I attempted to connect my PSN character to my Xbox account successfully, but now I'm unable to access my Xbox character due to needing to wait 17 days after purchasing silver. I am confused as to why buying silver affects character linking. I've been playing with my hunter for months, and now with the release of Shadowkeep, I can't use my character for another 12 days. This situation is frustrating, and I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter.

I preordered the Shadowkeep expansion on an account I haven't used to play Destiny in a while. I mainly use this account for purchasing games and other items as my new main account had some issues and is set in the UK, which restricts me from buying anything from the store. Although I've made more progress on my new main account, I am unable to access my season pass. I initially signed into this account for the expansion. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved to assist me and other players facing the same problem.

After completing the Chasm of Screams Strike mission to acquire Thorn, my fireteam encountered numerous "Baboon" errors, causing us to struggle for around 5 hours without success. We reached the point of retrieving the void orb to end the fight but were then hit by a "Guitar" error. Although I acknowledge the challenges of transferring a game to a different platform, I am determined to complete this mission with my friends. It's now 6:30am, and I am eager to secure the gun after dedicating a lot of time to this task. If there are any solutions you can suggest to overcome these issues or any assistance you can provide, I would greatly appreciate it.

I recently got a PC and downloaded the free Destiny 2 game because I used to play it on PS4 and wanted to revisit it. However, after linking my account, I noticed that it was asking me to purchase the Forsaken pack, even though I already own it on PS4. I have access to Forsaken exclusives but can't progress my super abilities or access Forsaken content on PC. Can Forsaken be added to my PC account or can you assist me with adding it manually to my account again?

While playing Destiny 2 with my friends, we were doing strikes all day until I needed to go to the moon. When trying to leave the fireteam, I accidentally brought my friends to the moon even though they do not have shadowkeep. Shortly after showing them around, I got banned, but they were still able to play. I would appreciate being unbanned so I can continue playing with them, or a refund for all the money I have spent on Destiny. Additionally, I would like an explanation as to why I was able to bring them along with me to the moon.

Hello, I completed the first encounter of the Garden of Salvation raid last night and did not receive any drops when the chest opened. Although the rest of my fireteam did. I have checked my postmaster, inventory, and vault, but there is no sign of the drop. I did not even receive a notification about it. I logged in this morning to check again but still no luck. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Zach (Enganeer13)

I activated the Season of the Undying on my PC and claimed rewards. However, I later discovered I could transfer my PS4 characters to PC and did so after playing about 15 hours on PC. Now I can't access the Season of the Undying content. Is there a way to resolve this without having to purchase it again?

A while back, I received a permanent ban without any explanation. After purchasing Forsaken and playing regularly, I suddenly found myself banned. Now, with the launch of the new DLC, I wanted to continue on a different console and tried character transferring, but it's also restricted. I've been a dedicated player since the first year of Destiny 1, participated in all raids, and truly love this game. I would never intentionally do anything to harm it. Please help me resolve this issue. My Bungie username is PureEpix11 and email is [redacted] Thank you.

Hello! When I logged into my Destiny 2 account today, I noticed that there was [redacted] Silver that I did not have earlier in the day. I had only made a purchase of [redacted] Silver in the afternoon, which I used right away. The extra [redacted] Silver appeared mysteriously, and I am worried that my account might have been compromised. I want to mention that I spent some of the unexpected Silver before realizing the issue, and I am ready to return those items. I hope to resolve this situation promptly to avoid any penalties on my account. Thank you. Mackenzie R. L.

I recently received an email from Bungie stating that I have ownership of Shadowkeep. However, I am experiencing an issue where I cannot access the full campaign from the expansion. I bought the annual pass during the season of Opulence with the understanding that I would have access to the expansion content for the next three seasons, including "Shadowkeep" in the season of the undying. While I was able to start the first mission of the campaign, the game is now prompting me to purchase Shadowkeep to continue playing the rest of the campaign.

I have a somewhat unusual request that I'm hoping you can help with. I missed out on the Turbo Kickers ornament when they were initially released with Forsaken, and now I'm really interested in buying them. Is there any possible way I could purchase them? I have checked the Nostalgic engrams, but they don't seem to include these season two ornaments. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide some assistance on how I might be able to acquire them. Thank you for your help in advance.

I'm experiencing difficulties playing with my friends since transferring my Blizzard character to my Steam account. Their end is showing my power level as 0, while mine remains at [redacted]. Although I can join their fireteams, when they start a mission, they get kicked out to the main menu while I'm left loading into the match. Interestingly, they can play together without any problems, and my account migration was successful. I attempted creating a new character, but the issue persists. Occasionally, I manage to join them, but once in-game, proximity seems to trigger a kick out for both of them, leaving me in the lobby. This issue doesn't seem related to my internet connection as I can play games smoothly, just not with my friends. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently hit Fabled in competitive. This should have been the last step to get the Recluse. However, when I reached Fabled in comp, the "From the Mouth of Babes" triumph didn't show up in the triumphs menu, despite having gotten the kills a while ago. This is the second issue I've encountered with Destiny 2 on PC. I've purchased three copies of the game - one for myself, one for PS4, and two for PC. I'm also considering buying another copy for a friend. Could you please advise if it's still possible for me to collect the Recluse in Season 8?

I'm attempting to connect my PSN Destiny 1 account to my Steam Destiny 2 account. Spent 2 hours trying various methods. Initially, linked Blizzard to PSN and tried to tie it to Steam. However, faced a message stating no characters exist. Oddly, Destiny 1 inventory manager shows 3 characters, but when linked to Steam, none appear. Checking through Bungie on my PSN account, it shows no purchase history, only account creation date. Looking for assistance over the phone to resolve this issue.

I require assistance with Destiny 2. After transferring my characters from Blizzard, I discovered that the characters that transferred are not mine. I have lost all my silver and equipment. Will I be able to recover them? It feels like a robbery. Are Bungie deceiving PC gamers? Why did Blizzard transfer a different account? I am quite upset by this transfer issue and seek your help in resolving it. I have dedicated significant time in the past year to build up where I was in the game. This issue occurred during my transfer from Blizzard to Steam. Your prompt assistance in fixing this matter would be greatly appreciated. For your reference, I have changed my name from "spudmonky" to "Mento_Endo." Thank you for your help.

This week I've lost over a thousand glory points because of the subpar servers. I'm grinding tirelessly to get Not Forgotten. I can handle the bad matchmaking, but the penalties due to server issues are hindering my progress. As a day 1 player, I've supported Bungie by purchasing games and DLCs, even when they weren't great. Unfortunately, I've had no luck contacting Bungie.net for help as their links are not working. Please investigate and address these server problems and compensate players like me who are unfairly penalized. Ignoring these issues risks losing dedicated fans like myself. Playing this challenging game without these persistent problems would make a significant difference.

I am a player known as WhiteGive and I am reflecting on my actions in the game. Unfortunately, I have violated the game's terms and my account is currently banned for over [redacted],[redacted] days. I deeply regret my mistake, but I genuinely enjoy playing your game. The violation occurred while I was attempting to acquire a particular weapon through PVP gameplay. Initially struggling, I was influenced by players using third-party software and eventually joined them to obtain the weapon. Although I regret this decision and stopped after five hours, I recognize it was wrong. I am sincerely sorry for my actions and understand the consequences. I am willing to repurchase the DLC and abide by the game's rules in the future. The lengthy ban has made me realize the severity of my actions, but I truly value my account and the time I've invested in Destiny 2. I have spent over [redacted] hours playing and appreciate the game's achievements and community. I acknowledge my mistake and am eager to prove myself as a dedicated and fair player. I humbly await your response. Thank you.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the years of enjoyment I've had playing Halo and Destiny. I have an idea for a new subclass for each Guardian in Destiny 2. While I understand there may be legal constraints on accepting ideas, I am waiving any rights by sharing this with Bungie. If you are interested in hearing my idea, please contact me by email at [redacted] My GT is KILOSWATT on Xbox One. If not, I want to thank you for your work and express my love for the Halo franchise. Looking forward to the future games and the possibilities they hold. All the best, Kilo

I recently purchased Destiny 2 on Steam and also bought the Shadowkeep Deluxe and Forsaken DLCs. I initially had cross save enabled with my PS4 and Xbox accounts but decided to deactivate it to start fresh on PC. However, despite deactivating cross save, I still have access to the DLCs I purchased. Now, I am being prompted to buy another season pass on the same Steam account where I already own it. This seems unfair as I believe the season pass should apply across all platforms, not per platform. Additionally, I am unable to reactivate cross save for another 89 days. I would like to access all of my content purchased on Steam without having to buy duplicate season passes.
