Good morning,
I arrived at San Francisco airport on Tuesday, November 26th on BA285 from LHR. Unfortunately, I left my glasses on the plane in row 20. Despite delays with security, I reported the issue at the BA counter in row 8. The agent, Diadra, helped locate my glasses which had been found but taken off-site for security reasons. She organized for them to be delivered to the Marriott Marquis on Wednesday, understanding I would be arriving later on the 28th. However, upon my arrival, there was no package for me. Now, on the morning of the 30th, I am extremely unhappy about the situation. I was given Connie Chan's number ([redacted]), but I have not contacted her. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this matter promptly and would appreciate knowing when to expect my glasses to be delivered to the hotel. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Room [redacted]

On November 29, I flew from Bologna to London. While searching for my next flight and feeling lost in the airport, I approached a customer service desk. The agent who assisted me was incredibly kind and helpful. He not only provided me with clear directions to the next building but also personally escorted me to the security checkpoint. I am sincerely grateful for his assistance, although regrettably, I did not catch his name. He truly exemplified excellent customer service and represented British Airways exceptionally well. Many thanks for his outstanding service.

Hello. I am Parigna Trivedi with booking reference number L8OV8R. I am one of three students traveling to Canada for studies. This is our first trip, and as we are relocating, we kindly ask if it is possible to extend our luggage limit for this trip and allow us to bring extra weight. A friend shared that she was permitted to do so upon request. Please respond promptly. Looking forward to your positive reply. Thank you.

Hello there,
I am currently hosting a student from Saudi Arabia in Ireland who will be travelling back to Riyadh from Dublin via Heathrow on December 24. She will need to change terminals from Terminal 2 to Terminal 5 at Heathrow for her connecting flight. She is uncertain about whether she requires a Visitor Transit Visa for this layover. She holds a student resident card for Ireland due to her studies here. The uncertainty is causing us a lot of stress as it could take up to 15 working days to obtain the visa if necessary. We have asked around for information, but no one has been able to provide a clear answer. Any assistance in clarifying this would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
G. O'Sullivan

Hello, I am Chris, a Crew Relations Specialist onboard the Mariner of the Seas. We are seeking assistance for our crew member, N.S. He lost his luggage traveling from Gatwick to Orlando on 11/27 via MRU, IST, LGW, MCO. Unfortunately, he couldn't report it at the airport. His record locator is YUQTMC and luggage ticket number is TK344150. Despite contacting the airline with no response, we are eager to obtain a reference number for the lost luggage to facilitate follow-up. The airline ref ID is SY5JG8. Hello,
I would like to raise a concern about the €50 payment I made for my hand luggage to be checked as baggage. In the past, I have faced issues where my hand luggage was not allowed on board and had to be placed in the hold for free. This time, due to health reasons preventing me from lifting heavy items, I had to check my hand luggage and pay the fee. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and provide a resolution regarding the compensation for the payment I made.
Thank you,
Lindita R.

I have encountered an issue with accessing "Manage My Booking" using booking number MPAQMU. The problem occurred when I tried to input the information as per your email request. Upon entering my husband's passport number, John F.'s, it did not match the records on file. After multiple attempts with the accurate number, I recognized the discrepancy. My husband obtained a new passport to replace the one damaged last spring. Although I have updated the new passport information in the Executive Club profile, I am still unable to access my booking. Can you assist in resolving this matter?
Thank you,
Naida F.

I have a booking reference, VV2WGJ, for my journey from Chennai, India to Boston, USA via London Heathrow Airport. I successfully completed online check-in for the Chennai to London leg, but I'm unable to do so for the London to Boston flight. An error message prompts me to show my documents at the airport. My visa is in my old passport, which I have with me, while I have registered with my new passport. Please assist me with this issue.

Dear Sir,
I am reaching out to address the ongoing issue regarding my flight from MUN to LHR on August 15. Despite several attempts by my son to contact you, we have yet to receive a response. My reference number is [redacted]9.
The flight was canceled, and I endured long hours of waiting on standby at Schiphol Airport. Although I was promised a seat on a flight to LHR, I was put on standby once again. Being 83 years old and traveling alone, this experience was distressing.
I am deeply disappointed by the five-month delay in processing my compensation. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter. Your timely attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Julia McDonald

I have a booking for a roundtrip from Accra, Ghana to Savannah, Georgia. The flight is scheduled from the 4th to the 5th of January. I am concerned about my connection in Dallas from arriving at 2:30pm with a departure at 4:30pm to Savannah. I am worried about missing this connection. Will I need to recheck my bags in Dallas from Accra to Savannah? If there is a risk of missing my 4:30pm flight, I would like to know the steps to take. Can I reschedule for a later flight on the 5th of January if needed?

I had a flight scheduled from Nice to London on 12/6/19. The night before, I received an email from BA stating that the flight was canceled, likely due to a strike by the flight crew. They couldn't offer a flight with another airline and suggested I go to Lyon, France, which is 4.5 hours away, to catch a flight. Upon returning to the US, I requested a refund only to be told that the refund amount was $0. I am now asking for some form of compensation, whether it be monetary, a flight voucher, or miles, as I feel I bore the brunt of BA's internal issues as a customer. The overall customer service experience was lacking, and I hope for some resolution.

I departed from Newcastle Airport on December 2nd, [redacted], headed to Heathrow for a connecting flight to Newark, USA. Upon arrival in Newark, we faced significant delays at border control and were notified that my daughter's luggage did not arrive. Unfortunately, the staff member did not provide my sister-in-law with a reference number while we were still at border control. I require this reference number to file a claim for the missing baggage. The traveler's name is Lauren Brymer, and the date of travel was December 2nd, [redacted], on flights BA [redacted]/BA0189.

I have submitted a claim for expenses due to the pilots' strike in September. I sent in my receipt for [redacted] Euros via recorded delivery on September 25, but have not received any response. I followed up with another letter sent via recorded delivery on November 22, with a reference number [redacted]. After calling, I was informed that I would receive the reimbursement in 2 to 5 working days, but I am still waiting. I kindly request that you expedite the process and return our funds promptly. I have been patient thus far, but the additional costs for postage and the time spent on the phone, sometimes up to an hour with no interaction, are becoming burdensome. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. - D. Bailey

Hello, I made a premium flight booking for 4/1 at £[redacted].52 after the economy option was no longer available. Unfortunately, British Airways canceled this flight due to unforeseen circumstances and rebooked me on a different flight arriving at Gatwick at 22:10, causing inconvenience in organizing transportation at night. I had to reschedule the flight to 3/1 at 13:55, which cost only £[redacted].52. I'm requesting a refund of the £[redacted] difference to my card ending in [redacted] to cover the additional rental cost and the trouble caused by the flight cancellation. Thank you for your prompt assistance. Joanna Peacock

Three bags were observed on the tarmac for loading onto BA [redacted] to London City Airport, but unfortunately, they were not placed on the flight. Despite alerting a flight attendant who claimed they were loaded, a claim was filed at London City Airport under the reference number LCYBA22217 for Librach. The bags are urgently needed for a TV show filming tomorrow. Assistance is requested in locating the baggage handlers in Dublin responsible for loading the flight as it is suspected that one of them may have removed the luggage, possibly leading it back to Aer Lingus. The travel was on Air Lingus flight EI [redacted] to Dublin.

I made an online flight reservation, but received an unsuccessful status without a confirmation email. I then rebooked successfully, only to discover both bookings were processed, and payments were made for both. I urgently need assistance with canceling one of the bookings without incurring any fees or penalties. This situation affects multiple passengers and involves a significant amount of money. Unfortunately, I am currently in Italy and unable to contact customer service via phone.
