While shopping at Boscov's in York, PA today, I encountered an unpleasant situation with a saleswoman. Despite politely removing hangers from my items as I waited in line, she scolded me in front of another customer for doing so. When I expressed my surprise at this policy, the situation escalated as she accused me of calling her stupid. This resulted in her refusing to serve me. My husband and I are loyal Boscov's customers, and I have never experienced such treatment in all the years I have shopped there. I raised my concerns with the store manager, who unfortunately responded rudely and reprimanded me for my alleged behavior. I value shopping at Boscov's but being treated disrespectfully has left me disappointed. I hope to see improvements in customer service to continue my patronage as a long-time shopper who has always made timely payments on my Boscov's charge account.

Hello, I bought a 3-piece leather set from your store back in [redacted] and got the warranty from Guardian Protection. I recently found out the warranty only lasts for 5 years. I encountered multiple issues from the beginning, requiring some pieces to be exchanged. The leather is deteriorating and peeling off. During a gathering, some of the leather got stuck on my guests' clothing, which was quite embarrassing. I'm disappointed that my furniture didn't withstand normal use. I take good care of my home and belongings and am frustrated about this. I had to patch it up with tape and use a throw blanket to conceal the problem. I visited the Neshaminy store to purchase [redacted] count [redacted]% cotton sheets as advertised in the Father's Day flyer for $24.99 any size. After traveling 25 miles, I was disappointed to discover that this was a deceptive tactic to attract customers to the store. The salesperson confessed they never had those sheets and tried to push me towards more expensive options like microfiber sheets, which I've had bad experiences with in the past. I only want to buy the products as advertised at the stated price. I'm interested in purchasing four queen sets at $24.99 each if you can provide them. Please reply promptly. Thank you, R. McCade.

I seem to have misplaced a bill that I received. I paid for undershirts in April and sent a check on April 21st, check number [redacted]. I also bought some lotion for my wife in May but can't recall the exact amount. The bill I recently received has a penalty for late payment, which I believe is the first time this has happened. Please advise on this matter. Additionally, my wife, Virginia, returned her Boscov card to the customer service a few months ago due to a late payment issue.

I believed my account was current, but it turns out there is a remaining balance of $12. I have attempted various ways to contact a live person without success. I acknowledge my tardiness in addressing this. Kindly text me the total amount due, including the late fee, so I can settle it promptly. I apologize for the oversight as I only checked the envelope today. Sending me the exact amount will help me rectify this. My recommendation is to increase the availability of live customer support for users. Thank you.

On October 31, I decided to clear my credit card balance to prepare for Christmas shopping. I called customer service and provided my payment details. Despite verifying my checking account information, the payment didn't go through. When I inquired a few days later, I discovered an error in the information entered by the representative. The supervisor I spoke to seemed unhelpful and robotic. I was frustrated as I was being told to wait for the next billing cycle, resulting in potential interest charges. This experience left me extremely disappointed, especially considering my age group, typically loyal customers at Boscov's. I feel let down and upset by the lack of assistance provided. I have since decided to cancel my credit card and will not be returning to Boscov's for future purchases, nor will I recommend it to others. I feel compelled to share my negative experience with others on social media and within my circle of friends and family.
