I recently started playing Destiny 2, the free-to-play version, and I am looking for a tutorial, guide, or glossary of terms for the game. I've never played Destiny before and I'm struggling with the terminology used in the game. This lack of understanding is making progress slow and difficult for me. Despite posting on the forum, I have not received any answers and I'm not even sure if my posts went through properly. I submitted feedback and received a reply promising help "Soon™." I have enjoyed playing the game and reached level 30 with all three characters, but I feel like progress has stalled. Before investing more time or money, I want to understand the game mechanics better. The lack of support has made me hesitant to continue playing. Most businesses strive to make new customers feel welcome, but I haven't experienced that here.

I recently returned to playing Destiny 2 and noticed that my Orpheus Rig armor was no longer equipped. Upon checking my Collections, I discovered that most of the hunter armor and guns that I had unlocked were now shown as unavailable or not unlocked. I had completed quests for three of them, so they should be unlocked. I invested money into in-game silver for exotic emotes, but now only two of the exotic emotes I had equipped are still available. The same issue also affected legendary emotes and some ships, speeders, and ghost shells in my collections. It is unclear how this happened, and I'm hoping for a solution to fix my account.

I was just four wins away from obtaining the Crucible pinnacle weapon that I've been working hard to achieve for a month. Unfortunately, I experienced the same glitch in multiple games, causing them to be null and void and losing my progress each time. This issue is widely known in the Destiny community among competitive players and it's frustrating to encounter it multiple times in a single session. I am not a skilled PvP player, but I just want the assurance that the game is fair and that I have a chance to win, especially in such a challenging game mode like the Crucible. Despite the setbacks, I still enjoy playing Destiny and I'm beginning to appreciate the Crucible as well. I hope that Bungie addresses this recurring glitch promptly to improve the overall experience for both veteran and new players in the competitive playlist. Thank you for creating such an amazing game.

I'm trying to get my code for my Moments of Triumph. I have all fifteen needed for the shirt and really want to get it. I've been having difficulty obtaining the code. Initially, I tried signing into my Bungie account on the store to have the code emailed to me. However, it kept sending the email to an old email I no longer use. I learned I need to create an account on the Bungie store, despite not needing to in the past. After claiming the triumph days ago, I still haven't received the code for the Moments of Triumph shirt. Logging into the Companion App using my PSN/Bungie ID for the store hasn't been working properly. The "click here" button doesn't work, leaving me stuck in a loop. I've tried refreshing the app, but it hasn't resolved the issue. It's frustrating, and I hope to receive some assistance soon.

While playing competitive with friends, I experienced frequent disconnections. Subsequently, while attempting the Ascendant Challenge in the Dreaming City, upon returning to orbit, I received a notification stating my account was restricted from matchmaking with other players. I am puzzled by this restriction as I have a fiber internet connection with a speed of 100mbps, which should be sufficient for the game. Any insights on why this restriction occurred would be greatly appreciated.

I have been playing "Destiny" since D1's House of Wolves, but had to take a break due to family issues while I was traveling. Now that I'm back but staying with relatives, our crowded house results in slow internet. This causes me to disconnect from the game every 5 to 20 minutes, making it impossible to play smoothly. Despite trying to play during off-peak times, I've been experiencing severe lag in "Destiny 2" every day for the past 2 months, leading to getting kicked out of matches and losing progress. Today, I received a 2-week ban which I understand. I'm kindly requesting for it to be reduced to a 1-week ban because next week I'll be moving to a house with better internet for a short period. If the ban cannot be lifted, I respect the decision but I would appreciate clarification on potential future bans due to poor internet connectivity. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Sharon Wong, and my battle tag is ShahS#[redacted]. I am requesting an appeal for a ban in Destiny 2. I have been a player for a while and have never cheated until recently. I made a mistake by using Cheat Engine to obtain extra Enhancement Cores, which was a lapse in judgment on my part. I realize now how wrong it was and regret not adhering to Bungie's policies. I love playing Destiny 2 and promise that this will not happen again. I hope Bungie can understand my error and grant me a second chance. Thank you for your consideration.

I live in a rural area with only one internet provider, which is Version. Some days I play without any lag issues, while on other days, it's nearly impossible to play smoothly, with lag spikes. Today, I logged into my account ready to play competitive matches. Surprisingly, my internet was working well, but I discovered that I was permanently banned due to an unstable internet connection. It seems unfair as my occasional lag spikes are sometimes caused by encountering 4-player teams who then report me out of frustration when they lose. This ban isn't the first time this has happened. The system seems unbalanced, as just 10 reports can lead to a ban. I've been a loyal player of Destiny 1 and 2, and I believe I shouldn't be banned permanently for minor connection issues. Hoping for a fair reconsideration of my ban. Thank you for your time.

I have been a loyal player of Destiny since the beginning. Despite my efforts, I struggle in the Crucible and find it challenging to complete the Solstice greaves armor set due to the solar symbol requirement. The task of getting [redacted] final blows in the Crucible seems impossible to achieve for players like me who prefer other aspects of the game. It's frustrating and upsetting that the deadline to complete the special armor set is approaching, and I fear not being able to reach it in time. I believe there should be alternative methods for non-Crucible players to unlock these items. I hope the developers can address this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

I encountered an issue when trying to link my PS4 and Battle.net accounts for the cross-save feature. I encountered the commonly discussed error at the final step. To troubleshoot, I attempted to use my other Battle.net account without Destiny 2, which was successful on the first try. However, now I need to purchase the game on this alternate Battle.net account to play. Upon returning to Bungie.net with my primary Battle.net account, I tried once more to link the accounts for cross-save. This time, I received an error prompting me to disable cross-save on my PS4 account. After disabling cross-save on my PS4 account and attempting the linking process again, I was informed that I must wait 89 days before re-enabling the feature. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Hello, I have a question that I hope you can help me with. I no longer have an Xbox One and now only have a PlayStation 4. I've done the cross-save to transfer my data, but I can't access my annual pass to play Forsaken, new raids, and the upcoming Shadowkeep. I no longer have an Xbox, so it seems like my money's gone to waste. Is there a solution for this? If not, do I need to repurchase the digital deluxe version of Forsaken for £39.99, which includes the annual pass? Does this include access to Shadowkeep and future content? There is also the option to purchase the Shadowkeep annual pass for £49.99, but will I still miss out on Forsaken content? I'm confused and really hope that I don't have to spend more money as I'm a bit tight on funds at the moment. Thank you.

I was kicked out of Crucible and then penalized as if I had left a game, although I did not leave voluntarily. Bungie, please address the issues with your servers as they seem to be unreliable. I am aiming to reach the Fabled rank in competitive play, but the matchmaking and servers hinder my progress. After playing about [redacted] games, I have not made much headway. Kindly restore the points owed to me, or else I am frustrated with the situation.

I recently made the switch to PC and repurchased the Destiny 2 Forsaken Complete Edition to take advantage of the new cross-save feature. However, after buying the game for $40 to use the character boost, I encountered an issue - I didn't receive the character boost upon purchase. I contacted Blizzard as I bought the game through their website, but they directed me to Bungie. I am a devoted Destiny player and a big fan who just wants to boost my warlock to skip to the Forsaken content. My username is Trevuk2k. Bungie, keep up the great work, Destiny 2 is thriving and I'm proud to be a part of it.

Three of my clanmates faced a challenge trying to take part in the Solstice of Heroes event only on its last day. As their leader, they sought advice from me on the best course of action. I reassured them that with determination and effort, they could still earn their rewards in the limited time remaining. They heeded my words, plunging into a frenzied effort to complete the event before it ended. I supported them by offering tips and guidance, witnessing their unwavering dedication throughout the day and night. Despite coming close to upgrading some armor sets, they fell short as time expired. It wasn't a defeat for our clan but a display of their incredible commitment. I felt immensely proud of their perseverance and wished there was a way to reward their hard work. Though unconventional, I hope there might be a chance for them to obtain the Armor, even if it means sacrificing mine. I am open to any possible compromise or discussion to make this happen.

As a disabled veteran who has undergone 14 surgeries in the past seven years, I am reaching out for some assistance with the game. My ongoing neurological and memory issues make it challenging for me during strikes, raids, and especially crucible/iron banner matches when I am teamed up with other players. While I manage to hold my own when playing solo, my diminished reaction time and speed impact my performance in group activities. I have heard that assistance was provided to a disabled veteran in a similar situation, and I am hopeful that a similar adjustment could be made to buff weapons during specific parts of the gameplay. Thank you in advance for considering my request. Best, Lou Orrie

As a long-time Destiny player, I appreciate the efforts from the team. Transitioning from Xbox to PC meant restarting and losing gear. Despite returning to Xbox, I now benefit from cross save functionality. I've purchased Forsaken on Xbox and Shadowkeep on PC. However, I'm puzzled why Shadowkeep doesn't include Forsaken. It feels frustrating to miss out on content I've invested in. I understand the need to generate revenue, but excluding previous DLC in the newer one feels like a money-making scheme. After a long workday, encountering this issue dampens my mood. I hope the team can address this matter and reassure players like me.

Hello, I accidentally linked my banned bungee account to a steam account, then unlinked it, and then linked my new unbanned bungee account to the same steam account. After trying to play Destiny 2, I realized I was still banned. I want to keep the progress and DLC I have worked for and purchased twice. I would like to transfer my second bungee account to a new steam account or have the ban lifted on my main steam account so I can proceed with the transfer from the unbanned account. Please contact me as soon as possible with a solution.

While playing Destiny 2 with a friend and progressing through the regular campaign in the latest expansion, I encountered an error code "weasel." Upon attempting to restart the game, I was surprised to find out that I had been banned. I want to clarify that I have not engaged in any behavior that violates the Codes of Conduct such as harassment, using third-party apps, manipulating networks, or any other infringements. My internet connection was stable, and the only background programs running were Discord, Spotify, and Google Chrome. I have a friend who can attest to this situation. It's unclear to me why this ban was issued, and I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.

To whom it may concern, I activated Cross Save on my accounts without much thought and selected my Xbox One characters. Initially, I thought it was a good idea to showcase my Destiny 1 lore emblems. However, I now deeply regret this choice as I failed to compare inventories and have realized it has set me back significantly. I am hoping to reverse the cross save before falling too far behind, especially considering the 90-day waiting period for changes. I would greatly appreciate a prompt response and any assistance you can provide.

I used one thousand silver to unlock the season pass, not realizing it was included with my pre-order of Destiny 2: Shadowkeep. I had pre-ordered the game but did not receive the pass when I started playing. So, I purchased it separately, not aware it was unnecessary. I'd appreciate a refund of the one thousand silver to my account. Thank you.
