.

I am frustrated by the current state of affairs in our country. The President's actions and alliances are concerning, and it seems like he is unchecked in his behavior. I believe it is important to take action before further harm is done to our nation. I am contemplating returning to Canada after 20 years as a permanent resident here to avoid any potential escalation. I hope that necessary measures are taken soon to address these issues for the well-being of our country and its citizens.

Hello! I am reaching out anonymously out of fear of repercussions at work, but I want to shed light on the truth. I am part of a group of employees at Vornado Realty Trust company, which acquired BMS Cleaning company in [redacted]. Working at cleaning companies involves exploitation, with maintenance workers doing the work of two, supervisors showing favoritism based on under-the-table payments or inappropriate behaviors. In our building, the supervisor neglects enforcing rules due to personal bias. Our issue is Vornado's plan to renovate buildings, including ours on 33rd street, and leaving us jobless without alternative placements. Despite having union 32BJ, the union seems more aligned with companies than fighting for workers' rights. We are seeking help to expose this mistreatment and delay their actions until we find a solution. We appreciate any assistance in amplifying our cause and advocating for all unfairly treated workers in the country. Thank you for considering our plea.

I have reached out to multiple Presidential candidates' offices with a Civil Rights question, but as I am not a constituent, they have not provided an answer. After emailing three candidates before the first debate, I have received responses asking for donations and surveys, but not addressing my question. I even contacted another Senator today. Can anyone help me obtain their responses? A proposal: Could CNN pose a question during the debates to all Presidential candidates about their full support for the Civil Rights Acts of [redacted], [redacted], and its [redacted] Amendment in safeguarding women and families from discrimination? Some candidates may not fully support these Acts, and I seek to support and donate to a candidate who does. Additionally, please remember to include President Trump in this inquiry. I have also requested his stance on this matter through the White House but have not received a response yet. Thank you.

My family is in distress as our local police department has not been proactive in investigating a serious incident involving my son's safety. Our home has a Medaco lock system that only allows me to authorize key access. Recently, my son had a severe anaphylactic reaction due to individuals sneaking peanut oil into our home and tampering with his medication. Despite my efforts to administer medication, I had to eventually use an EPI pen to stabilize him before rushing him to the hospital. Prior to this incident, my father and sister provided information on introducing peanuts with oil, which I now know was not appropriate for children. I am deeply concerned as those responsible have not taken accountability for their actions which endangered my son's life. It is crucial for me to bring awareness to the public that interfering with a child's allergies is unacceptable and can have severe consequences. I am determined to seek justice and ensure the safety of my family.

I am encountering an issue with racist behavior from the police and business owners. I have uploaded videos on my Facebook page and YouTube channel under the name Von S. One specific business, 3rd St Diner in Richmond, VA, falsely claimed I aimed a gun at customers, leading to harassment. This conflict arose from me posting videos exposing rats in their establishment, prompting me to contact the health department. Strangely, the health department seems to support them, possibly influenced by payment. I discovered they had an employee, Arthur, serving as their sole inspector until my complaint. Despite my efforts with video documentation, the situation persists, posing a serious threat to black individuals. Urgent assistance is needed before someone gets hurt. I reach out to you, CNN, for support. Thank you for your help.

I acknowledge there are numerous laws and regulations that need to be adhered to. I follow your reports and references regularly. I am questioning how much longer it will be until Trump can be ousted from office. He exhibits behaviors that are troubling - he is unjust, inhumane, offensive, racist, and causing harm daily. It is alarming to see one individual wield such authority to harm people and our government through deceit. He criticizes people from other nations while disregarding his wife's struggles with English. The fact that he spends taxpayers' money for personal use, such as trips to Florida, instead of utilizing his own wealth is concerning. The situation in Baltimore further highlights the issue with his relatives' subpar housing conditions. It would be fitting for them to experience living there for a week before facing consequences. I could discuss this at length, and you may feel my frustration is a burden, but I am utterly fatigued by the ongoing situation. Thank you for allowing me to express my concerns.

I am a long-term tenant who recently developed cancer. My landlord is trying to evict me after 20 years of residency. Despite paying rent promptly and maintaining the property diligently with my husband year-round, the landlord has initiated eviction proceedings. My health condition has been exacerbated by the stress caused by the landlord's actions. The landlord has made unreasonable demands, including assaulting me, which led to a police report being filed. I am seeking assistance to address this unjust treatment.

I am dissatisfied with the reporting, like the September 9, [redacted] story claiming President Trump mishandled a Russian asset. Your viewership is declining rapidly due to the lack of credibility from spinning Russia Collusion lies and conspiracies for the past 2 1/2 years. Even a respected reporter, Wolf Blitzer, making irrational statements like "we only have 11.5 years until the earth ceases to exist unless we spend trillions of dollars and have the federal government take over every aspect of our lives" is absurd. This global cause won't be supported by any other country. It's time to wake up! Your content lacks integrity. Ger

Concerning the Joe Biden vs. Corn Pop story, there seems to be a glaring inconsistency that many have overlooked. In the story, Biden recounts confronting a gang leader and two members armed with razors at a pool parking lot after a lifeguard cut a section of the pool chain. It is pointed out that pool chains are typically made of plastic or rope to prevent sinking, and it's unlikely that a pool maintenance worker would have heavy cutting tools like bolt cutters readily available. This raises questions about the practicality of using a limp plastic chain as a weapon in a confrontation. Some find this detail concerning and question Biden's judgment in claiming to take on armed individuals with such a flimsy object.

I notice that all the news is about the Democrats' impeachment. It's the House of Representatives and their committees conducting the investigation. Referring to them as Dems seems very partisan. If the Republicans had done their job when they were in control, we might not be in this mess now. Thank you for your time. - Bill Ryan from Port Charlotte, FL. I have reached out to your agency regarding employment opportunities under the current administration. With experience working at the Social Security Administration processing retirement claims, I've noticed a significant trend. Baby boomers are retiring at a rapid pace, about 10,[redacted] individuals per day in the past 5 to 6 years. This ongoing trend equates to over [redacted],[redacted] job openings monthly, totaling around 2.5 million annually. Despite the need to fill these positions due to the massive retirement wave of 60 to 80 million boomers, the job market hasn't adequately adjusted. The numbers from the SSA reflect the reality of retirees needing their roles filled, rather than new positions being created during this period. The portrayal of job creation under this administration does not align with the substantial demand generated by retiring boomers.

This is a pressing concern for many senior American citizens. For seniors unfamiliar with Medicare, the misconception of it being free is common. As a senior in Homestead, Florida, with a professional background in healthcare, I have been closely following the Democratic Debates. I believe the media should ask more informed questions about Medicare for All to understand its financial implications on the medical field. I suggest having knowledgeable seniors present at debates to ask direct questions to the Democratic candidates. Choice is essential in America, and Medicare for All primarily benefits low-income individuals. Improving the existing healthcare system, like Obama Care, is crucial as some larger health agencies have withdrawn from it due to inadequate planning. There is room for improvement, and some candidates need a reality check when discussing Medicare for All.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am seeking assistance for a friend who watches C.N.N. frequently in England, which has become his primary channel following a stroke that has increased his reliance on television for comfort. Could you please provide the phone number for your London Head Office? My friend does not have a serious issue to discuss but rather has a simple inquiry he would like to make with someone at C.N.N. Thank you for your prompt attention and I anticipate your response soon. Best regards, Nick

I have devised a global sustainability strategy to decrease emissions by 80% by transitioning to a new emission-free fuel system for coal-fired power plants. By converting [redacted] power plants internationally, we can significantly reduce coal emissions. The fuel I propose is more cost-effective than natural gas and coal, designed for scalability in developing nations with global reach. I am a sustainability engineer who qualified for a $25 million grant in [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to severe illness and a near-fatal toxin exposure in [redacted], it took me nine years to recover and continue my work. I have developed a cure for mycotoxicosis and am committed to implementing my plan to combat climate change and save lives, particularly in China where many perish due to PM2 emissions. I am seeking assistance in connecting with a reporter to validate and promote my groundbreaking idea. My goal is to secure a meeting to share how my innovation can revolutionize our planet's environmental future. I have also crafted a climate response for CNN's town hall, showcasing my technological solutions for a sustainable future. - James R. Reese III

Hello, my name is Richard Garza, and I work as an over-the-road truck driver. About three weeks ago, while I was on a 34-hour restart in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I visited a flea market during my downtime. There, I encountered a man selling assault guns and pistols without conducting any paperwork. When I asked him about selling weapons without background checks, he mentioned a new law coming into effect that would allow Oklahoma residents to carry concealed weapons in public without checks. Concerned about the potential risks, especially if a felon tried to buy a gun, I inquired further. The man's response led me to refrain from making a purchase and draw attention to the issue by documenting the incident through photos and videos. Upon discussing the matter with the flea market owners, I was informed that as long as the man didn't sell the firearms inside the building, he could vend as he pleased. Witnessing the tragic events unfolding, like the recent shooting in LA and the death of a young girl, compelled me to share this message. If you would like more details, feel free to reach out to me at any time. Thank you, Richard Garza.

I use my Samsung Note 8 Android phone to enjoy "Live TV" presentations on CNN.com when it’s safe. ISSUE: I keep getting a notification that my "Live TV" trial has expired. I want a "PERMANENT" subscription from CNN or DIRECTV due to my monthly payment of over $[redacted] to DIRECTV. I'd like to avoid losing me as a customer. A few months ago, I shared an idea with CNN about a new program focusing on the president and his falsehoods. Given CNN's commitment to "Truth Matters," I hoped for a prompt response. Recently, a new program called "All the President's Lies" debuted, hosted by the very individual I had suggested, Jake Tapper. Unfortunately, I have not received any acknowledgment or recognition for my idea. I am perplexed by the lack of communication. I wonder if truth genuinely matters to CNN. If so, why have I not heard anything from you?

I have some concerns about a company called CW Resource that employs individuals with disabilities, both mental and physical. The employees are being mistreated and there is a specific worker being targeted. The work environment is hostile and toxic, resulting in employees leaving the company. There are many details to share, too much to cover in one message. If this information is not suitable for CNN, can you guide me to the appropriate channel for help?
