I would like to request compensation for spending over 60 euros before the "client swap." The game now includes the first two DLCs, which I had already purchased, and the "Forsaken" DLC is now 50% cheaper on Steam than what I paid through the Blizzard app (around 40-50 euros). As a customer, I cannot influence Bungie's decision to switch clients, but I should not feel like I am being taken advantage of in this situation.

I have been unable to access the Crucible on my main account for the past two weeks. This has led me to create a new account, even though I had put in two years of effort and have my favorite gun, the Lunas Howl, on my main account, which is now restricted for reasons unknown. I have spent considerable money on Destiny 2, approximately over £[redacted], and I would like to be able to enjoy playing in the Crucible on my main account once again. I have tried to address any potential connection issues on my end. Please investigate this matter promptly as I miss playing on my original account and do not wish to start over with a new one. My platform is Xbox One, and my Gamertag is R06U3one. I am eager to resolve this situation and get back to enjoying Destiny. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. Sincerely, Joe

I recently returned to playing Destiny 2 and started from scratch as I deleted my previous save data. Despite completing the Red War, Osiris, and Warmind campaigns while grinding to raise my light level beyond [redacted], I find myself stuck at [redacted]. Surprisingly, even after equipping newer gear, my loot drops haven't been increasing my light level. It's confusing and frustrating, especially since on my alternate account, reaching [redacted]+ was much easier. Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated. - Zach

Upon activating cross-save, I primarily wanted to revisit my old PS4 character. However, I was unaware that the expansions I bought on Xbox wouldn't transfer. Now, I'm unable to disable cross-save for 78 days due to a past silver purchase. This restriction means my Xbox account will miss out on the season pass I purchased. I'm perplexed by the limitation and seek a resolution.

I'm currently undertaking an adventure called "Season of Contracts," a legendary mission given to me by Cryptarch Master Rahool. The mission requires completing daily contracts from any vendor to level up the season pass and it shows 0/2 progress. However, when I complete daily contracts from Lord Shaxx, Zavala, or Banshee, these contracts do not progress my Season of Contracts legendary adventure.

I accidentally linked my empty Steam account using cross-save, which now means I have no characters on my main PS4. Due to the 90-day cooldown, I can't fix this mistake right now. It's frustrating because I planned to transition from PS4 to PC, but now I can't play on any platform. I've been playing Destiny since the first game, so being locked out of my account is devastating. I hope someone at Bungie can manually set my primary account back to PS4 so I can enjoy the game again and possibly switch to PC later.

I was recently banned from Destiny 2, and after visiting the bungie.net/ban page, I realized that AHK scripts and similar programs are identified as violations. It seems that a program from another game on my PC might have triggered this ban unintentionally. While I understand this appeal may not lead to my account being reinstated, I feel compelled to clarify the situation. I also aim to prevent others from facing wrongful accusations of cheating when the programs running on my PC had no connection to Bungie or Destiny. Thank you for your attention to this matter. My account was named Too Many Beans at the time.

Hello, I'm Jamie, the CEO of heptaSTUDIOS. I'm working on starting a YouTube channel featuring Destiny streaming while I wait for my computer to render other videos. I'm looking into cross-save capabilities but have some questions. Please reach out to me via email for assistance. Thank you.

Hello there! I recently made the decision to transfer my Destiny 2 account from PSN to Steam on PC. I ensured that the transfer was done correctly and set up the link between both systems. However, I encountered an issue where I ended up creating a new guardian on Steam before signing into the account I intended to use. Consequently, my primary account switched to the new Steam account with minimal playtime, erasing my PSN account with over [redacted] hours of gameplay. This is quite frustrating for me. Is there a way to recover my main account from PSN and play it on Steam? My PSN account is Skeeter0903, and my Steam account is Sir_G with a cat with arms as my profile picture. Thank you for your assistance.

Good morning, I encountered an issue with a bug in the quests and bounties system. While working on the Shadow Keep quest, I needed to sniper kill 25 enemies on the moon, but despite numerous kills, the quest did not register my progress. The following day, I discovered that the quest had vanished from my list and had to retrieve it from the lost section on Earth. My account name is hosstryker. Thank you and best regards.

I created my account back when it was Blizzard. My account had a high level. When I tried to transfer it to Steam today, I couldn't because it couldn't find my characters. It seems like my account was deleted. I want my account back, my items returned, and my characters too. My character's nickname was GHOSTYKYLLER. I want everything back. What they did is not right.

I have a question about how the gear stats work in Destiny 2. I currently have 90 resilience and an overall power level of [redacted]. However, I am finding that I'm getting one-shot by level [redacted] blue auto rifles, even from a far distance. I mainly use the Randy's Throwing Knife scout rifle, which is at [redacted] power. It's frustrating to see players with only 20 resilience easily taking me out with blue gear, especially when I land multiple headshots. I enjoy playing PvP, but it's disheartening when resilience doesn't seem to make a difference. It feels like blue gear is sometimes better than exotics. Can someone explain how auto rifles are able to snipe you across the map in this game?

I purchased all the Destiny games and bought Shadowkeep, which included a season pass with bonus items. I saved my exotics, gear, and other items from the first season pass to open when my light level was higher. However, with the release of the new season pass this past Tuesday, I noticed that the unopened items from the first pass are now missing. I wasn't aware that they would disappear, and now I've missed out on collecting my gear, exotics, ornaments, and other items. Could you please allow me to access the first season pass again so I can retrieve those items? Unfortunately, these items cannot be obtained from collections. I've been a loyal customer for years and would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you, Nick.

I experienced an issue during a Gambit Prime match where I was suddenly removed with a message stating I left the match prematurely. This has happened multiple times today, although I did not voluntarily exit. The message suggested checking my internet connection, which is stable with [redacted].69 Mbps Down and 11.85 Mbps Up. I am perplexed by these interruptions and concerned if it could be a DDOS attack. Such behavior, if intentional, is disappointing.

Since downloading the Season of Dawn update, my gaming experience has been severely impacted. Initially, I encountered an error where I was stuck on the white loading screen indefinitely. After multiple attempts of deleting and reinstalling Destiny and clearing the PS4 cache, I managed to resolve this issue. However, the game is still malfunctioning. I experience issues like being stuck flying around (except in the tower occasionally), and even when I manage to enter the tower, it's glitchy, and I can't interact with any NPCs. This is frustrating, especially since I recently purchased the season pass. My current inability to play the game is very disappointing.

I'm having trouble signing in with my Xbox Live account. The error message says to verify/update my account on xbox.com, but after checking, everything seems fine. My Microsoft account has an Xbox Live Gamertag, and there are no visible updates or terms of use agreements needed.

I'm confused about this feature. The information says that Season Passes can be used across platforms if you have enabled Cross Save. I have the game on Stadia and own all the content there, but it seems like I can't enable the Season Pass on my PC.

Hello, I am playing Halo Reach on Xbox One through MCC and I recently discovered that I have received a ban, which is set to be lifted on 1/16/[redacted]. I am unsure why this ban has been issued, and I am seeking clarification or a possible solution to this issue. I am uncertain if I have unintentionally violated any rules, and if so, I would like to understand what actions led to this ban and how I can address and rectify the situation. Thank you.

Hello, I am currently playing "Halo Reach" on Xbox One through the MCC. I recently discovered that I have been banned until 1/16/[redacted], but I am unsure of the reason behind this. To my knowledge, I have not violated any rules, and I am puzzled as to why this ban was imposed. I would be grateful if we could review this together to reach a resolution or to clarify the situation. Thank you for listening, and I look forward to resolving this matter. Cheers, hoping for a positive outcome.

I have been trying to play Destiny 2 for the past three weeks, but every time I start the game, an error message pops up indicating that it cannot connect to the Destiny 2 servers. This situation is frustrating because I have invested in all the DLCs for this game, and now it seems like it's worth nothing. While I truly enjoy playing this game, having servers down for over a week, let alone three, is highly unprofessional. The lack of support from Bungie regarding this issue is disappointing, as it feels like the community is being ignored.
